We started with the Crab Puffs, made with empanada dough, crab rangoon filling, and a jalapeño-green onion emulsion. They were creative, flavorful, and a great way to begin the meal. For our entrée, we shared the daily fish special, halibut served with farm-fresh potatoes and carrots. The fish was perfectly cooked, and the fresh ingredients really showcased the farm-to-table concept. The dish was simple, fresh, and delicious. To finish the meal, we shared the Crème Brûlée for dessert. It was outstanding, with a perfectly caramelized sugar crust and a rich, creamy custard that provided the perfect ending to an excellent dinner. Despite the restaurant being packed, we were seated immediately and received excellent service throughout the evening. The staff was attentive, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly.
