I asked for prices in person, writing this for other customers to see as reviews say prices change on a whim. I was told that a fill vs fill set is only a 10-20 dollars difference, I asked for short almond nails would be $110-120 dollars I attached a picture of the service I ended up getting a little ways up the street at another nail salon for $50 dollars, I saved myself $70 dollars by leaving M nail lounge. Making an appointment was very easy through Yelp. She responded right away and was able to fit me in an early slot. After arriving, I was taken in on time which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the gel mani service was a disappointment. The cuticle care was probably the worst I've ever had. I typically don't mind if I bleed on one finger but she nicked me several times on the edges of 4 fingers despite telling her to not cut the edges too deep (refer to pictures). She then pour alcohol on it afterwards which stung badly. Communication was also difficult throughout the service. When she asked what shape I wanted, I said "oval" and she had to ask her coworker, who was working on a client, to translate. The coworker, I assume, was the manager because she told me that I should speak to her if I need to communicate anything and proceeded to say that she (my nail tech) didn't speak English. She also checked me out at the counter and gave me a 5% discount for the poor service. The total after discount was around $38. Original price for gel mani is $40. After reading all the raving reviews, I was looking forward to my service but I will not be coming again. read more

This is by far the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I got a acrylic full set by Alex and a Pedicure by Anna. When I tell you from the second I walked in they were so kind and accommodating. Their attention to detail is amazing. I just had to sit back and relax. It's as if a got a podiatry care and pedicure , a "2 in 1" deal! I did a quick search and found this 5 star salon and wanted to give it a try. The location sits in a plaza next to Starbucks -- so you can't miss it. Lynn handled my pedicure with so much care and precision. I get my pedicure regularly (or so I thought) and hadn't realized that the reason for my tenderness /pain was bc of my ingrown toenails. She removed all the excess skin (it was so much-- who knew??) and the pain was gone. I was in disbelief that that's what it took and she got rid of my pain before it got any worse. She educated me on foot care not just for the sake of aesthetics but also for my health. Lynn was amazing and I also very much appreciate Aivy's input in picking out fun colors for the new year!
