Roasted Cauliflower & Garden Veg salad with feta cheese
    Marie K.

I had a great experience at Angeli's. It's a nice little neighborhood pizza spot, not too big, not too small, with a bar and tables around for dining in. The windows provide a lot of natural light during the day and offer a nice view of Little Italy. I ordered the roasted cauliflower and garden vegetable salad with feta cheese. I love roasted vegetables, and they were perfect on a salad. It was delicious, a generous sized portion, and reasonably priced. The service was very friendly. Overall, it was a lovely casual dinner. I'm looking forward to going back soon.

I haven't tried every remaining Italian joint in little Italy, but it's always been a neighborhood of immigrants. Angeli's seemed the have the most and best reviews for pizza so that sealed it for us. You see, every Saturday is pizza night at our house and we visited Baltimore for the Running festival. To celebrate, we wanted pizza and not just any pizza, we wanted good pizza! Angeli's was started by an Italian immigrant family many decades ago. That family is gone now, but the matron that you will likely find sitting behind the counter, observing the customers and the staff is a community pillar. She reports that her family has lived across the street since 1922 and she has been instrumental in getting new persons to take over Angeli's. It's now owned by brothers from Turkey and they're doing a bang up job.

Ordered a late night snack for delivery. After over an hour, we finally received our pizza. The crust was very crispy and thin and the cheese was just enough. Very delicious overall for a decent price too! A large cheese only pizza cam out to about $20. If we were back in the area, would try again! Enjoy!

We went to Angeli's for the first time and it was great! Liz was our server and she was so personable, attentive, and fun! There was a friendly atmosphere. Whenever someone new came in, the owner greeted them personally. The food and everything else was amazing!! We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu! The only con was that the owner beat us all in uno :/

Half pepperoni pizza (cooked well done)

I'm totally shocked how to this pizza could be listed as one of the top 50 places (albeit #50) in the US. The pizza totally missed the mark on flavor and execution. I got a half pepperoni pizza cooked well done. The crust was soft, sauce was sweet,, and the cheese was not evenly distributed across the pizza resulting in a couple bare areas throughout the pizza. Service was great. The people working there were really nice. Unfortunately, I can not recommend Angeli's despite the high google ratings.

The pasta was excellent, great price, it's a rare find in this area in little Italy for dinner. You could even order just one slice pizza and choose the topping you want. The only thing made it not so perfect was the conditioner was broken when we were there, it's very steamy and hot. The second floor was cooler but has big event of dancing, so you won't be able to visit or hear each other at the table.

Pizza by the slice (with rossted eggplant)! Fabulousness

Angeli's has the best pizza in Little Italy and they are open till 10:30pm! In a city where everything is closed by 830, thank Zeus and Appollo I can get a bangin' slice (with baked eggplant) when I get done doing the original Ghost Tour in Fells Point. Yes, you can get a slice, with anything on it! They also make their own Sangria! And if fruit in your wine doesn't move you, they have a full bar, a nice selection of beers, Turkish coffee... they have it all. The staff are hardworking and pleasant. Get here ASAP.

This is one of my favorite Italian spots in Little Italy! I've come back here countless times while living in Baltimore. It's also where I last had a meal before moving out of Baltimore. There's something comforting about the atmosphere and the food at this restaurant. It's nice and cozy, with maybe about 8-10ish tables inside, but the food here is so delicious. My go to dish has become the Angeli's pasta (in fusili form) because their sauce is so tasty! I ask for extra sauce and they do a great job at being so accommodating. Also a nice touch that they give a slice of pizza for every pasta dish.I've met the owner on multiple occasions and it seems like a nice and sweet family business that I love being able to give my business to. Their tiramisu is top notch (worth trying at least once!)

Ordered from here for my brother's birthday to our hotel in the inner harbor of Baltimore, the ratings here speak for themselves! Such a great choice. We got the Margherita pizza, cheese pizzas, and the lemon pepper wings(no pics). The pizza crust was both soft and crisp, w/ a savory&sweet tomato sauce on both. Extremely flavorful as far as pizza places go. We would try another flavor of wings next time for sure though. The ONLY downsides- for delivery they allow through third party services only regardless of radius. so we had to use door dash :( $$ otherwise Id say their prices are fair for the area.

We had a fantastic experience. Went for my husbands birthday and had some pizza and wings. The moment we walked in we were greeted and they made sure someone came to take our order. Staff was friendly and the whole restaurant was very cute with nice lights and vibe. The pizza was very flavorful and didn't need anything extra, but if you wanted to add Parmesan or pepper flakes it was available. I'm a lemon pepper wing girl, and these were some of the most delicious lemon pepper wings I've tasted in a long time! I can't wait to go back to try their other pizza and wing flavors.

