We bought a brand new home from Mattamy which had A/C warranty for 1 year serviced by Andy Lewis. Worst company ever to deal with in the middle of a heat wave. Mattamy says it's under warranty, but the service technician is required to tell all home owners that there is a charge of $149 for weekend service. When we mentioned that it was covered by the warranty, he didn't care and didn't know. By the time we reached Mattamy and got back, Andy Lewis service guy doesn't answer his phone. Same case with the person who picks up the call to take your appointment. No empathy, no concern, just keeps repeating the same thing like a parrot and passing the baton. Mattamy should hold these guys accountable and end their contract. I see another person (Victoria) had a similar issue. Why is Mattamy still working with these guys who have such a bad reputation? We have had 2 HVAC issues just in the 1 year in this brand new home by Mattamy. Once for heat and now for AC. read more

I just ended a 5 year customer relationship with this company. They installed the HVAC system on my new house in 2021 and I immediately entered into a series of 1 year service contracts with them. My disappointment with them is with scheduling, punctuality, and the experience level of the techs that were assigned to my appointments. It became clear to me that they are not staffed at a sufficient level to handle the number of service agreements they have sold. It was not unusual for me to wait 8-12 weeks to schedule a seasonal "tune up" on either my A/C or furnace. If, for any reason, I had to reschedule an appointment it seemed like I has to wait the same 8-12 weeks for them to find an available date. In the 5 years as a customer I've never had the same technician at my house more than once. I am a strong advocate of supporting local businesses in my area and will typically offer grace to an occasional service failure. I can no longer do this with ALH&A. read more

While Andy Lewis aims to offer good customer service there is a disconnect between the level of experience some of their technician will have. You can get someone with a week of experience or 5 years. And then that person may not be there for long. I'm not sure if it's because of a work environment issue or that they don't pay well or just the work environment of society. I have zero confidence that my System is being serviced in the best manner. I have techs come that damaged the property or say they did their job but then to find out they didn't. They are supposed to be the professionals. I won't know until something is broken. There is always a long wait for maintenance check appointment. They need to do better and review how and who they fire and what type of training they offer read more

I called for a problem and was given an 8-12 window for service. That time came and went so I contacted their service number. "Casey" was very rude and said no one told you that time as our after hours team does not have access to schedules. So why would they give me a window for service? I am a paid subscriber for service with them to guarantee service. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused to let me talk to her boss. She literally started yelling at me then hung up on me. I call back to their service number and ended up with her again. She would not answer my question about what their guarantee was about if I as a customer could not speak with her supervisor. My mother selected this company to replace the coil in her indoor unit & during installation caused a fire to erupt at her outdoor unit, allegedly propagating from a pressure monitoring device installed on the unit. Our ac went out sometime in august maybe and we had Andy Lewis come look at our unit. They diagnosed us with some valve problem that needed to be replaced. Quoted us probably like $1,500. We got a second opinion with my husband's friend and he came ready to replace this valve that Andy Lewis said we needed... turns out, from this other tech's own diagnosis.. there was a giant gash/leak in our outside unit. That just needed to be repaired and then drain and fill the Freon. We were only charged half of what Andy Lewis was going to charge and got the actual problem fixed. read more

