I was referred to Mission Appliance Repair by another company that doesn't work on Bosch. Apparently, neither does Eric (normally), but I certainly couldn't tell. Our refrigerator was tripping the circuit when the doors were opened. After consulting with Bosch, an electrician, and another appliance tech, I was told my options were to replace outlets, install a dedicated circuit or buy a new door. Eric didn't believe I should have to buy a whole new door, and kept troubleshooting until he figured out the issue. I was relieved, then realized the part we needed was discontinued. While I searched online for a supplier (and found only one used option in Canada), Eric kept working and broke down the part. He located the wires that were shorting out, repaired them and we are now back in business. I didn't have to buy a new door, or even a part. All it took was a couple of solder connecters and Eric's knowledge/experience/persistence. BE CAREFUL Our washing machine stopped working and threw an "LE" code at us. I googled and YouTubed the code and the simple fix was a reset.........that didn't work. I found a video that said it was usually the "Rotor Position Sensor" ........ I wanted to attempt a repair on my own but my girlfriend told me to leave it alone and call a repairman. Two days later as clothes are piling up the repairman from Mission Appliance Repair shows up, disassembles the washer / consults his laptop and tells us it essentially needs a new motor ...... $525. He can order it and have it in two business days and the $70 service call for today would apply towards the "repair". When I asked him about the RPS he said he couldn't order it by itself but it would come with the new motor.........and if I was able to find one it would be an off brand ( NON LG ) and probably junk. We told him we would think about it After he left I googled the part and found MANY on Amazon.....(LG included) I ordered one and it came next day from Amazon for $9.87. It took me less than 20 minutes to disassemble / swap the part / and reassemble. The washing machine is now once again working perfectly and it did NOT need a new motor for $525......just a simple $9.87 part fixed it read more

My washer machine was leaking and after looking through Yelp I found Mission Appliance Repair. I was able to contact Eric via text and set up a date and time to get a quote. My time slot was 11am - 1pm. At 10:45 am I was contacted by Adam, a tech that works for Eric, to let me know that he's about 15 mins away. Sure enough at 11am Adam was here looking at my washer. So punctual! Love it! He was able to diagnose the problem and provided me with a quote for parts and labor. A couple of days later after the parts arrived, Adam came back and fixed my washer. Yay!
