I've been doing Brazilians for the past 10 years. This was literally the worst experience of them all. And not because of pain. Simply because this person has no idea what they were doing. There was wax left ALL over me. AND MANY MISSED SPOTS. When she was done, I asked if she can remove the excess wax. She then gave me a little pad with a droplet of oil to take it off MYSELF. To not irritate my skin, I said forget it and thought I can just do it myself at home. After driving a block away, I decided to go back because it's pretty ridiculous that I just made $80 for a wax that I could've done myself. The receptionist was SO rude and told me that I could either have the same person fix it an HOUR LATER or come back tomorrow. So I have to stay with wax on myself?! I have to go back to the same person that did a terrible job? Where's your customer service. All in all, Oceanside would NEVER handle this like this. By the way, once she was done, the clean up was very minimal. She literally just wiped me with a pad, and sent me about my way. Hence why Im full of wax right now. DO NOT GO TO LOCATION. if i could only show the work that was done, im sure most people would say GO BACK OR GET A REFUND.

Reached out via dm & the responses were super fast, you have to go through vagaro and book your appointments which isn't pretty bad. I actually called in instead and spoke with the lovely manager Cassidy, she was very professional and super helpful with all 99 of my questions lol. She even booked my complimentary session for the same week & I made it my business on self love to go take care of me. Traveling & Greeting: Coming from Canarsie it was about a 45 min drive not too bad. I arrived to my appointment about 15 min early & was still greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Cassidy told me to take a seat and Miranda greeted me about 5 min earlier. Hospitality: The customer service was phenomenal I was so happy with how I was treated. Miranda made me feel super comfortable from the beginning to the end. She explained the equipment & the process and it was the best laser experience I've had so far. Laser Experience: It had some pain which is normal like pinches the process is still burning the hairs away, ( not a walk in the park lol ) but as Miranda used the laser machine she rubbed the area, like with a motherly rub. This was comforting because Im not the best at taking any type of pain lol. I was told by Miranda that her and Cassidy are best friends I thought this was cool, they worked great together, was told even Cassidy goes in to hold a hand for comfort. These ladies understand the pain of Beauty. I was even able to speak during the process my last laser process at another place I was in real tears at the end and ended up with burns. In fact, I have…read morehad 2 surgeries, one with and one without lympahtic massage, so I can (anecdotally) compare them pretty accurately. I cannot sing Stefania's praises enough. I do want to enumerate a few types of people who might want to consider other options though: 1. You prefer a long,drawn-out, and painful recovery period post-op. Perhaps you're into pain, soreness, and uncomfortability, or you like to live your life on "hard" mode. In my experience, Stefania has accelerated my recovery tremendously and monitors my progress. 2. You're in it for the pity / sympathy from others. This one almost didn't make the list, because you feel better so much faster with Stefania that you can use the time you'd normally be spending recovering to take acting lessons to fake being in pain for the same sympathy but not actually be in pain. 3. You'd like to develop an addiction to opiates or some other kind of pain medication. While the sessions with Stefania can be pretty intense, the relief afterwards is unbelievable to where the pain medications aren't needed. So avoid if your goal is a narcotic addiction. 4. You run some kind of dogfighting or otherwise terribly illegal operation out of your home that you don't want anyone to notice. Stefania has the option of coming to your home to do her work, which in the early stages of recovery is amazing. 5. You hate courteous, polite, patient, and professional people. Stefania is efficient, kind, and knowledgable about her craft and genuinely wants to help you. So if abuse, apathy, and misinformation is your thing, I recommend finding someone else. For everyone else, Stefania is the real deal.