Crooks in every way! I have a so-called maintenance agreement as well as a warranty and supposedly I am a VIP customer. I have a three year old home and my AC and furnace have never given me any problems until they came out for my yearly check up and after they left and told me everything was good the AC would not hold the temperature. They came back out and said my NX part or something like that was bad in charge me $800 dollars! but told me to not use my furnace till they came back out cause they broke something. they then said my capacitor was going bad and said to replace that it was $280. That part cost Retail $15. I did not have them replace the capacitor and when I talk to the guy, he said oh it will probably last all summer. He left and again the thermostat would not hold the temperature.. Called him again. Next guy came out and said all well. We needed more Freon so they said they topprd it off. came home today from being with family and friends to cook out at my home and the AC again is not holding a temperature and nobody is available to come out until tomorrow and I'm supposedly a VIP customer with # Warranty. They are the biggest crooks in the business. and after they fix what they broke, I will be canceling my relationship with this horrible company. We have lived in a 3 year old house in a 55+ community when we noticed our heater was making very loud noises and kept turning on and off. We called Andy Lewis Heating and Air as they were the ones who installed the heater 3 years prior (seems that several negative reviews have been with new builds). The technician who came told me the floater switch needed to be replaced as it had "water" in it. I have since been educated that a floater switch is supposed to have water in it. He also told me that the wheel in the motor was warped and needed replacing as well. I asked if the parts were under warranty but was told it was under warranty for only a year which I have since found out is also not true. Feeling like I had no other choice, I paid for the "new" floater switch and put 50% down on a new motor wheel that needed to be ordered. The cost of everything seemed high to me so I got a second opinion. The new technician told me the floater switch looked as though it was never replaced and shouldn't have anyway because it is SUPPOSED TO have water in it. I was also told by the new company that the wheel was in perfect condition (he took pictures) and also did not need replacement. I immediately called Andy Lewis and explained the situation. I was told that the technician "no longer worked there" so they couldn't verify what happened. I texted the pictures and the receipt that showed the floater switched was supposedly replaced. After that, I received a call from Mike, the owner, who told me I would be reimbursed for the entire cost. I have only received the 50% down payment for wheel that never needed to be replaced in the first place. After several attempts to reach Mike to ask that I have ALL my money returned, I never heard back. I resorted to texting Mike because I had his number from earlier in the fiasco. I'm still trying to get my money back as I feel I was taken advantage of since I'm a "senior", and really was at their mercy. I've heard several complaints about Andy Lewis and their business practice from some of my neighbors. If you want to use a company that prides itself in honesty and integrity, DO NOT USE ANDY LEWIS! This is my second time having issues with my ac/heat system within 7 months of moving in. This is a brand new home by Mattamy Homes, and with ac/heating brand new system. The customer service rep Jeanette was sarcastic and rude hanging up on me, showed no empathy! Telling me I'm just hot and aggravated! Unacceptable customer service skills! When I called yesterday on Thursday 10/26, they were able to have someone come and I was told power surge protector was recommended and they had it available for 212.00 and the box or part that was the issue was in the attic, and the little box part melted/burnt..The technician said he had a new one to replace it and he tried to install it but needed assistance and said he needed to come back today which is Friday 10/27. So I cleared my calendar that day to be available and I didn't hear anything back from him so I called Andy Lewis office and spoke to the rude customer service rep and she said the field supervisor said I have to call an electrician and have them to fix it before they come back to fix anything. I was confused because I don't even know what's the issue or what to say that needs to be fixed to even call an electrician company! I didn't receive a work order summary or anything! I was not told anything about having to call the electrician company! the technician told me that it was fixable and he had the part in his van and he just needed help because the connection was in the attic and system was outside in the backyard and it would be easier to do with 2 people. That field supervisor wasn't even there at my house to even make that kind of diagnosis! It's now Saturday 10/28 and STILL no call from Andy Lewis field supervisor as Jeanette said they were going to call! it's 80 degrees upstairs and it's stuffy, and I'm having headaches! I'm not surprised to receive no follow up because they seemed uninterested in fixing the issue and the guy said it was covered under warranty at no cost! I had to call them! This has been a horrible experience and difficult dealing with this company. I started using the air conditioning before having it checked for the season. That was my mistake as I hadn't added it to my calendar. We'd been using it and suddenly, it stopped working on a day where the temperature reached 86 degrees. My mistake. When I called my home warranty company, the vendor was unable to come for a week. I reached out to Andy Lewis as they serviced my prior residence for over a decade. I didn't expect a visit the same day and had already confirmed a next-day service. However, less than 30 minutes later, Mr. Andyman showed up around 5 PM. He was in the house maybe 15 minutes and had diagnosed the problem. He fixed it quickly, cleaned the dirty coils, and saved me a few bucks in the process with an added maintenance agreement. There is no harm in having a maintenance agreement, even though I have a warranty as the warranty requires an additional payment far more than the added cost of the maintenance agreement. My experience with Andy Lewis has been pretty awesome and I am glad I went with them. read more

Unethical and dishonest business practices. I was happy to hear that they were willing to do a house call same day for a reasonable charge of $85. However that's the only positive about my experience. My furnace would not ignite, and in the process of trying to clean off the furnace, I knocked the probes off my ignitor(now making two problems). At that point I wanted to consort with a professional, so I got a referral for Andy Lewis. Over the phone, I informed the tech that I'd need to have the ignitor replaced in addition to the trouble shooting. I was willing to pay full price and also agree to a regular service contract to trouble shoot whatever was causing my issue...HOWEVER: After some smoke and mirrors back and forth, this tech quoted $303 to just replace the igniter! This turned me off, as I immediately found the igniter on amazon for $35, and it installs with one screw (the tech told me I wouldn't be able to find it anywhere, but he had them on his truck). I will screw in the new igniter when it arrives here in two days and find a different company to service my furnace. Its a shame this company lost my business (and signing up for a service agreement) over trying to rip me off over a $35 part and 5 mins of labor! It's increasingly rare these days to just have someone shoot you straight and be honest. read more

