Also ordered the 1/2 order spaghetti listed on their dinners category, which says all dinners includes a salad and bread with butter. Chose Italian dressing, received a dressing without salad and no bread (I should have removed olives or something to ensure a salad would have been prepared) We also ordered two beverages which were not included upon delivery. Door dash gives partial refunds but I would have preferred to have given a review of the food instead. read more

I decided to try something different today so I got some pizza iykyk. I had to travel to sunny Norwich,NY two days in a row for work. Magro's is a nice clean place and had many choices of pizza flavors and pizza rolls. I got my usual plain slice and a meatball. The slices had no flop and were crispy. This is how I like them. Both slices were solid. For once I enjoyed the meat slice better than the cheese. They had a great menu but I was only there for lunch. I have tried two pizza places in Norwich. I got the Ravioli dinner with a Dole Lemonade. $20. The dinner consisted of 6 Ravioli, I ordered 2 meatballs with (xtra $), side salad (lettuce, cheese, tomato and onion. You can get croutons and sliced olives also). It comes with 4 slices of bread and butter. (Butter was rock hard). Raviolis and the sauce was decent. The meatballs were a little bland but edible. I've heard the pizza here isn't bad, but we had subs and they were awful. Stale rolls, meat that tasted "off", the trimmings of lettuce and tomato were just torn hunks thrown on the roll. I need to come back here more often. This is the only place that makes a sausage pizza I actually like. Pepperoni knots are the best thing since sliced bread came out a century ago. Yeah. Get the pepperoni knots. Get two dozen. Get five dozen. Also, don't pay attention to reviewers who 9 out of 10 times love the place then leave a bad review because of one bad night. No place is perfect. It's the OTHER place that consistently has bad service... The fact that Vinnie and Joe's is right down the street from me makes me feel bad for not coming down more often. If I worked in Norwich I'd weigh twice as much because I'd be down here every day. It was bad enough that I gained ten pounds when I worked in Sherburne... I love their pizza that much. If I could give less than 1 star tonight I would. This place is usually consistently good but not tonight! I ordered takeout. The girl on the phone was having a difficult time getting the order straight. I ordered spaghetti with mushrooms which she repeated back to me "spaghetti and meatballs." I should have hung up. I ordered 2 sausages on the side which ended up sliced into the spaghetti with mushrooms. The salad was a heaping pile of browning iceberg lettuce. The meatball sub was really short on sauce. This too could be yours for $50. + . I haven't even looked at the cold sub! What a disaster! Oh I almost forgot. When I called them the same girl told me I would have to speak to the manager then hung up! When my husband called he was told that there was no manager tonight! The food here is amazing. The pizza is close to tasting like New York City pizza. I am from Long Island and the pizza is so close to tasting like the pizza I grew up on. Generous portions for their dinners and always fresh tasting and filling. The staff are friendly and helpful. This place is legit. New go to place when they're open. They renovated the entire space (previously to them moving in it had been a series of failed shops) and have been constantly busy every time I've been there since it opened. Highly recommend their pizza specials especially the chicken wing pizza. Calzones are good too. read more

I order my dinner It's sad when you bite into chicken tenders the chicken was spoiled. I could tell as soon as I took my first bite. This is not the first time I bought the tenders and they are tainted. I also ordered food a few nights ago and the marinara taste fishy. Not tasty at all someone don't know how to make Alfredo sauce either it's not very tasty. I will not buy them again. 12.00 for bad food. I'm just going to have to cook my own I guess. I ordered a calzone from here. I got sausage, tomato, garlic, and broccoli. The garlic was so overpowering that my mouth burned. It would of been great if they used about 60% less garlic. I had to pull it open, and scoop all the garlic out. The sausage was like ground up, and there was barely any in there. Maybe they will take this as a learning experience, put less garlic, and more sausage. read more

Out of the handful of experiences I have had here there have been more bad than good. Tonight was the worst. Not only was the top of my pizza burnt, but the bottom as well. To top it off I paid extra for certain toppings and let's just say it wasn't worth the money for what little I recieved.
