Obviously, the only option is to replace the whole set with as close as possible...although not ideal. We would be satisfied if it were close. We were told in a voicemail there was a $90 shipping fee they would collect before they sent them.This was obviously to cover their cost because NOWHERE does it cost that much to ship that! I called and left a message with someone that I would not pay that ridiculous fee unless they showed me where it states that in the warranty. The blinds were sent BUT THEY WERE THE WRONG SIZE and weren't even close to the pattern or color we had. I called back and the owner took the info and resent them. The blinds were the right length but the valence was to long again!!!! My husband was able to modify it, but really?? The old blinds were thrown away of course. The next thing u know I have a message that we owe $90. Ummmm...I assumed since you never collected the money and sent them anyway you realized it was absurd and unethical to charge us. **PS...THE COLOR AND PATTERN ARE NOT CLOSE**
