I've came here a few times before and it's usually an okay service. I came to get a pedicure on Thursday evening with my sister - we were seated within 15 min of arriving. One nail tech began working on my sister while I waited for another 20 minutes. My sister was already getting her toes painted when someone finally came to start working on mine. The lady I got was rough and in a hurry to finish mine. She cut my leg when rubbing the sugar scrub up and down my shin, when putting the paraffin wax (my favorite part of a pedicure) on she let it all pool at the bottom of the bag - not even touching my foot. When moisturizing my leg she stayed on one part of my leg to where it started hurting - she didn't bother to alternate sides. And she finished my pedicure at the same time the other nail tech finished with my sister who had started 20 minutes before her. We both got 2 gel pedicures in color 57 (white bunny). Last night (Friday) I noticed one of my toes gel nail polish had completely fell off. I'm disappointed since this is the first time this has ever happened. I gave this place a few try's for the prices they offer and because it's close to where I live but this was the last time my sister and I come here. read more

Im also an owner of a business and decided it was my responsibility to let the public know that, I also recieved very bad customer service. Came to visit with my better half for a pedi to get the ingrowns worked on. Playing soccer with the cleats really messes the toenails. LOL, them dogs get messed up. We had heard of this salon from a person who sold us boba tea-Chopstix down the street. The nail technician did a really good job. No bleeding or flinching when she was digging out all of the "toe jam". The sanding of the bottom of the feet is always and adventure, I did kind of flinched and squirmed in my seat. I recently had one of the best nail salon experiences I've had in this area (and I've been here for about 5 years!) From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, they greeted me warmly, and helped me right away. I do recommend making an appointment if you have plans later on. They are packed! I got a gel pedicure and a full set of nails done. The pedicure was amazing, but the nails were the highlight of my experience. John, the owner, is known for his patience, attentional to detail, and phenomenal work on "ombré" nails, which is what I was going for. We talked and laughed and it didn't feel like your ordinary nail salon where they just get you in and out as quick as possible. There's a great vibe to this place with genuineness, but most importantly; the toes and nails look amazing!!! I've gotten countless compliments the past couple of weeks. I got a regular pedi and pink white ombré acrylics the pedi was amazing!!! The lady rubbed my legs for a long time which is what I want!!!!!!! And John did my acrylics so perfect!! Like with all nail salons it's hit or miss because each nail artist has their own style. Maybe you like one more than another. However, my experience today was totally unacceptable. First they scalded mine and my daughter's feet with the boiling hot water. My daughter's experience was better than mine, but over all the work was mediocre to average compared to to her salons. Mine would have been done better by a 5 year old. This lady took a overly high grit emery board to my nails and mutilated them. My nails were LONG and perfectly shaped. I really just wanted the cuticles cleaned up and some gel polish. My nails look like I stuck them in the garbage disposal. The paint job is a joke on my toes and hands. There's polish all over my feet and no where near my actual nails. I'm literally sitting here trying to salvage what's left of my nails. I called one day around 6:15pm asking if they had time for a fill. I knew it was close to their closing time so I told them if it was too late that it was okay and I could come another day, but they insisted I came that night. When I got there someone greeted me at the door and told me where to sit. The woman started filing my nails to get the gel polish off, but she was going so fast that she burned my cuticle to the point of bleeding on my left hand. Then on my right hand, she was being careless and filed one of my nails down so low that I could feel my nail getting hot, and my nail was almost completely gone. It hurt horribly and my nail is so thin, red, and not to mention painful. I pulled my hand away because of the pain and she got angry at me, I showed her that she hurt me and she continued to file that finger...... no apology or anything. The manicure ended up looking fine at the end but now I am afraid of taking my acrylics off because the nail is so thin and I don't want it to rip and expose my skin. I think that I deserved an apology at least, but more importantly a discount for my manicure since I left there with two injuries, one of which still isn't healed and won't be until my nail grows out. I know I came late at night but I checked with them multiple times that it was okay to show up and they insisted. However, my service was rushed and the woman doing my nails seemed bothered. Never get your acrylic nails removed here!! They mistreat and damage your nails!! They got another Acrylic nail and proceeded to lift up my nails to separate them. As a licensed (working) cosmetologist I'm awfully picky about who I see and where I go. They're clean & do great work. I prefer to see Linda, not because I feel she does better work than others but she's one of the younger, more personable people there. Last time I got my dipping powder done it has lasted me 3 whole weeks and i probably could have gone an extra 4-5 days. My nails aren't lifting at the cuticle and they're just thick enough to keep my natural nail strong. I love that they also work on a walk-in basis and with as many workers as they have, it ends up not taking terribly long. This is the longest I've had my nails last without a clients hair getting stuck in between my natural nail and the dip powder. They have a huge variety of colors for regular polish, gel polish and dip powder. I'm very happy with the service I get here. read more

