He was able to diagnose it was trauma and gave me the right plan for treatment. My toes are looking almost normal again. They schedule so there is not a lot of wait time in office. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes with no one ever picking up. I called back and was immediately put on hold again -- I'm guessing caller ID played a role there. All it would have taken was someone saying, "Let me take your information and have a manager call you back." Instead, I was dismissed and ignored. A medical office that can't handle a basic scheduling call without treating a patient like an inconvenience has a serious front desk problem. I'll be finding another podiatrist.
