The pasta is locally made by Flour City Pasta and there are several flavors and styles to choose from. You basically choose your pasta, your sauce and any add-ons like mushrooms, meatballs,etc. I selected spinach and garlic linguine with Alfredo sauce.It wasn't green like spinach pasta I've had before, but the chef assured me it was indeed the spinach garlic pasta. The basic order comes with a container of your pasta already sauced, a nice portion of sauce on the side, 2 slices of bread ,butter, Parmesan and dried chili peppers as well. It was a nice size portion which will definitely be 2 meals for me. I also ordered an extra container of marinara and the mushrooms. Everything was excellent.
