I am appalled to see them selling puppies outside in 112 degree heat, for $200 a piece. That's disgusting. Why are these dogs sitting on cement all day burning their paws? The whole situation is disturbing. The woman said she has over 20 Chihuahuas puppies & pit-bull puppies. She's not exactly sure what they are. They're in the back of this filthy overcrowded yard on the side of the building and all you can hear is dogs barking, and crying. They're hot, exhausted, and one looked very small, very sick, and might even have mange. They are so incredibly neglected and mistreated. There wasn't even anyone outside watching them. They are stuck out in the heat to bake in the sun while the humans hang out inside. I will NEVER support a store or owner who would do this to animals for greed. Foul foul behavior. I hired Angels Moving & Classic Delivery (also operating as Classic Delivery & Moving Inc.) for local moving services in Phoenix in late September 2025. The total invoice was quoted at $3,582.30. Due to service issues and property damage during the move, I explicitly authorized only one partial payment of $1,791.15, which I clearly wrote, signed, and dated on the invoice on 10/25/25. Despite this written limitation, the company retained my card information and later processed multiple additional charges on different dates without my approval. Attempts to resolve the matter and address damages were unsuccessful, and communication eventually stopped. I ultimately had to cancel my credit card to prevent further charges. This experience required formal disputes with my card issuer and complaints to consumer protection agencies. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company document all payment authorizations in writing and closely monitor their statements. read more

Angels Moving and Classic Delivery was hired by Cranson's Upholstery (Tempe) to pick up a sofa and loveseat from my home that will be upholstered. Everything went smoothly from setting-up time for pick-up to the actual pick-up. The company is very communicative- leaving voice mails as needed, and providing a call prior to pick-up. I needed to make a change in day/time for pick-up and the scheduler was very accomodating. At the time of pick-up, the owner, Fred, readily introduced himself. He spoke with his two helpers- two younger gentlemen- about the need for being careful and surveying the area for best way to remove the items. Using the front door was out due to several sharp corners. I could tell Fred cared about his helpers as he was coaching/teaching along the way. The helpers were friendly and responsive to my comments. Upon leaving, I let Fred know how much I appreciated them all, and he talked about the need to hire people who had patience, and understanding that they were entering people's homes and the need for respect for the homeowner's property. Since the cost of the pick-up and delivery was included in the price of reupholstering my furniture, I don't have a cost or value to share. I can attest that if I ever require a mover for small items, this would be the company I would call. read more

Associated with "Angels Moving", these guys (Fred Jesse Hayes and Chris- and apparently a "Tiffany Kessinger" is in the mix somewhere) pushed us off for 4 months (still dealing with it and small claims court)- refusing to pay to fix a BABY GRAND PIANO they DROPPED. Apparently small claims court is the only way to get them to take care of getting it fixed. SUCH. A. WASTE. OF. TIME! Pictures and emails a mile long available to anyone who wants to see them. Go elsewhere! Or ask for their insurance company's BEFORE you get started. read more

Pros: Moving team arrived on time and were friendly and hard working. Lower priced compared to other movers. Cons: They were unprepared and ill equipped for the job. Several items were damaged. I booked Classic Moving for a "pack and move" of an 1800sf residence from Phoenix to Tucson. They sent four guys and two trucks, which ended up being considerably inadequate for the job, as I ended up packing all of the boxes myself and both trucks were full with only about 4/5 of the cargo packed. I ended up having to rent a 6 x 12 Uhaul (and fill the back of my truck) to move the rest of my stuff the next day. Chris was nice enough to set up the Uhaul for me, and a couple of the guys came back to help me load it, but I had to pay extra for both. As mentioned earlier, several items were damaged in the move. I attribute this primarily to the lack of cargo space and manpower. The guys were doing their best to move as much as they could. If you have a small, cross-town job, Classic Moving is probably a capable outfit. I would not recommend them for anything more complicated. read more

