I didn't understand raw onion slivers on the salad and personally, I think onions and dried cranberries are both odd for a beet salad. The pizza was absolutely the best that I've had anywhere in the area and the pretzel was delicious as well. The pretzels are made fresh each day (so when they run out, they run out for the day). Watching the pizza cooking in the wood fired oven, with a nice cold beer in my hand was a truly beautiful thing.
