Highly recommend the Goodfellow sandwich. It's as good an old school NY deli style sandwich as you will find in the Jackson area. Service is prompt and courteous. Atmosphere is nothing special but solid over all. Definitely recommend.

the live music was the highlight of dinner tonight. we always enjoy local artists. tonight we walked away a bit disappointed. food was not cooked to order so we ended up dining separately( he was finished eating when mine arrived) i know angelo's is typically better so i will certainly return had to be an off night but had this been my first visit it would not have left me wanting more. our waitress was average and met all request when asked.

    Redfish Angelo. Fantastic.

First visit was great. Second and third were just ok. Service was terrible. Teenage girl just didn't know her job. Shrimp salad was lame and the seafood pasta was so salty that it was inedible. The sandwich was good.

I just got off a flight from California and I was starving. My cousin suggested this place and mentioned the Chicken Alfredo is really good. So that's what I ordered with extra sauce on the side. Their Chicken Alfredo they use Angel Hair Pasta and added mushrooms and it was delicious. I like the Angel Hair Pasta instead of Fettuccine Noodles. I'll try the lasagna the next time in the area. That's what my cousin had he devoured it before I could even get a taste LOL

Came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. It's a mix of blue collars and professionals. The food is great as well as the atmosphere. I loved the shrimp scampi. If it only had real Parmesan cheese as opposed to Kraft Parmesan then it would have been a home run. The Fried chicken was over cooked but the green beans were delicious. I'll be back to try some more menu items.

The service was great. The late night vibe was cool. Good music chill time. The late night vibe is great for people on their 20s and 30s who are looking to chill with music, cocktails, and pizza.

He insisted that he move our tables to be one big table. I told him it was okay because I didnt want to bother him, but he insisted, saying he wanted me and my little nephew to be comfortable. He handed us the menus, and we decided to order three different pizzas and the Pretzel Bites for the appetizer. The first pizza was the Three Little Pigs, a delicious combination of Italian sausage, pepperoni, applewood bacon, fresh basil, marinara, and mozzarella. This one was by far my favorite. The bacon and sausage had a spicy flavor, and the mozzarella was thick and gooey. One bite and the cheese would stretch for days. The other two, the Pepperoni and Chicken Alfredo, were right up there, too. I like that the Chicken Alfredo tasted more like a pizza than not. It had all the combinations of a Chicken Alfredo pasta dish, but with the spices and marinara sauces, it was a sweet combination of both, but it was more of a pizza flavor, which I just loved. I can't leave off the Pretzel Bites; I liked that the cheese and mustard were mixed, bringing on a very favorable dip. Now I must tell you this: the pizzas are supposed to be a personal pan--ten inches with six slices. The hostess warned me these pizzas aren't your regular-sized personal pan. He was right. The pizzas are huge, the slices even bigger. It's a deep-dish pizza with layers of meat, cheese, sauces, and veggies. So you can order three like I did, or just order one and keep coming back, trying different pizzas, which is a great idea considering the place is so inviting. One more thing: You can eat inside or outside on the patio or the lawn with the large TV screen. It's a very relaxed place, and they have a band on certain nights. I can tell you for sure that the hostess, the food, and the ambiance make this place what it is, very inviting.
