I have never written a YELP review before but after my experience here, I felt obligated to share my horrible tale. 1/2/2022 tried this spa with my sister. I asked the tech to remove my existing acrylic and put on new. This women ( chair number 2 ) used dirty toe nails clippers to try and cut off the old acrylic then used a fake nail tip to pry under the existing nail to try and pop it off. This was soooo painful. I kept pulling my hand away and telling her it hurt. She cut me to the quick twice!!! I had to fingers bleeding. I was almost in tears. She did apologize for making me bleed. Then before she was finished, she stood up and said she had to go do someones eye brows. I got out of the chair and found the owner. He was nice and had another tech finish my nails. When the first tech saw someone else helping me, she had a lot to say, loudly and in a different language so I am not sure what she was yelling about for sure. 2 days later and my fingers are still in a lot of pain!! plus this cost $48 I was charged full price. They do not care about the job they do, they do not give you what you want, they do what they want. They don't even act like they wanna wait on you or that you're interrupting their break time when you walk in there. They want a mass produce Nails in and out and collect the money. Well I haven't had my nails done in years so I thought I treat myself today. I've sat here for 20 min watching other people get called back before me. The girl who needed a fill in I understand. Well when I walked in I was asked if I wanted my toes done too, I declined and said I just wanted a full set. so the first girl called before me, who got here after me, needed a fill in so I understand but the 4 people, and counting, who came from pedicure and got called before me isn't okay. I don't want to leave but I said I didn't want a pedicure because I was in a hurry and didn't have time. Apparently if you come here be prepared to watch employees walk around and ignore you while you wait forever to give them your money. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. Listen to the reviews. I took the time to make a Yelp account just to share my experience with this salon. I went in on my lunch break and asked them to remove my current acrylic. In the middle of the removal I was asked to get up and sit somewhere else so that someone else could sit down and get their nails done. He brushed me off to the side while I soaked my fingers in acetone. After waiting for 20 minutes I asked him if anybody is going to finish. He then came and drilled the nail down and told me to soak them again. After waiting for 45 minutes I had to go back to work with my nails looking like this. They had the nerve to try and bill me $10 for this horrible job and horrible service. The owner literally argued with me after I told him I would only pay half for the service, he's lucky I even offered that. This was the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. read more

I have been going here for about a year and I can say that for the most part I have no problems! My nails and toes are always above and beyond. However, if you are looking for someone to talk to you while you get your nails/toes done, this place is NOT it. Went a couple weeks ago to get a full set and the woman who did my nails, argued with everything I wanted. Didnt even file how I wanted, or do the design I wanted. I felt completely disrespected. And when the owner told me the next time "he'd take care of it" I assumed he'd ACTUALLY take care of it. So, yesterday I went in for a fill in and he gave me another man. Who did EVEN WORSE! I asked for coffin shape, totally uneven filing and rushed work. He did not follow the SIMPLE design I wanted and they look like crap! They are rude too. Then when I was finished, the owner acted like he didn't remember me or telling me hed take care of my next visit. So, I still had to pay for these! Im livid! Do not ever go here. Rush rush rush. Got a full set done and the technician knicked my finger causing it to bleed. He said sorry but that doesn't mean it should have happened or should it be forgiven. I left in the middle of the nail tech taking my polish off because she wasn't removing it properly. Three nail beds were grinded down so low I thought they would fall off. I pointed the redness out to her and told me they still had glue on them and needed more. I got up and walked out after telling her multiple times to please stop. Went for a pedi and they did NOT complete the pedicure correctly. Gel polish was bumpy, didn't all the way dry. Had more than one person to try to fix it, and it sTill didn't get correct. TERRIBLE nail salon! The man doing my nails was too busy talking Vietnamese to fellow employees and all laughing to even listen to my needs. Was sloppy and clumped the polish on my nails and wasn't even going to give me a color choice. He blamed my nails for his mistakes and refused to admit he was sloppy. I walked out without paying. He never finished my nails because I started complaining about his job and expected him to correct it. When they started arguing with me I said I am leaving without paying. Be I've been before with great results. This morning a young man started to do my nails. One of my dipped nails had broken and he took a nail tip and attempted to remove the broken nail by jamming the nail tip under the broken nail. I pulled my hand back at least six times telling him was hurting me. I asked if he could use something to melt the nail off like they usually do. He got very hostile and said I didn't like him and he wasn't going to do my nails. I told him he was lovely and that I had nothing against him, but he was hurting me. DONT GO HERE!!!! Save your time and money. I went here for a simple manicure and pedicure. In which I mentioned as soon I walked in. I didn't wait too long before sitting on the massage chair that wasn't working. Told the nail tech and she shrugged her shoulders like who cares. I looked past it and try to enjoy my experience I guess the tech was annoyed I was resting my eyes and relaxing because she kept pulling my legs and being rough. (I wasn't sleeping lol just relaxing) so I ask is there something wrong since she wanted to keep being rough. And she's like no out showed no interest in her job. She did not scrub my feet, she did not file my toes she simply let my feet soaked clipped my nails and then started adding like lotions and hot rocks. I was confused because I'm like my feet need to get done not just add lotion and hot rocks. Anyways the horror just got worst. She looked at me and said I need to add money for your gel removal I said ok that's fine. I wanted a clear pink something very simple. She painted my nails (no gel) and like two minutes later puts my sandals on. All my toes got ruined and I said wait all my toes you just did got ruined for putting on my sandals before fully drying . She was pissed grabbed a cotton ball soaked it with nail removal ran it through my toes never dried it and just grabbed the nail polish and started painting over my toes the nail polish was spilling everywhere and I was just looking so disappointed and told her that the color is all uneven and the nail polish isn't sticking correctly she's like come on let's do nails . I said you know what forget this I don't want my nails done by you or anyone here. And she said well the total is 30 dollars. Wtf. I was outraged. 