I said i wanted to wax my legs, and the woman at the front desk said something to the other woman in another language and she then walked me into a room. I didnt like how she treated her colleagues or how no one greeted me. The waxing session itself was very painful, other wax places don't hurt as much as this did. They use all purpose wax, which she had to repeatedly go over the same areas because it wasn't working well. The lady was so nice though, she was great. I am not coming back because the wax is really cheap and they double dipped.

The basic facial was $40 - which included face cleansing, face steaming, black head removal, face massage with a serum, mini shoulder/head massage, face mask (not sure what type of mask, but smelled like charcoal/clay), and a heated pad for your eyes whilst doing your face mask. I learned that removing blackheads/extraction is quite different from one another. At New Hope, the basic facial includes black head removal, not a intense extraction (which was what I was expecting since this was included in my previous facial experiences). If you wanted a more intense extraction to remove any forming pimples/dirt under pores, this will cost more, which may be worth it since Cici seems very knowledge in working with individuals who has acne issues. If you're looking for a fancy/clean/quiet/peaceful ambiance, this is not the place for you. They do not have individual rooms, all the facial beds were separated by a fabric room divider, you can hear everything - from other clients talking, to someone walking into the salon. I didn't mind the noise but I wished it was more quiet. For $40, you get what you pay for. And Cici is amazing!!!! I do hope that she one day can open a larger beauty salon that offers a more peaceful environment for her future clients. But nonetheless, not too shabby for a last minute find.

Management should consider hiring a dedicated cleaning team to regularly maintain the treatment rooms and common areas. I scheduled an appointment with her via text which was also super convenient. She was flexible and had openings after 5pm (when I get off work) and also weekends. I booked an appointment for today (Saturday) at 10am. The whole process took about 2 hours. Parking around the area wasn't too bad. I was able to easily find a spot a block away. Eunice first cleaned the area and she mapped the area to see where and how she should microblade. She took her time and made my uneven brows, perfect. The procedure was not painful since she put numbing cream. She would also often ask if i was doing okay and if I still did not feel any discomfort. Overall, I recommend trusting Eunice with your brows! She takes her time and so far day 0, it looks good to me!
