On a beautiful Saturday the Lynnwood locations car wash was unfortunately closed. Against our better judgement we went to the dreaded Alderwood location to clean our son's car. The car wash started and immediately the middle of the windshield cracked and then spidered into the entire windshield. We reported the incident immediately and took several photos. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday? We then contacted him first thing Monday morning. He insisted we drive the car back where he told us the crack was in the inside...hmm. I guess not only is he a weekday manager but also a glass expert. We have tried several times to get anyone (else) to return our calls to no avail and there is apparently no other manager to talk to at anytime onsite. Our insurance has told us they will not cover it as it is considered third party damage. Not to mention at time of purchase on the inspection of the vehicle no windshield damage was found. So my (Autistic) 16 year old is left with a car that is illegal to drive. Thanks Levine family, we will never use your company again. We will now determine if this is worth pursuing in small claims court.

Pulling in was without obstruction as was operating the kiosk at the pumping stall I used. The colors on the station were vibrant, something that really made an impact up-close. For the payment/selecting a fuel grade part of the process, a car wash option was presented early on. While I selected no, I did notice a sign by the road when my car was fueling up that communicated gas price(s) were 10 cents cheaper with a car wash option. The receipt printed at the stall once I was done fueling. The only hiccup I encountered was with the handless feature of the nozzle I used, I tried to prop the handle up and the clip-like feature kept sliding out.

They sent me an email with a list of all of the things they found that needed to be addressed. And rated those green, yellow and red, depending on how important the issue needed to be taken care of. It also gave me the option through the email of choosing which item I wanted to have fixed or not. There were a lot of things that needed to be addressed and they did have my car for 2 1/2 days which I was not expecting. But everything seems to be in great working order and my gas mileage has already improved from the spark plugs replacements that were done. I would definitely recommend getting your car serviced here.

I would give them zero stars if I could…read more TLDR: Lied to us about a diagnosis and tried scamming us out of $1700 to replace a radiator cap My wifes jeep has been leaking coolant from the radiator, and scheduled with them to get it diagnosed and repaired First thing, is they accepted the jeep and didn't inform my wife that they don't offer radiator repairs, Which is literally what my wife brought the vehicle in for. luckily My wife gave them my number to discuss pickup and costs. Called them later on that day to figure out what was going on. The confirmed there was a leak in the radiator, and it needed to be replaced, and once they were doing that they would check the Waterpump and see if there is an issue there. Cost to replace the radiator is $1700 dollars. I asked them in multiple ways if they can just repair the leak, or weld it - they said they cant weld it because most radiators are made of plastic ( should raised alarm bells here as they said this because mine is aluminum, not an ounce of plastic on it, proving they didn't check my radiator) and just pushed the need to get the repair while they have the vehicle open and ready to work on. I told them that was out of our budget and they tried lowering it to accommodate us- seemed at the time like a nice thing of them to do. I picked it up, paid a little over $200 for the diagnosis and drove it home. I bought a new radiator for $200 and started to take the old one out, and noticed it was bone dry. So I rented a radiator pressure tester kit for free from Autozone (they get 5 stars) and did a 3 minute test on the pressure for the radiator to find the leak- at 2 psi the radiator cap was squirting water and coolant everywhere (mind you, you don't have to take ANYTHING apart to do this test). I went and got a 10 dollar replacement radiator cap, put it on my radiator, and redid the test to try to find the leak.... and it held at 12 psi without dropping, no leaks found. drove the vehicle around and redid the test, no leaks. held its psi. This test I did involved literally doing nothing other than putting a hand pump into the coolant resevoir and pumping..... and I discovered the source of the leak in less than 3 minutes They had the vehicle for an entire day, confirmed on the phone with me that there was a non-repairable crack in the radiator causing the leak, and that it needs to be replaced for $1700, and when i told them that was too much, tried to get me for less money pushing for the repair. NO matter how I think of it from another perspective or angle, there is literally no way an auto shop can, first, accept a car FOR REPAIR, and then after Having it for a day tell us they dont do the repair we brought the car in for in the first place. BUT furthermore, tell us there is a leak in a radiator that is unrepairable and then say it NEEDS to be replaced for 1700. And it took me, a man who is NOT a mechanic, 3 minutes to find out there is in fact zero leaks in the radiator, and the problem is a damaged cap that costs 10 dollars to replace. I see no way those events happen unless they are trying to screw someone over and scam money. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!

