After weeks of painstakingly searching for a decent used automobile, I was blessed to finally find Angel Motors Inc. I found the car I was searching for, and we drove 100 miles from Waverly TN to give it a test drive. When we arrived, I was surprised, they didn't have anything "decent" at all. Every single automobile was in "immaculate" condition and appeared to be as good as new. As a small business owner myself, I am so very impressed with this small privately owned business I would advocate everyone in the market for a used automobile to access their website, shop their inventory online, give them a call, and make them your first and only stop. No use in the excruciating hassle of going from lot to lot trying to find a decent automobile. They are all at Angel motors Inc. Everything on their lot is top notch, and these are absolutely fine people to do business with. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with these folks... A rare find indeed! Highly recommend avoiding this dealership. I bought a car in January and immediately started having serious issues. Requested the owner rescind the sale within a week and his response was "take it to a smaller mechanic shop and repairs will be cheaper." The ad specifically said there were no mechanical issues and the mechanic I went to said there was no way they didn't know there were issues. So either they lied or their mechanic is inept. I was waiting to write a review to give a tally of repairs but unfortunately it is still ongoing. Have had 2! check engine light repairs, over $5,000 in repairs so far and am scheduled to go back in the shop next week because the AC isn't working properly. This car has been a tremendous stress for me as it's my sole transportation and I drive all day to see patients in their homes. Shame on this owner for selling unreliable vehicles and claiming (in writing) that they are issue free. If you consider this dealer, which I advise against, I absolutely would not buy a car unless you have it checked out by a mechanic of your choosing first. *Only positive was the sales staff were friendly. The car I was interested in was posted for $1,999. After calling them they said they made a mistake and was actually $2,999 which wasn't too big of an issue. After telling them I'm 45 minutes away driving they said no problem can't wait to see you. Upon arriving the first thing I was told is the cheapest car they have is 7,000. The car I It was interested in was actually 19,999. After talking for a while it was hard to get an apology out of them and the guy I talked with on the phone wouldn't show his face. Shady business's that draws you in with lies and deception. Their inventory isn't all that great anyways. Stay away from this nightmare of a car lot you will not be happy coming here. I didn't want to even take a picture of this place to take up any space in my camera roll. I was super excited to get this new car and within the first five days of having it the check engine light came on the air-conditioning stopped working and when I pop the hood I was extremely disappointed to find there was zero coolant, zero oil in the engine, zero wiper fluid and ultimately the car overheated. I took it to an auto parts store and it was reading a code that the second cylinder was misfiring. There was also a shake in the engine that they were concerned about. When I purchased the car John told me that I really don't need to worry about buying the three month warranty because it only covers certain parts of the engine and those parts wouldn't fail within three months having a Kia. When I called him to discuss this and how much money I have already spent in all the fluids adding to it and the oil he denied the conversation and said what do you want me to do once you buy it and leave the lot it is in your hands. He is not an honest guy and I would never recommend anyone buying a car from him. He just wants to move his car as quickly and hopes that nothing will happen to them within the first three months. He has a young guy working out back who is his mechanic. That's who certified the car. Clearly that mechanic did not look at anything because there should not be a leak in the radiator hose and there should not be a leak in the AC. Prior to visiting the business I was given a virtual tour of several cars on FaceTime, by Steve, who patiently answered my questions to give as clear a picture as possible. When I arrived, after assistance by an extremely personable and competent young man, Donny, I met Steve personally and he worked with me to test vehicles, even calling in the mechanic to allow me to try a special air filter in the vehicle. Additional helpful follow-up by Donny was provided at the end of the process. From the owner, John, to the receptionist-- to the capable assistance from Steve and Donny--I was greatly impressed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! I purchased a 2013 Infiniti JX35 with 91k miles on 7/24/2020 for $16k from this lot. We did take the vehicle to our local mechanic to have it looked at for possible rust or any leaks being that the car originally came from New Jersey. No issues in those regards, however after driving the vehicle less than 50 miles and two days later, a "shudder" began to be experienced when the vehicle was accelerating into low gear from a complete stop. There was also an extreme vibration when traveling at high speeds. We took the vehicle to our local mechanic on 7/27/2020 that advised there was a transmission issue and recommended contacting Angel Motors due to the vehicle just being purchased and the damage costs for the repairs. I called Angel Motors and spoke to Melissa, who was very pleasant and I explained the issue to her. She stated that she would have the owner, John, contact me directly. John returned my call shortly thereafter pleading that he sold me a good vehicle and that the only thing he could do was sell me the third party warranty after the 24 hour time period had already lapsed and knowing that their was a pre-existing issue with the vehicle, wait at least a month a more and then file a fraudulent and unethical claim. We took the vehicle to Infiniti Of Cool Springs 7/28/2020 to be officially diagnosed, the diagnosis was that the CVT transmission needs to be replaced at a total cost of $8,975.29 for the repairs. I'm a single mother of four children, two of which have special needs, autism and cerebral palsy, therefore, after purchasing what I had believed to be a good reliable vehicle for $16k, I do not have the almost $9k additional funds to cover these repair costs. My father stopped by to speak to the owner directly today 7/29/2020 to explain the situation once again, show him the quote for the repairs provided by Infiniti and ask that he help in some way. The owner became very defensive and rude with him and stated that there was nothing he could (would) do. At that point, my father told him that our only option was to inform other potential buyers not to purchase from him being that he had obviously known of the issue (the car made it less than 50 miles before presenting issues) and that he is unethical by selling such vehicles to customer and recommending to them to submit fraudulent warranty claims. As my father was driving off, a potential buyer arrived and my father did advise them of the situation that occurred with my recent purchase from them and recommended that they not do business there. Apparently, shortly after my father had left, the owner called me directly on my cell phone as I'm trying to get my three year old autistic son down for a nap and completely unaware of what had just occurred at the lot between him and my father. He had to have had gotten my personal number from the bill of sale at the time of purchase. He was irate, yelling, and making threats to call a lawyer and the police on me and advised me that neither myself nor anyone in my family is welcome on his lot due to my father coming up there to speak with him which I had no knowledge or part of. I immediately called the Smyrna Police department for harassment. When the officer arrived, officer Robert Cash, he was incredibly friendly and advised he would contact the owner John to make him aware that he can not contact me in the future. He went to his patrol car to make the phone call and came back shortly to advise me that he had in fact spoken to John, who lied and stated I called him first, I have phone records to prove otherwise, and that he had even been rude to him as well. During our conversation, John called the officer back to get his name and badge number, which officer Cash provided very politely. Less than two minutes later, dispatch contacted the officer stating that the owner of Angel Motors had contacted them about the officer reaching out. He literally called the Smyrna police on the Smyrna police officer...insane. read more

Then after I gave them a bad review on cargurus they said that I never contacted them and little do they know that the only way I could write a review for them on cargurus was that I had to have contacted them via cargurus. So not only will this dealership ignore you but then they get upset with you for being honest about how they treated you.