Today is the last time I'll ever go to this nail salon. The service is completely horrible, and there is a lack of problem resolution. The neighbor next to me was getting a pedicure when her jets exploded and water ran all over me, from my clothes, my top, my bag, and my shoes, drenched with water from those jets. Not only did they take their time to come assist me after the incident, they weren't even concerned to assist me; I had to ask for them to even bring me a towel to dry up, and my shoes were so wet it was hard to walk out of that nail salon. They didn't even request, "Oh, let's give sandals or a discount. The pedicure was done so fast. They don't care about customer care; they care only for money, and they don't do a good job. Angel Nails, Clean Up Your Act! This salon has turned into a filthy production line. I used to patron this salon approximately 10 years ago. I made an appointment and ended up waiting 15 minutes in their "lobby", then another 15 minutes at an unsanitized nail station. The staff were feverishly working as more people came in to wait and I observed every client being seated at a station that another client just left from and they never once wiped down anything. They also never had anyone wash their hands prior to being seated nor did any of the staff once wash their hands or use hand sanitizer. The place looks like an unkept storage unit and by far does not produce a relaxing salon or spa experience. When it was my turn for my service, the woman ended up bouncing back and fourth between me and two other clients not sanitizing her hands or even the equipment using everything between all three of us. Initially she asked me to remove a band aide from my finger in which I mentioned that it was an "open wound/blister" and she said "that's okay." After being there an hour for a simple refresh in my polish, I observed the filth all over the salon floors and each station. I continued to be there for a complete hour and a half. This in itself is unacceptable. Every patron in the salon were on their phones or just looking around and I could no longer sit there and watch this unfold so I quietly mentioned to my technician what I had been observing and also mentioned that she touched my open wound and went over to the other women she was also working on at the same time and she said, "oh! I cleaned the chair, I wiped it down." I then told her that I watched this happen from the time I I walked in until that point and I did not appreciate being lied to or paying for a "salon" service just to have her make me and others sit there as she ran around frantically trying to work on 3 clients and without any regard for public safety. At this time she rushed across to another station and used a dab of hand sanitizer. I told her don't bother, you have already potentially contaminated everything and every client. She did respond and apologized and thanked me for bringing this to her attention. I asked her who the owner was and she pointed to a man 1 seat away who listened, yet never even attempted to right this situation. And then the chatter in her primary language began with other staff and I absolutely knew they all heard me mention these bad practices and not one person again did nothing to address this. When she was near finished with my service, she directed me to go wash my hands in which turn I proceeded to the sink which was full of those 1 time foot scrubbers that they started washing and reused. Absolutely gross and unacceptable. Throw those used foot pedicure scrubbers in the trash! Not in an area that should be deemed cleaned where clients need to wash their hands. If I schedule an appointment and I am paying for a salon service, the least a salon can do is focus on the client and the safety of the public and their staff and I expect proper service and so should you. The staff did appear to be "friendly" but this is not only a public safety issue but the staff also are being placed at a high risk of infection and disease. I had my services completed and I did pay my bill and I still tipped the woman who provided this "service" because I truly felt bad for the staff otherwise I would have walked the hell out of there. I don't think it is too much to ask for some sort of cleanliness not only in "COVID times, but in general it is a common courtesy and is absolutely expected. With this stated, I absolutely will never return back to this salon. Beware where you choose to have salon services because this place needs an overhaul and to address their current protocols for public safety and services being provided. read more
