We gave it a chance for 3 cleanings but after so many complaints from my kids, we had to leave. I also didn't like that on the first day, I felt sucked into writing a 5-Star Google review for them for "free" gifts (basically cheap trinkets). The office staff was nice and I felt impressed by the place at first glance, but after 3 visits it just wasn't a good fit for my 4 kids. So be aware.

He was very thorough and meticulous in reaching behind my fixed bridges and dental implants. His hands were so gentle but sure in removing plaque build-ups even under the gums. 100% Dr. Ware then reattached a cantilever crown which was the primary reason for my visit. She proposed to convert it into a fixed bridge for a stronger hold. I did not feel any pain even from the initial anesthesia shot due to her gentle and caring hands. The computerized measurements she took were perfect and she even prepared a temporary bridge so I will not go toothless for the day. Her CEREC machine made the final bridge and she installed it in the very next day. I am so glad I did not have to wait too long, she could have installed it the same day but she cared enough about me losing my half day's schedule. Jeanette and John were awesome assistants whose hands were as gentle as her's. Jazmin, at the front desk, was so pleasant to work with and she made sure my appointments fit into my schedule. I am glad I came to Dr. Ware who not only took care of my dental needs but did it with precision, excellence and the utmost care! Another thing I like is she would also give a "blow-by-blow" account of what she was doing to keep me aware of what was happening. I would recommend her practice without reservations! 100%

Although I still experience anxiety it's not nearly as bad as it was before. I have been doing my best to make sure I keep up with my dental care. The office is very clean. The staff is very nice, professional and thoughtful. The office does offer payment plans -which had been very helpful for me. I'm loyal to this office and will be seeing Dr Pena as long as I have teeth in my mouth,lol.