Stay away from this organization, like others below, they also built my HVAC system as part of a new home build. 1. The sizing of the system is underpowered for my house. 2. They don't have a blue print, same house model in my neighborhood has vents and intake all over the place. 3. One of the HVAC unit burnt not only on my home, but few of my neighbors as well. As per the builder, the manufacture refused to cover as it was installed improperly, they have to pay out of pocket to replace all the burnt units. 4. The root exhaust vents, they forgot to put the plastic boot to keep the rain away, having leaks into ceiling, all the way to first floor in my home, builder had to fix it. 5. Some of the vents never work (till I hired outside company to do the test) they always came and pretend to test all the vents and everything is working 6. One of the thermostat is in my master bedroom, I could set the temperature at 70 degrees for heat, on the same room, I will have temperature in the 60. 7. Downstairs is even worse, if the outside temperature is 20 degrees, I could set the thermostat at 70, but temperature remain at 50 degrees. 8. They were at my house 18 times, but never got into the roof to check the vents were bent and restricting airflow. I have proof of video where the heating never works, I could send it out if anyone is interested. Like others given the review here, Andy Lewis is never interested in resolving the issue. 9. Employee turnover is high, during my interaction with them. I am sure it's hard for good people to lie to customers, they quit and leave. 10. As per one of the best HVAC organization with BBB accreditation in charlotte, I need to have the ductwork rebuilt and have bigger units for the house to function. 11. They have to pay for advertisement, because they never get repeating customer. None of my neighbors in my street ever call them. read more

We bought house in 2019 from Mattamy homes and they told us to get maintenance plan from Andy Lewis, so we did. For the first 2 years, everything worked fine, and then problems start arising. It's very interesting coincidence that it start happening right after labor warranty expired. Last year we supposedly had a burned panel, that they replaced for approximately $300, they blamed it on the fact that we didn't have surge protection in the house, and panel burned because of thunderstorms. Ok, it wasn't that expensive, so we paid and then got the surge protection from Duke energy. But after what happend this year, I'm not even sure anymore that panel burned because of surge. 3 days after our annual maintenance visit the AC stopped working. We called for the service, technician arrived and said that he found leaking refrigirant and he needs to run diagnostics to find out where is it leaking. The diagnostic was around $190. After running the diagnostic, he said that there is no issue inside of the unit and the problem was the service valve, that was worn and that is a regular known problem. So if that's a regular known problem, why didn't you just check it right away? Isn't it a common sense if something is leaking to check the edges first? And why the guy who did annual maintenance didn't see that issue and didn't mention anything about leaking refrigirant? So basically they scammed me for $190. But that wasn't everything. We asked how much would it be to change the valve and refill refrigirant? He said that he will change the valve for free, but refrigirant is $289 for the first lb and after $192 per lb plus taxes, and he said we need 2-4 lb, maybe more. I checked online and that refrigirant R-410A cost on average maybe $40 per lb, depending on how much you want to buy, if you buy a 25 lb tank, it will be less than $20 per lb. And they want me to pay $700 - 900? Seriously? What kind of fraud is this? Obviously I declined. Then things got even more interesting, I called an independent technician, he came, checked the unit and said that the sevice valve that Andy Lewis technician claimed to be worn is just fine, he refilled the refrigirant and charged us $260 for everything. Also he said that from his experience, the issue more likely is inside the furnace (coil),  and in that case it's actually a warranty case for the equipment. This is absolutely unacceptable, I will be canceling the plan with Andy Lewis, and I will never ever dealing again with them or any similar companies. All they do is trying to get advantage of people and charge them as much money as they can for their "services". I prefer to pay independent technician. I also will be filing a formal complaint and will check of I can file a court claim against  them read more

