Fast service, relaxed vibe and great quality. I have been to other nail salons that are expensive and they don't do as good as job.

I took my step-daughter here for Gel Nails. She picked out a clear polish that had glitter in it. She came home and they were tinted yellow. I immediately thought they must have used regular polish and they tinted in the UV lamp. I gave them the benefit of the doubt cause she liked them. Two days later, one nail peeled off entirely. We left for vacation and over our trip, she continued to have nails peel off entirely (not chip). When I called a week later after returning from our trip the male who answered the phone refused to correct this mistake (as we all know gel nails last longer than 2 days). The male proceeded to say it would cost $20 to fix even though he admitted gel nails should last 10 to 14 days or longer. I had a feeling this place was garbage, but now it's confirmed. Live and learn, but a word of sound advice to others looking at using this place... Dont. They charge the same for crappy work and awful customer service as a quality salon would excellent work and stellar customer service. read more

I got my nails done here and the price is super cheap for a reason. It's near my job so I thought I would give it a try. The day after I got my nails done my polish was already chipping, they did fix it but the same nail started peeling again friday. This is gel acrylics and I've never had it peel off completely. Their polish and materials are obviously cheap and it was a waste of money. Before the polish my nails were crooked and I had to have them refile them straight as well. read more

I have been coming to Angel nails for a few months now. I have had the same girl do them and she does a great job. I get dipped nails and gel pedi. The quality had lasted without chips or breakage for 3 to 4 weeks. The reason why I pay more and get dipped is they last long and keep my real nails from breaking. The last time I went in my girl said they got new dipped powder. So I tried that one and right away 2 days later my nails were chipping and then breaking. I went in to show her and she said she would redo them and to make an appointment. So I made an appointment for a dip and pedi. I went in and she had an emergency and was not there. So the man said he or someone else could do it. I explained to him how the dip did not last and chipped and then my nails broke was he going to discount the dipped nails some for it not lasting. He said no. He said my nails breaking was not his fault. So I told him I would pay for them but would write a reveiw on them not standing behind their work. He told me I can leave and go somewhere else. I can't understand him not making it right. These are my real nails no tips nothing on them but the powder and now they are broke and chipped from their new product not being a good quality. I do not recommend and I am disappointed in this business not standing behind their work or care about their customers. read more

I have been coming to Angel Nail Spa for almost 4.5 years I believe? My nail tech is typically Lysa, but I have also been to Tim as well. I highly recommend this spa if you are looking for outstanding service, knowledgeable techs, and an overall relaxing enjoyable service! Lysa and Tim really do an excellent job of making the spa feel like home and cater to your beauty needs! They go out of their way to get to know you, ask questions, and keep good conversation going during your service! The salon is always clean and I feel 100% comfortable with their sanitation processes I see them preform on their tools, nail stations, and pedi bowls while I am there! I had a mani- pedi completed at this location today and while the service was fair I found one of the nail techs to be quite offensive. In a candid conversation with the girl who was servicing me she asked where I was from. After I told her I was from Ohio, I asked where she and the other tech were from when the other tech responded "Africa." He was clearly not from Africa (I guessed Vietnam) and even after I asked him to be serious he continued to make sarcastic remarks stating things such as he was from Africa, neighbors with Obama, and he is an African American. Needless to say he made his customer and myself uncomfortable. I will not return for service here. read more

After I dried my tears from being so upset, I called the shop to talk to a manager. Lysa answered the phone, and happened to be in the store while i was originally there. She highly apologized, invited me back to fix my nails and squeezed me in her schedule very last minute. My nails now look beyond perfect. She's now my person. read more

I went here for my wedding pedicure and acrylics. The staff was very friendly and did a great job! My maid of honor and one of my bridesmaids came with me as well and they got us all in without an appointment (which I never expected). I will definitely be back and highly recommend them! I've been going to Angel Nail Spa for over 2 years. The older reviews are right on for when they were posted. Over time I have seen almost 100% employee turn over. The quality of work (acrylics) has gone way down. It used to be a beautiful place to go for really great prices, but now they make stupid upgrades like cheap LED lights instead of maintaining the equipment and cleanliness of the stations they have. Right now the nail dryer's fan is broken and missing its knob. They put a temporary plug-in fan on the table but even it is on its last leg since 2 weeks ago. The walls have been banged up by tables and chairs and splattered with chemicals. It could really benefit from some more training for its meager staff and consistency for uniform. They know me by name. I come in every 2 weeks or so, but even I get treated like I'm pretty unimportant. I can't tell you the last time I was served in the order in which I signed in. Lately I get sat at a woman's station (who must not be qualified to do acrylics because all she does is take off my polish and start to file my nails really slowly). Then I get moved to another person's table (usually when they finish with someone that got sat AFTER me). I couldn't tell you anyone's name. They don't wear name tags or introduce themselves. They answer their personal cell phones and speak other languages to other employees and laugh right in front of customers. I'm really sad because I had tried a few of Brunswick's other nail salons before going to this one 2 years ago and I never want to go back into those. I hope this review prompts Angel Nail to close for a few days and clean up! read more

Used to be a good place. Lately they are charging for services not really performed and require a full set each time if you want to do pink & white (or other powdered tip). Just another way to get more money. I get the same thing done every time and the price varies each time. Should be the same price for same exact service. read more

This doesn't even deserve a good review. Poor work. I'm a cosmetologist they didn't even do any of the procedures that we have learned. No cutting of the cuticles, no buffing, tough filing and that's it. Too expensive for poor work. read more

A little while ago I went to angel nails to get my nails removed for surgery. I had heard good things about Lysa and Kim so I decided to go. unfortunately they were both booked so I went to the guy in the last station, whom might I add was vaping while doing my nails, which is very unprofessional. Instead of soaking my nails first he just started ripping them off and ripped my whole nail off. The man simply said "oops" and showed no sympathy to my tears and blood. The pain from my nails was unbearable I didn't let him finish and I ran out crying. I was unable to work of all the pain I was in for a week. Later my mom went in to talk to them and they did not care and wouldn't do anything for me. I later heard of my friend who went to Tim or her nails and kept getting up to do other things, such as answer the phone and fix the door, while doing her nails. She got coffin style that were uneven and broke the next day while doing an everyday activity, writing. She called them up and Tim wanted her to pay to fix it even though it was his fault. read more

WORST service I have ever experienced. I went for a shellac polish - explained to the nail tech that I wanted ombre design. He agreed. Then, as he's doing my nails, he tells me he "doesn't know how to do that". OK - why didn't you say that in the beginning when I told you that's what I wanted? Also, I've had this design done at this salon done before by another tech. Oh, well "you can wait for her" except "she doesn't have time to do it today". what...the...expletive. Fine, finish what you know how to do. Charged me full price (even though it's stated on their website that their is a discount when paid in cash - yea, didn't get that either). Called to speak to management, explained the situation and was told "what do you want me to do about it?" - I said "make it right." and his response was "well you only paid for the polish" - yea, I paid for a polish that wasn't what I wanted bc your tech wasn't trained and didn't know what he was doing, after it was explicitly explained what was wanted, and was incredibly rude in general. The owner's response was "you only paid for a polish, if you want the ombre you can come in and pay $15 EXTRA". Seriously the WORST customer service. DON'T go there!!! Go to Glamour Nails - they do a fabulous job and their techs actually know what they're doing, and they treat their customers very very well. read more

I was here for a pedicure and gel polish and I got fungus on both of my feet and a portion of my finger. Athletes foot spray has started to help but I have been dealing with this for 4 weeks. I will never go here again.
