These people had a "working" lunch and locked their patients out of the office in 102° heat while the dentist was on vacation. I was also told that they expected payment upfront for the cleaning because they didn't have pre-authorization they did not offer me a payment plan. I would never go to this office if I were you.

My only complaint is the long wait and overall appointment. Every time I've been there, they seem to be running behind. To be fair, they're in a new building and seem to still be working out some kinks in this new place. The actual service and the very reasonable costs were great. I felt like the entire time, everyone I dealt with made an effort to explain what they were going to do or what was going to happen next. They're using the latest equipment that really helps you see what the dentist is seeing and understand what the treatment will be and why it's needed so you feel involved in the decision making and not like an unwilling but resigned participant. I was really worried about my dental appointments due to Covid but everyone I saw/interacted with, staff and patients, was masked and being really careful. Sanitizing was happening regularly and they've really created a space that's as safe as possible.

Things have steadily gotten worse. Cleaning before last, the hygienist hurt me. After the cleaning, the dentist reviewed photos of work that she suggested be done. One photo showed a cut to my gum. It was plain as day. However, she covered for the hygienist and said it was a pixel flaw ... or something to that effect. I knew better. My wife's cleaning was terrible as well...terrible. Her hygienist hurt her too. And, it was a different hygienist! Though my last cleaning went very well with a different hygienist, they charged my wife a total of $109 for laser treatment (used to stop gum bleeding during the cleaning process). Not once has my wife ever been told that her gums bled (excessively) during cleaning. The front staff warn you at check in that if it's necessary, they'll use the treatment and that there is an additional charge. They're setting you up. We're never going back...

Dr. Mitchell made that simple -- he not only has excellent depth in general and aesthetic dentistry but is also just an incredibly nice person. I'm someone who experiences major anxiety in the chair, and I've found Dr. Mitchell's easygoing demeanor a huge relief. I also appreciate that the hygienist is extremely respectful and patient-focused. For instance, I'd had my last bitewings eleven months before, and before my arrival, she had noticed that and double-checked with my insurance to ensure I was eligible, but more important, she also asked me if I would prefer to have them a little early or wait until my next visit. It's completely refreshing to have the staff ask what the patient wants, instead of trying to push services or products. They wouldn't take care of the two fillings they claimed I needed, nor would they just do a traditional cleaning. I left in a huff. When I tried to have the extensive X-rays sent to my new dentist, I never heard from them, and no X-rays were forwarded. Turns out they never charged my insurance for the X-rays, but did charge for a periodic exam. Not what I had scheduled! My new dentist had to start from scratch. Without any input from me, she commented on the health of my gums! No need for a deep cleaning, and she found three cavities and one filling missing some silver.