I asked for an Hour call ahead so that I may have time to get home from work. I was called at 12pm by the technician and told he would be at my house by 1pm. I arrived at my house at 12:35pm. Because I don't check my phone while driving, I eventually did when I got home. The front office called and I advised them that is was at home, their reply was o.k. Well, 10 minuets later I received a call to confirm that he was heading to another call and asked if I had been notified that he wasn't coming until 3:30. I called the front office to ask what was going on because I was highly upset that I took time off of work to meet them and they did this. They then had the audacity to tell me because I got upset and cursed that I was wrong. You guys cost me money taking time off work, not to mention, I waited 4 days for this appt and my 1 yr olds room feels like an ice box. 4 years into buying a new house, Andy Lewis has performed our annual maintenance since purchase, they installed the system initially. Unfortunately, in that time, we have had loose caps cause freon leaks (or a bad shredder valve and lying technician), inability to tape up the unit properly after service causing leaks, improper installation of an $800 upgrade take down my nests all in 4 years. Due to a misunderstanding, we got recommended this company for what we now know had to do with the trucks outside and nothing to do with our heating and gas lines. I called Andy Lewis on a Sunday to request a callback Monday morning. I actually spoke to a human being on Sunday night and then rec'd a call from a technician that same evening. Monday morning they called, set up appointment and this is where my kudos really come in - I explained to Chip what I was hearing, he looked it over then told me the issue, looked up price for me and there was NO extras, no trying to sell me on maintenance plan, no telling me I needed a entire new system. This is why I will now use Andy Lewis for all my HVAC needs. I use to be a priority member w/ another company and it was a waste of $$, they always tried to sell me something I didn't need and every time they were out told me I needed an entire new system. Not really sure what has happened to this company over the past couple of years but it quickly becomes very clear when engaging with them now that they are highly committed to being a proprietarily focused RATHER than a customer focused business. They require you to sign various forms holding them harmless from any number of potential possibilities relating to their service. When I questioned why they said "its for our protection". I asked "protection from whom?" they replied "I guess from you". When I said "But I'm your customer why would you need protection from me? I called you! I asked you to come and add freon to my unit. You said you added the freon and you certainly gave me the bill which I immediately paid in full, so protection from what"? Their representative's response was "well they just make us have you sign these waivers." I think the deal is they really don't want to do repairs anymore unless they result in purchases of new units. Some of their service representatives really push replacements. They are rude and condescending and very expensive...3 lbs of freon...$400.00...for a 35 minute job. When I expressed to this representative that my next service call to their company would have been to have them replace both units but now after this experience, and others of late, I would NEVER call them to do that job or any other. His response was "well I'm sorry you feel that way but that's the way we do business now." That's their response to a loyal 7 year customer who has spent thousands of dollars over that seven years in service calls. I guess they have more customers than they need/want. There are too many other honest customer caring HVAC companies who truly want and appreciate your business. Call these guys AT YOUR OWN RISK...if you don't buy a new unit be very leary of what they say they did for you. Don't just trust them to tell you the truth. Make them prove it, otherwise you're more likely to be taken. Better idea...call someone you know you can trust. read more

We had a very negative experience with Andy Lewis Heating and Air in Charlotte NC. A tech came out to find out why our 7 year old unit they installed and maintained annually was not working due to a leak and another leak not covered under warranty due to dog urine. They told me I would have to cover the cost at 100%. This upset me because they did not provide warranty info when they installed it and have never told me the risk involved with my pets having access to the unit. Also, the amount of damage the urine had caused was clearly over a long period of time and Andy Lewis tech cleaned in just 6 months before meaning he would have known about the possible problem. As the tech left that day, he told me we needed a new outside unit after 7 years and that our heater worked. Well, when I turned it on it did not. Andy Lewis left us with no heat in our house for over 2 weeks with a child in the house in Nov 2021 record cold days. It got in the 50's in my house and they did not care. I called Andy Lewis for help for 5 business days with little help and response. The tech told me he would give an estimate the next business day but it took 3 more days and me calling more then once a day for several days where an email was then send with not all in the correct info and was not explained in terms we understood. Note we are not AC techs or professionals in this field. I then spent 3 more business days calling asking for help with finally some women telling me what the email meant with the estimate. I called to talk to Q the manager at the time who said he would not help us because it was not their job to tell us if we are violating the warranty but to tell us when something was wrong. He was very unreasonable. Q made it clear he would do nothing to make it right even though the techs should have communicated all warranty info. Q said 90% of the tech who have services my unit which are about 10 to 12 techs are no longer with the company so he cannot ask them questions to verify my claims. Q then said the owner would be calling me the next business day to hear my concerns where I did not get a call from the owner. When I called 2 business days later, they said Q was no longer there and Tyler was the acting manager. I waited two days for him to call to see if he could make things right. He did not. He made it clear Andy Lewis did nothing wrong in any way and made me feel everything is our fault. The annual maintenance package Andy Lewis sold me over these years stated they help with maintaining the unit. Then not communicating all warranty info sounds like how to maintain it to me. Tyler says unless they see already existing damage, they do not communicate warranty info. This makes no sense to wait until it is too late to tell a customer they should not do something. Ever tech knew we had dogs because I would put them up when they came to service the unit. Overall, Tyle did not apologize about anything stating Andy Lewis is not at fault and making it all our fault for not knowing the parts of the unit names or what parts did, lack of office staff returning calls, tech not giving quote in the time he said, us magically knowing all warranty info, office staff not communicating effectively, and not know there was this special way to turn on the unit. I highly recommend not using them and make sure if you do everything is in writing. read more

