Once he got here, he was very courteous, professional, and did what he had to do. He answered our questions clearly in layman's terms for us to understand. He said i need to change the prv valve before any repairs could be done as the water pressure should be around 60psi. I have changed the prv in the past, about 4/5 years ago so i told him to go ahead and change it as im pressed for time havjng to work and prepare for the incoming typhoon. He didnt have a valve so needed to go to city mill to get one which they had in stock. The total repair came out to $4100, of which and i'll break it down cost wise. Costs gotten at a consumer pricing from Home Depot Now mind you this is the retail pricing for an normal consumer, not professional pricing (what you or i would pay if going into the store) Prv valve $89 5' length 3/4" copper pipe $50 Fittings $50 Ball valve shut off $ 19 Total of parts $208 $4100 minus the parts needed $208 $3892 labor 18 minutes to complete the repair, say 30 to make it easy $7784 in labor charge per hour I guess i should have purchased a solderless crimper and done it myself for a savings of $3900 Work was done professionally and quickly as promised and the area cleaned up before completion but the labor cost is whats bugging me- guess i got into the wrong profession

He provided me a clear timeline when he would arrive and when he estimated to be complete with the job. Day of our appointment Kristian contacted me to inform me he had a previous appointment rescheduled by a client and asked if he could start the job earlier which worked out great for me. After the job was complete he showed me the completed work and walked me through how to use the new isolation valve he had installed. He even cleaned up the work area so it's like he wasn't even there except for the new equipment he installed. From my initial inquiry for an estimate to project completion was less than three calendar days. Finding a business that provides a timely estimate for a project and follows through by doing what they say when they say they will do it is exceedingly rare in 2026. Last night the pipe under my kitchen faucet burst and water started gushing out at a phenomenal…read morerate. I couldn't even figure out how to stop the water from coming out and within minutes water was pouring down the stairs and leaking into the floors below the kitchen. After calling everyone I could think of, including the board of water supply, with no one providing any help, I typed in "plumbers" into Yelp and started cold calling down the list. First Class Plumbing was the third company listed but the first one that seemed to care. I was warned that I was calling after hours so I'd have an emergency fee if I wanted service now... I joked "fine - this is an emergency" and was told I'd get a call back as soon as they could get ahold of one of their plumbers. I went back to trying to heave buckets of water into a nearby sink and received a call back 15 minutes later. The plumber was so calm, and after hearing that I was still dealing with gushing water, explained to me how to stop the water flow. He asked me to send him pictures of the burst pipe and the faucet and got off the phone to price everything out including replacing the pipes and faucet. After doing all that work he told me what the cost would be and then said it was no worries if given the price I didn't want to continue on - or at least wait until it wasn't an emergency (an extra $150 charge). I said I definitely wanted the service and he came right out and fixed the burst pipe. I would already have been raving about this place for their competent service if it had been a normal scheduled appointment. But the fact that this company and the plumber were there for me when no one else was, and went above and beyond walk me through how to stop the problems and extremely quickly look into part costs for me before I ever even agreed to the service has made me a loyal customer forever!
