My regular dentist's phone wasn't working and I had to leave a message. Meanwhile, I couldn't close my mouth because of the jagged tooth (what was left of it). I called my insurance and they set me up with Dr. Burrows whose office is close to my home. He saw me less than an hour later and got me fixed up. When my regular dentist finally returned my call and said they could fit me in the next day, I was already taken care of. I'll stick with Dr. Burrows from now on.

From crowns to unfortunately a bridge, I've had nothing but good service. But even more I love all the techs for teeth cleaning. They are all fabulous and good. One story in particular, was I lost my crown at the beach in Florida. I managed to salvage it because I didn't want to pay for a new one. Dr. Burrows told me that the likelihood of it fitting was slim because I hadn't had it in my mouth for over a week. however, it fell right into place and he charged me a minimal fee for a re-gluing it. Now to me that's honesty. He could've fed me alone and made a couple of bucks but he didn't. They've always been good and they've always been on the up and up. Gentle. I tried to get in for that same tooth less than 3 months due to the build up wasn't completely taken care of and some decay was left that caused an abcess that they needed $100 up front to set an appointment for in addition to the extra that my insurance couldn't cover. They said it is only really a follow up at no cost within 30 days.The health and pain of a patient should be more important to them than money. People aren't made of money. I couldn't afford to take care of it, so I was swollen and in pain for months after. Also, EVERYTIME I was in the chair getting a filling done, they said"it's deeper than we thought, it'll cost more". Doesn't anyone in this office have compassion for anyone enough to say, "we made a mistake, we'll cover the remainder of the cost we didn't prepare you for?" Another big reason I don't recommend Dr Dehnert is there was a few fillings on the top back of my mouth and I was placed almost upside down. It was taking quite some time and not only was this an uncomfortable position but the tools rattled my skull and made me dizzy. The worst part was this appointment was his last one of the day and you could tell he was getting upset and anxious with the motions and tools he was working with like I was taking up too much of his time and he was tired. I will NEVER schedule a long appointment in the afternoon ever again when a dentist has seen patients all day!! Too risky. There is nothing special about this office at all. All of the people there seem to be nice but you can tell a few are just pretending to be nice. There is NOTHING special about this office or this dentist. Dr. Stratman was Amazing, gentle but thorough exam, no judgement, just encouragement to come back to complete the dental care required to keep the rest of my teeth. When it came time for the extraction it was painless and I didn't hear the dreaded "noise" because he was so fast!! I'm no expert on dental pricing but I felt it was fair. I went in and they let me know that I needed a wisdom tooth extracted. I initially started on the east side office where I met doctor Levy. She was only there for the day and I decided to drive all the way to the other location just so I could have her as my doctor. The office is very clean, organized and extremely efficient. We were very happy with the care and kindness and we did not feel like a number. She did not have any problems or infection and we did not need a followup after her surgery. They called in her pain medication the night before and had a wonderful headband icepack for her to use with explicit instructions on what to expect before, during and after the surgery. I even dropped off a box of See's Candy to show my appreciation! I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Ralph Clary tried to reattach the old crown, but said it wouldn't stay. He also took x-rays and suggested I ask the previous dentist for a refund. I wasn't charged for that visit. In 1 week he had a new gold crown made and fitted for about 1/2 the price I paid for the Porcelain crown from previous dentist. I experienced no pain. I had another crown put in a month later. No pain, simple and easy. These crowns work perfectly with no problems. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. In each of my 4 visits I didn't have to wait for my appointment. He was actually 15-20 minutes ahead of schedule. Dr Ralph Clary and his staff is very courteous, caring, gentle and humorous. I wish I knew about him before. I would highly recommend Dr Ralph Cary DDS as a dentist. He's the best dentist I ever had.

The one time I met the Dentist, I liked him too. He was nice, helpful, personable and seemed like a good human being overall. But sadly we will have to find a new dentist and office who follows better hygiene (after all if they don't wear face masks then are there other things they aren't doing also that they really should be doing?) Wearing a face mask and/ or shield while cleaning our teeth would make us feel so much better, but we need to know that proper hygiene and precautions are being taken care of overall in the office too.

This dentist has an assistant who couldn't write up a dental plan correctly... Not once, but twice. My son went to see them and got a plan to pull some teeth he has had issues with. The plan missed 2 teeth he had discussed with them. He called, got it updated, and had an appt to do this plan. He gets in the chair, and the dentist got upset with said assistant due to justen wanting to go from a flipper to a full top plate, which meant more teeth with no issues pulled. The dentist numbed a few spots and then got so upset that he was moving this syringe around very close to my son's face. The assist stated she was used to the yelling that came with the needle moving. My son left. My son, being very upset, told me about this, and Mama Bear came out. I went to the office and spoke with Olivia (office person). I was quite angry, I will admit, but my son at least deserved an apology. My son and i talked about it, and he said if the dentist apologized, then he would go back and get it done (the price would be affordable, and he had already paid for x-rays. We go back in there today and my his and my son is explaining to the dentist that he didn't appreciate the waving of the needle in his face. Is the dentist, with a varit's a very sarcastic attitude said "Did you get poked by the needle?" I stepped forward and stated,"That is NOT how you act when someone is in your office. The dentist then stated, "I am done with you; you can get your records and find another dentist." I said,"fine... I am going to write a review everywhere I can and tell everyone I can about you and the way you treat patients, " the dentist then said,"Shut up." I made sure the patients in the waiting room knew what they could expect from the dentist and advised they be very careful, asperger syndrome included since the office person is so quick to use it as an excuse.