Andy Lewis was the HVAC company chosen by my contractor as part of the new home build. When my heating was out on NY Eve, Andy Lewis came out and took care of the problem on NY Day. So, they get some credit for their service, but in all other interactions, Andy Lewis comes up short. It appears as though the system for my home is undersized, and as I spoke to the agents on the phone, it became clear that their customer service is lacking in bedside manner, as well as follow-thru. They failed to get back to me with detailed information that justifies why my 4 ton A/C system is sufficient for a house that is greater than 3600 sq feet, while both neighbors have houses of approx 3000 sq ft, and they both have 6 ton systems. Also, I tried to have a new catalyst loaded into my HVAC to replace the stock catalyst, and Andy Lewis threatened to void my warranty, even though the replacement of the fluid would have been done by a licensed HVAC contractor. I spoke to the owner or the highest level of management I could get on the phone, and he simply kept repeating that if I replaced the fluid with a new catalyst, I would void the warranty. The moss magnusson act establishes that a warranty cannot be voided simply because someone else serviced the item in question, or if an after-market part is used on the item in question. Given their attitude, and their position on service and sizing of the system, I'm afraid that I have virtually no use for these folks. I strongly encourage you to find another HVAC vendor. You'll likely never be satisfied with these folks. read more

we were having issues with our ac unit which was installed by andy lewis approx 5 years ago. They had a technician come out to look at unit and he concluded that the unit's compressor was faulty and needed to be replaced, and said we were just out of our warranty so it would cost up upwards of $3500 to fix the unit. We were floored and upset because we purchased this house, newly built, and serviced the unit regularly. They said it was nothing they could do and didn't look any further to help us solve our issue. Basically just looking to make money off us for a unit they installed and went bad. We called another company and they came and check the unit and confirmed that the unit's compressor was bad and needed to be replaced, but further went on to ask us if we were the original owner and after scanning the unit they notified us that we were still under the manufacturers' warranty, that wouldn't expire until 11/2024 and that the part would be covered under that warrant and we would be responsible for cover $1300, which is a far way from $3500. My issue is why couldn't or didn't Andy Lewis, who installed the unit, come and inform us that we were under manufacture warranty still? They just wanted to milk and collect what they could and that's just bad business. We were the first to move into this neighborhood and would assume that other will be having this issue soon. We will be telling everyone in our community about our experience and informing them of this finding. It makes me sad that people still insist on conducting business in this manner. read more

I called Andy Lewis for service because they installed the HVAC system in our new build home 3 years ago. We have a 2 - zone unit. One zone was not putting out A/C and the other was. It was a Saturday afternoon when I called and I was told they couldn't come until Monday. I agreed to wait but my wife did not want to because her mother (visiting at the time) was on oxygen and couldn't handle the heat. My wife called them back, told them about her Mother's situation and asked if they could reconsider. The lady at Andy Lewis said she had a technician in the area just finishing up another job and he would be over afterward. This is great! Right? Not so much. The tech arrives, goes to the attic and finds we have a bad damper motor. Good news is that it is under warranty, but it will cost $300 to install it. I obviously was not happy with it but what do I do? Put my MIL through the pain and upset my wife by saying no? So I okay the replacement, which he had on his truck. He changes the motor and everything worked fine. One little detail..... the whole service call took 25 minutes. That's right, 25 minutes. Based on simple math, that's $12.00 per minute or $720 per hour. I realize HVAC is a skilled trade and should bring a good wage. In addition, it was a weekend. I even asked the technician if he was serious about the $300 after he was done and he looked me right in the eye and said yes. So, I was told $300 up front and agreed to the fee, expecting it would take at least an hour to repair, based on the price. Shame on me. But guess what? I have future choices and it won't be Andy Lewis. A word to the wise, don't try to make your life savings off of one order. You should ALWAYS have the next order in sight. In this case, there isn't going to be a next order. However, you do have my Yelp review. The gift that keeps on giving. read more