This has probably been the most stressful and horrible experience. I have moved quite a few times in my life and this has been one of the worst experiences. As I sit here 3 hours late from my quote time, I'm increasingly losing my patience. And I'm still waiting....They did call and ask if I can move dates but anyone knows when you move you turn all the house hold things off. So know I can't pee because my water is shut off and I can't watch tv to pass the time. This is an awful trickle down effect, I lost my cable appointment and my kids are going to get out of school before we even move. I can't speak of the work they do because there not here to move my furniture. I'm very displeased so far with the customer service at this point. This has been my worst nightmare. read more

I used Classic Delivery to delivery custom made 4 chairs and a sectional to client . The initial delivery went very well. I had the 4 chairs picked up form the clients to be delivered back to the manufacturer as they needed new bases. Classic delivery did pick them up but in the process the chairs were damaged. Classic did pay for the fabric to fix the chairs, paid for the repairs and for the cleaning of the chairs. I felt Classic made an honest mistake and were willing to make sure the cost to cover fixing the chairs was taken care of which is very important to me. read more

It was all set up quickly and seemed organized. 4 men 2 trucks. No show till 10am. Other truck came an hour late. No call. Scheduled for 8:30am. Then 2 helpers damaged furniture, hit chandelier, spent more time talking and walking around - 4-5 hr move took 8 hours! Overcharged by 2nd truck who added 30min on to his time. They still have NOT returned our calls or the footboard they said they could repair 2 weeks ago. We went to pick up the footboard for the bed and was told Hector did not bring it today after we were told yesterday it would be there or they would call us. Do not use them. Needed some things moved from one place to another location. They were recommended to me by a high end furniture company. I called them and they gave me a very reasonable quote, so I was a little afraid but went with them anyway. They didn't bring a big enough truck, but that could be my fault when I explained what I needed moved. They were able to move everything but my couch, that's when I figured here comes the big charge. So I called and spoke to Tom, they said they would come the following week for the couch, I was happy with that since I didn't want the couch to have any damage and it was worth the wait as all my furniture was delivered without any damage. Where to start about these guys I am not really sure, originally we needed to get my grandmother moved from her home into my aunts home for better care and someone had suggested that we call Classic because they were family owned and local. From the time their techs got out of the truck until the very last item was wrapped and loaded, they were courteous and respectful to all my grandmother's belongings and family heirlooms. Not only did the technicians treat and speak to my family with respect , it was obvious that there was a respect for the company that they represented as well. Since then, other members of my family and even myself worked with Classic Moving and highly satisfied each time. The last one was a family member was moving to Prescott and was just about to sign with another moving company when I suggested to reach out to these guys. These guys were fantastic! They were very polite and hard working. Since I was moving before my roommate, I was worried it would be difficult for them, but they made sure to ask questions when they were unsure if something was staying or going and maneuvered around my roommates stuff carefully but efficiently. They even put my mattress covers on for me because I was struggling to do it myself. The whole move from start to finish only took 2 hours. I am very satisfied and will definitely use them again in the future if needed, as well as suggest them to anyone who needs a mover. These guys came to move my things that I sold. I arrived at my house after two guys had been there for about 45 minutes. I walked into my downstairs and heard several fans blowing, all turned on from wall switches. Someone had used the bathroom. Seriously, these movers came in my house and went No. 2 - or 3 or 4 - and the stench was enough to make me gag. I walked upstairs. Guess what I heard - a FAN! Guy number 2 apparently relieved himself in the same vein in the upstairs bathroom. So as a homeowner, both my bathrooms had been totally defaced. The house smelled like a portable toilet. Whatever these guys had for breakfast, you should order something different. I won't go into more detail but let's just say that it does get worse. Then I went to take an unlined Simple Human garbage can to my car. I heard something rattling after I set it in the car and as the butterfly lid opened slightly, what came out but about a GALLON of rice and oatmeal emptied from canisters in the kitchen into this unlined garbage can. So not only did these brainiacs apparently put paper towels in my toilet (we'll let some mystery remain as to how I know about that), they caused my car to need a serious detailing. Their owner was nice enough to call me back and dispute the cost of a detail job, where and when I needed a detail, and to offer that I can drive to their business (some 45 minutes from work / home) and get it all vacuumed out. He would NOT pay for the car to be detailed to remove every bit of rice and oatmeal. This story would have had a very different ending and a different number of stars had I not had to suffer a dispute about how much a detail should cost and whether a detail was necessary. For $120, if I were the owner of this company, I'd have bought myself some good free advertising on Yelp. If you do have the bad luck of hiring these guys, board your bathrooms before they arrive and double check anything they leave behind! read more

