That's really false advertising to have it as an add on charge in my book, because That's kind of a bait and switch tactic. Your going in thinking around $60 after taxes but it ends up costing you $125 instead, after add on fees and taxes. They got the part in, got it fixed before the end of the day, and my bill was ~850 bucks. They didn't need to replace one of the sensors, and said to me, why spend the money if you don't need to. Respect that. If you get there early, you can generally wait a short time for simple stuff like oil change or junk. I just drop it off and pick it up after work.