30$ for a horrible job and experience. Bull shit I told them I was not paying for that. The owner came and was like I'm sorry she will do it again, she will do a better job it's because she doesn't speak English so doesn't know what your saying or asking. I was just like no this is ridiculous. I felt a sense of gilt to just walk out without paying so I took the offer to get it fixed. She was a lot more gentle and tried to be super nice which was this annoying feeling to me because it was not genuine at all. But still never scrubbed my feet or anything. Time now is 10:12. My friend and I arrived at 8:52. Yes we were early and understood that, however by 9am I expected to be seated in the chair. There was only one person working at the time. We waited 40 mins and when asked what time the other workers would arrive they she stated she didn't no but maybe soon. Maybe??? You open at 9. All workers should be present when the open light goes on. So I put our names in the list (our names were first) sat in my car until workers came. Other customers walked in as I sat in my car and I went inside when the workers finally came 30 mins after opening and guess what.... about 7 people were placed before me.... no apologies or remorseful gestures. I had such high hopes for this salon as it was recommended by a colleague at work. Well it was such a dreadful experience I felt I needed to warn others rather than recommend. My fingers were butchered to say the least, 8 out of 10 fingers were cut and bleeding. The nail technician had such a bad attitude and was so rough!! Iv been getting pedis for years and have never had any issues. I'm new to the area so I wanted to find a nail salon up where I live now so I stopped by. After waiting for about an hour soaking my feet in water that was once warm I finally was services. The women who's name I won't reveal said I had an ingrown toe nail and started digging at my big toe. Taking her professional advice I went ahead and let her do what she needed to do. A few weeks went by and I took the polish off to only find out I had contracted some type of nail fungus from this place!!!! Went to get a spa pedicure today and dip powder nails, my pedicure was done first, I sat with my feet in the water for about 15-20 minutes, finally I looked over to my mom (who's pedicure had been started within reasonable time and well on her way to starting her acrylic fill in) and said " where is this lady at?" To which, the Asian lady doing her nails shouted something in an Asian language and out cake the lady who was supposed to be doing my nails.. from there she did my pedicure and did a great job. Then she took me over to her table to start on my nails.. she hit my skin the her file machine several times and then she starting to put my tips on... after she put the second nail tip on I noticed "omg these are extremely crooked" ever time I tried to look at her work she would yank on my fingers aggressively. Finally I said to her "excuse me these are crooked" she kept saying like "yes yes"and acknowledging my concerns but she kept going then I snatched my hand from her and showed her how crooked they were she stopped putting on the tips and just started to cut my nails down ... without asking me how short I wanted them. I figured ok maybe she does things differently and maybe she is going to cut and file them to look straight. But then when she started on my next hand and half my nails were straight half of my nails were crooked she filed them down and I noticed that one of my hands I had really short nails and my other hand I had fairly long nails. When put this to her attention she acted as if she didn't k ow what I was taking about. She then Angrily filled a tiny bowl with acetone and put my thumb in there ..she was so fidgety and awkward the whole time.. and when she would try to speak the things she said didn't make any sense at all.. anyways she spilled the acetone, apologized to which I said "it's ok" but them she fixed my rooked thumb nail and not my other nails. After I said to her basically that I wanted my other nails fixed she got a larger bowl filled it with acetone and proceeded to "chemically melt" my crooked nail tips off. Then she started to re-do them.. she put on ONE nail and it was once again crooked.. I was fed up at this point and snatched my hand from her in frustration and showed my mom who agreed my nails were extremely crooked.. the"manager" heard the commotion and grabbed me out of the seat and took me over to another table. The lady who was doing my nails got up angrily And they are started conversating in Asian (which made me that much more uncomfortable and agitated.) the "manager" was trying to console me while taking and laughing with his coworkers.. the man that was going to be taking over my nails walked in from the back sat down and he WREAKED of pot.. I asked who the manager was and I really got no straight answer..they kept making jokes out of my questions.. I was angry, humiliated, frustrated, anxious and just wanted to get the hell up out of that place. I have been coming to this place for 2+ years I actually stopped going here because a few bad experiences I had ... but after a long break from this establishment I figure I would give it another try.. I actually had a good experience... so I came back.. and this was the experience I received... never again.. i do not recommend this place.. it's a hit or miss and when you are paying good money for services like this nobody should ever have a bad experience... out of the kindness of my heart I still reasonably tipped the lady who messed my nails up.. but I also felt like I had to tip the man who took over.. I ended up regretting this because I felt as though none of them deserved a tip.. it's been about a week since I've been there and my dip powder started to crack horizontally down the middle my nails have been filed down so much they are. Tried this place out because it was close and convenient ... Didn't do a bad job on my nails, a bit thick and flat ... BUT .. DID NOT like the comments between workers regarding clients ...I don't think they knew I speak and understand 27 different languages and dialects .... I guess if I was the manager I would remind ALL workers to keep their thoughts to their selves and NOT chat with each other about clients in front of clients and giggle an laugh about the client they are servicing.... (I understood every derogatorily statement said about me and the lady next to me) ....since you as service givers don't know if the person in front of you knows what you are saying about them or not and I think it shows such a lack of RESPECT.. do your workers think its funny to make fun of your clientele ??
