Andrew and Ryan are stand up guys. They charged me $65 for a lockout today that some other company tried charging $195 for. The other company came down to $130 and then offered to match the $65 but by then Ryan was already on the way. The guy threatened to call the police if I didn't pay a $55 cancellation fee, which was hilarious. I told him to go ahead and call them. Andrew told me this was just one of the many scammers in the business. I'm gonna check out the radio show soon. P.S. my keys were in the trash barrel in front of Target with my Starbucks cup from earlier! This was not one of my better days... but at least I learned something. read more

I have used Andrews Lock and Key services twice now within the last year. The first time I discovered I'd locked my keys in the house after coming home from camping. All I wanted to do was go inside and enjoy the AC but noooooo the door was locked! Needless to say, it was hot out and I had a very hungry and unhappy 1.5 year old. Ryan got to the house within 15 minutes of my call and took maybe 5 minutes to have the door open for us. I called Andrew in the morning and he had another job but he said he could be at my place in the afternoon. He quoted me a price on my ignition that would not start with my key, and I was happy with price as I had checked several others.
