Had the most amazing experience getting my nails done here. I have been to many places in San Diego and I have small nail beds and very dry fingers that many Places cut my cutticles. Here they did an amazing job, nothing was cut, they were super precise, paid attention to all of the small details to ensure all nails matched. The basic pedicure comes with a hot towel for your feet. I also had an ingrown toe nail and they were so good about it. Didn't cut it down and let it grow out! I was so beyond impressed. I had one of the owners Rosa and she was so lovely and nice. They also speak English which made it so easy to explain what I wanted, and make an appointment. I was also 30 minutes late to my appointment and they still saw me! Inside was super clean, and the pedicure massage chairs were brand new, super comfy. I was have a relaxing time every time I come here. They have new massaging chairs big a comfy. Rosa is my go-to nail tech super star. I come in with inspo photos, and she takes the wheel and puts it all together for me. I've also been to May when I need my nails done, and she's not there. Pedicure is always amazing. Lily is my girl and is the best at taking care of me she's the best with my flower designs for a little something extra. Anyone is honestly amazing. I've been coming here for a year, and never had a bad experience until today. Not the level of quality or customer service I expect, and it's a shame because they'd always been so cool. I got a powder fill after getting them done in LA last week. She cut my nails far too short, there's polish all over my skin that they said "will wash off in a few days", and they shaved my nail down oddly on both sides leaving it look like there's no polish on the sides of my nails (and they're going to look weird as they grow in because of the way she filed them). This was my first time here and I'll definitely be coming back!! Patrica was a great nail tech and did such a good job!! She's excellent at detail and makes sure she' giving you what you want. I wasn't sure if I wanted more lines on the design and she painted both styles on my nails to see which one I liked better. She's also very careful to not hurt you which is a huge plus!! Am I the paying customer or is May the paying customer? I was going to Angelic for over a year but will not be going back. The woman who owns it is very sweet and Rosa is usually helpful but May is extremely rude with no customer service. I speak multiple languages and will not go to someone that talks about their customers in the room because they don't think the customer understands. I was going to May because of her speed, but she is immediately cutting into my nails/tips right after I ask to keep the length! If I don't like the color while the first nail is still wet, she will become condescending and roll her eyes- or continue along anyway. As she gets inconvenienced, I've experienced a lot of pain through super rough drilling, bleeding cuticles, etc.! As the other reviewer said, there are steps skipped & don't even think about getting lotion at the end. I came in needing a pedicure since it's been weeks since my last pedicure. I had dark pink color and it definitely showed when my nails grew out. I'm glad I came in. The nice lady was the one who did my pedicure. I told her I needed my nails clipped as well. She clipped and cleaned up my nails. She gave me a loofah scrub under my feet which felt great. Not to hard but just right. After she gave me a loofah scrub, she massaged my feet and massaged lotion on my legs. The massage chair had massage roller balls that go up and down your back. I definitely loved this as I watched television up near the corner of the room. The ladies here were super nice and chill. I'm so happy with my pedicure! There were lots of pedicure chairs inside. I definitely enjoyed every minute of my pedicure. It's $20 not including tip. I highly recommend this place if you want a relaxing pedicure. I'd come back if I'm in the area. read more

This is a fabulous nail salon. I do mis my Chicago Nail Party Salon as for the same price you received a hot stone massage and a shoulder massage before you left while your nails dry. Every nail salon did that out there and it was wonderful!! That being said, I really enjoy the service here. I do make an appointment because they can get busy but I have never have had trouble getting in w/ an appointment. I have gone to Nikkie since my first visit and she is so nice and a hard conscientious technician. I always get the works because I have a job where I am on my feet all day and I will splurge for the 20 minute foot rub and she sets a timer and does a wonderful foot massage for every bit of that if not more. Nikkie takes pride in what she does and you can truly tell she wants you to feel comfortable. I know I haven't tried anyone else but everyone at this salon is friendly. I have a toenail that was damaged years ago that they put filler in, so my toe doesn't look like some mutant mess. The owner/ manager ( her name escapes me has escaped me but she is wonderful too. She waxes my eyebrows since I can't see anymore. I highly recommend this establishment. I'm so glad I found it and a total bonus that it's a 5 minute walk from my apartment. Like many others I was ecstatic to see my favorite salon in SD had reopened after quarantine! However after my services, I have to say I was left nothing short of disappointed. My nails are an uneven "coffin" shape that resembles more of an odd oval, and they're covered with small strange crevices. When I asked her to fix a nail shape it was only made worse. I requested longer nails, only to have the length filed down far too short. Both my pedicure and manicure were far from gentle and I found myself wincing on more than a few occasions. USA nail spa is my go to place, let me tell YOU! I have been trying to find a decent priced nail salon where you pay for what you get. This salon goes above and beyond. With new management and a new renovation this salon is absolutely top notch. I called yesterday and spoke with Rosa. She is one of the Managers there as her mother owns the salon. I came in today and Rosa treated me like an absolute princess. She started on my nails early which was much appreciated, she double checked every little detail from length, to cuticles, to shape. She does great work. My favorite thing is she talks to you and hold actual conversations with you instead of just trying to get you in and out. Rosa is one of the sweetest people I think i have ever met. She's very soft spoken and just genuinely cares. Not only did she ask to see if my father was okay after an accident i told her about but she also checked in to make sure i was satisfied with the job she did. I highly recommend this place and would give it a solid 10/10. I'm coming back tomorrow morning to have my lashes done, also by Rosa, just because i loved it so much. Please if you come to this shop don't make the mistake i did and not bring a cash tip.