Well, this place made me feel at ease for leaving my car here and it's due to the great customer service and transparency Kevin(Store manager, I assume) provided. I usually go to Grease Monkey in Edmonds, WA, and the reason is related to the cost. However, my father has told me he has been going to this location and my father usually knows what he is talking about, so I thought to give it a shot. I walked and was greeted by Kevin and asked if I had an appointment, which I made on the website, but he told me there has been some glitch in the online appointment process and he is not seeing it. He is still welcome to take it even though they seemed swamped on Saturday of a week before Xmas, however, it will take some time to get it done. I had an oil change and transmission flush in mind to get it done and provided coupons as well. True, it was a bit more expensive ($50-$100) than getting it done at Grease Monkey, but seeing the way the mechanics worked and seeing Kevin getting everything done to make sure to meet the standards made me feel at ease to pay extra than get it somewhere cheaper. While I wait, they reached out to me and told me that they recommended getting my Battery cleaned as well. If it was any normal case, I would've denied it, but I knew I needed to because I recently changed my headlight bulb and saw it needs to be cleaned, so I went and approved it. Overall, I feel like my car got the service it needed and I will be coming here from now on. Tip: I advise you to give them a call to make sure your appointment is shown on their system if you made an online appointment, and look for coupons.

I called four times and each call was answered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, each call was answered by 'hello' and that was it. They wouldn't respond to any of my questions or say anything. I believe they knew I was going to keep calling and on the fourth try, I spoke to the manager who had not even looked at my vehicle yet. I was calling early enough that I think only the manager would be answering the phones and I'm pretty sure I was speaking to the manager every time I called. I dont know anything about cars so I rely on honest mechanics. My household has 4 cars and I took them all to Sunny's. In the past 2 years, I have began to feel that Sunny's may be mis-diagnosing and overcharging for work. One car had the same issue, and I took it to Sunny's 3 different times as the issue never got resolved and I was being charged more and more for each visit. I eventually sold the car. Then, in a different car, a check engine light was on, although the car appeared to run fine, I brought it to Sunny's to diagnose. Sunny's gave an estimate for about $2500. I decided to get a 2nd opinion, and a different shop diagnosed it at about $420 and said many of the parts Sunny's wanted to replace looked fine to them. Needless to say I had the new shop do the work and have been happy.

Unfortunately, our last two experiences have been very disappointing. Most recently, I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM to have a front-end suspension issue diagnosed. By 2:45 PM, I had still not received any update, so I called to check on the status. The employee I spoke with seemed unsure of what was going on and told me he needed to check on something. He said he would have more information within an hour and would call me back, but I never received a call. Later, when my father called, we were told that the car had received an oil change, even though we had never requested one. However, when I arrived at the shop, I was then told that no oil change had actually been performed. The conflicting information only added to the confusion and made it difficult to have confidence in the service being provided. This follows another disappointing visit where we were given a repair estimate, but when it came time to pay, the bill was hundreds of dollars higher because a brake job had been left out of the original quote. What makes this especially frustrating is that we have trusted this shop for decades. My father has been a customer since the 1970s, and we continued bringing our vehicles there because of that trust. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, conflicting information, and inaccurate estimates during our last two visits have left us very disappointed.

I stopped going for a long time and went the dealership instead. Having to drop off my car and find things to do for a long time is quite inconvenient. I hated having to make an appointment, they were closed on Sundays. My car is older now and I don't care as much about it, so I decided to give Jiffy Lube another go. I really like that I don't have to leave my car now. I can pull in to the garage and spend the time messing on my phone or listening to an audio book. This must be great for those with mobility issues. It's nice to be able to see exactly what they are doing and listen to them talk to each other. You get a feel for if the employees are responsible and people you can trust. On my last visit they really went above and beyond. They changed my air filter, which I don't know if anyone has ever done. Apparently you have to take out the glove compartment to access it. My partner is good with cars, but I don't know if he even knew that this was how it had to be done. They also worked really hard to replace a back light, even going so far as to go to the store to pick it up for me. This did end up taking longer than I had originally expected, but I had no idea this light was even out. I really appreciate the care they took to make sure everything was going right. I also like that Jiffy Lube emails me and starts reminding me when it is time for my next oil change. Yes, I could look at the sticker, but as a busy person I need the extra reminder to get things done. I'll be back.