The worst customer service I have experienced! Do yourself a favor and choose a different vendor for your HVAC needs.

Our system was installed by Andy Lewis Heating and Air and we have continually had amazing service from them. We came home last week to our house being extremely hot. I called Andy Lewis and customer service was great in walking me thru some options that were both efficient to our budget and the continually heat in our house! They were quick to give some tips to help us out until someone could arrive. Long story short, we have no idea why our AC cut off --but we survived.. With that being said, we opted for the maintenance plan and just had our first appointment with Nate on 07/19/2017. NATE WAS AWESOME! He really knows the art of customer service, being prompt and knowing how to handle 2 very large and excited dogs. He was thorough and very good with explaining everything he did and that our system is in good shape. He is definitely another asset to your company, and another proven reason that we will utilize your company for our continued AC and Heating needs. read more

We had such a fantastic experience with Jamie Wylie and team from the Andy Lewis HVAC Co. we're compelled to share the experience through this review. Unfortunately, the 2nd/3rd floor central a/c unit in our home died in the middle of the night Thursday August 20th. It's always stressful when we're forced to research a large unexpected and unwanted expenditure under time pressure in extreme heat with our young children living in the house. Not how we would choose to spend money. Forced to spend my Friday making tons of phone calls and researching companies which is completely aggravating (one of these ridiculous companies actually asked for a credit card just to secure an appointment which we found appalling) we finally called Andy Lewis. After receiving 2 other diagnostic checks and quotes from larger unimpressive companies, we found Andy Lewis on Angie's List and gave them a call at 3:30 on Friday afternoon. After explaining our desperate situation, the customer service rep dispatched a technician willing to take on another unexpected call, late Friday afternoon an hour from his previous appointment. Jamie called when we was on the way and arrived sometime around 4:30ish. Jamie diagnosed the problem and quoted the best price of the day with extra services INCLUDED in the estimate with a part and labor warranty and future service agreement. We were very happy with the price but then expected to wait a week for installation but were pleasantly surprised when we received a phone call Monday morning to schedule the installation of the compressor that day. Jamie installed the part, cleaned the coils on the unit and our other unit for free and left us with cool air by 2pm. We were very impressed with the quality of the work, the expedient service and the price, we couldn't of had a better experience. Again, not he way we would choose to spend money but this was money well spent. I highly recommend giving Andy Lewis a phone call when forced with an HVAC repair. In June of 2018 we had to have an entire new system installed in our 6 yr old new construction home. 6 years of life on an HVAC? Not much. Andy Lewis was the original contractor so we called them. As part of the new system we requested an air filtration system. I made it clear that I did not want one that produced ozone or any gases and I wanted it to actually filter the air. The system that was recommended was the Air Scrubber. After several months of smelling gas smells and dust that was the worst I have ever had I found out the Air Scrubber does not filter, it weighs the dust down so it settles and then you clean it up. What I thought was ozone turned out to be other gases, hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyls and super ozides. (I called the manufacturer to get that info.) Definitely the complete opposite of what we requested. Called Tyler McRae and he said they would replace the unit with a Lennox Pure Air and he would credit us back $600. Sounded great. The cost would be $2285 for the Lennox minus the $600. Final number: $1685. A second estimate from another company quoted me $1718 for the Lennox installation. So why the higher beginning number from Tyler of $2285? Feel he jacked up the beginning price so he could "credit" me back a fake discount on the Air Scrubber removal. We had paid $6260 for the new installation then paid another $5200 for our daughters system. You would think after paying out $11460 in one year and receiving the wrong filtration system that Andy Lewis would have given us a real refund. Techs were great but I feel the company doesn't deal honestly with their clients. Cannot recommend them at all. Beware of dishonest trade practices. read more