10.12.24 Took my hubby here for a belated birthday dinner after he heard they were voted among top 6 best pizza in Maryland and in top 50 in the U.S. Although he loved his pepperoni pizza he disagrees it being among the top two in MD. I got a pepperoni slice and customized my toppings which included bell pepper, pineapple, spinach, portabella mushroom, and caramelized onions. I loved mine! It came out piping hot too. We also shared the Stolen Meatballs as our appetizer, which were amazing. Hubby said sauce was delish, however, he said that it could have been hotter. Then for dessert, I ordered the Hazelnut Chocolate Flute, which was hazelnut gelato and chocolate sauce. Loved the flavor. It was decadent. It did taste pre-made to me just because the first few bites tasted frozen. Not that I cared because it still wowed me. We sat at the bar as it was packed when we arrived around 5pm with a large group of boy scouts who occupied most of the entire lower level. Since we sat at the bar, we received attentive service and could ask for whatever we needed. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Although my hubby didn't rate it as highly as I did, I would certainly return for their pizza. More so if they were closer to us.

I love it when I am here. Staff always are super friendly and remember me; that means a lot. Food is always amazing and fresh. The atmosphere is truly a fantastic, friendly spot.

We celebrated a friend's birthday here last night and it was a roaring success. Our friend is a huge fan of pizza, and Yelp guided me to Angeli's, with its award-winning pizza, and it could not have been a better choice. Not only was everyone truly delighted in every item we ordered, but apparently it's a pretty big deal to find a place that serves single slices. Not that anyone ordered single slices this time around. No, we absolutely crushed three large pizzas and several appetizers, along with cocktails. So we had: APPS: Portabella Mushrooms (Hot Serve): Fresh spinach and portabella mushrooms sautéed in a spicy cream sauce. -- holy smokes, these are AMAZING. I don't know how they kept that spinach crunchy, but not raw. That sauce rides the very thin line before something becomes too spicy for people who can't handle spice. Garlic Cheese Bread (Hot Serve): Experience the perfect blend of garlic and cheese with our irresistible garlic cheese bread served with homemade marinara sauce. --- A hit. Though, I dipped mine in the sauce from the portabella mushrooms, not the marinara. I just couldn't get enough of that mushroom sauce. I would buy bottles of that. Stolen Meatballs (Hot Serve): Three meatballs snatched fresh from the oven crispy on the outside, moist inside. Topped with homemade marinara and grated parmesan cheese --- Wow. I'm glad I didn't sleep on these meatballs. Everyone at the table tried them and agreed that they were great. Tender without falling apart. Great flavor. Chicken wings: House-marinated and Baked in Stone Oven --- GARLIC. No, seriously, coarsely diced garlic roasted on the wing and completely worth fighting your friends for. I don't think anyone bothered with the bleu cheese dipping sauce. These are incredible on their own. PIZZAS Fresconi: Garlic herb sauce, mozzarella cheese, fresh spinach, marinated artichokes, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and caramelized onions. --- There were several people in our dining party who didn't want red sauce pizza. Blame it on old age and sensitive stomachs, but I was super pleased to see that there were several of this type pizzas on the menu. Not to mention the ability to build your own pizza/slice. This one was our favorite, BTW. Miro Special (voted best pizza in baltimore): Garlic herb sauce, mozzarella, marinated chicken breast, pancetta and fresh spinach. -- again, no marinara on this one, but the chicken pieces were a bit dry and the garlic herb sauce wasn't substantial enough to save the day. Four Cheese: Angeli's tomato sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola, fontina and parmesan cheeses. --- But we added pepperoni. Jeremy and the birthday boy were thrilled with this one. I love how the crust of all the pizzas had huge air bubbles in them that gave an added layer of crispiness. COCKTAILS HOUSE MADE SIGNATURE SANGRIA: Colorful and fruity wine-based cocktail - Sangria in a pitcher or glass, featuring red wine. --- Jeremy and I smashed a carafe of this EACH. DANGER. DANGER. SO DELICIOUS. ANGELI'S MARGARITA Refreshing and zesty cocktail with a heavenly twist - Angel's Margarita featuring tequila, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, and a hint of orange liqueur. Garnished with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint. --- but ON FIRE!! We saw that you could get any cocktail on fire, and NEEDED to do that. We decided that the birthday boy should have that honor. HILARIOUS ANGELI'S MOJITO Refreshing summer cocktail with a burst of mint and lime - Classic Mojito in a cupper special made in turkey cup filled with ice, featuring white rum, gin fresh lime juice, soda water, and muddled mint leaves. Garnished with a lime wheel and sprig of mint. We sat in the corner of the "Wendy's greenhouse" (80s kids will remember). There was an endless parade of Baltimore to entertain us. Our waitress was funny and great. Genderless bathrooms!! What more could you want? So, needless to say: YOU NEED TO GO HERE. GO!! (Wheelchair accessible by side ramp!!)

I originally heard about this spot from Barstool Pizza and, even though I was about an hour away at the time, I decided it was worth the trip. I'm really glad I did. I do like pepperoni and sausage but sometimes they are salty for me. Will suggested I get two slices of cheese and a drink and I said that sounds good. He also let me try the gelato and the caramel gelato was really good. I didn't get gelato this time but I will in my next visit. The pizza was crispy and thin and not salty. How I like my NY style pizza. I will definitely be back cause I found the best pizza in Maryland and its been a long time since I have had a great pizza.