The WORST! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are understaffed and under equipped. My move was scheduled for Sat between 9:30 and 10:30 AM. I got a call the evening before that they had a truck break down and wouldn't be able to get the mechanic to look at it until the next morning. So now we are looking at noon-ish. At this point, start thinking of alternative solutions (ie. RENT A TRUCK!). Then I hear around noon that the truck can't be repaired, but they are going to get to me after the other 2 jobs are done (ummmm, what happened to the crew from the other truck? Still... rent a truck! Back up plan!). Then I get a call that the movers are overheated and can't do it that day. WHAT??????? They then ask to reschedule for MONDAY! 2 days later! I am stuck in limbo at this point and thankfully closed on my house a week early so I had a little leeway to get out of my apartment. Can you refer me to someone that could do the job Sunday? No. Anyone else would need at least a week to schedule me. Any other movers? No. Apparently they have no other movers/labor they could schedule on Sunday? So...Monday it is. Monday rolls around and they don't call me on the way to my apartment. I call them. Oh, they are there already. WHAT? I'm on my way. I get there, where are they? Not there. Someone walked off the job and didn't want to work that day. OMG, are you even kidding me right now? So they are trying to round up a couple guys that want to work Monday. Finally, a couple guys show up at 11:15 AM. One was his first day for the company, the other guy didn't even actually work for the company, just a buddy that wanted to earn some money for the day? All my belongings are in the hands of these guys. It takes them over 6 hours to get a one bedroom apartment moved (and I had already moved a lot of boxes, the closet and clothes). They didn't wrap my furniture and damaged multiple pieces. They BROKE my futon, my sofa got dirty from their dirty hands and setting it, fabric side, on the ground outside. They gave me 10% off for all this hassle. Oh, and I had to miss a day of work because they couldn't do the job on Saturday as promised. This pushed my whole schedule out 2 days, I spent several nights unpacking and cleaning and closing out the old apartment until 2 AM that week (which affected my work as well). When I called (several times) to complain and let them know about my dissatisfaction, I got no apology, just excuses. When I emailed and asked for some kind of assistance with the repair and cleaning of my furniture, I got absolutely no response. This company (which the real estate company I work for USED to recommend to clients on a regular basis) has dumbfounded me as far as customer service and problem solving. There were so many times and points that they could have saved this review from happening and they have made no effort. SHAMEFUL! Buyer beware! read more

A man came to the house to estimate. He gave me a card without a persons name on it (?) He said he recommended a large truck with three men. That is what was sent. Very nice men, contract employees, not employees of the company - but very nice. They said they couldn't get all of our things in one truck and suggested they call for another truck. We declined at that due to the additional cost. We had to make three additional trips with our vehicle and still leave several items in storage. A call to the office offered no help. read more

We did not plan to call any moving company for our move but we realized that there were things we could not do ourselves so we had to look for a good moving company. As we tried to get some quotes on moving companies, we came about this company which we particularly liked because of their price and profile. We told them the little stuff we needed their help in packing and loading and that we will take care of the rest but these guys insisted on doing everything. We have not seen a moving company as nice as this and that is why we give recommendation for this company. This moving company sent out energetic men to our house. The whole Classic team is great at communicating, scheduling & follow through. Due to flooring delays, we had to move twice; once into garage & again into the house after 2 weeks. It was very stressful but Classic helped to make it smooth by being accommodating. They wrapped & organized 2 trucks beautifully & not one wall, doorway or piece of furniture was nicked or broken. On March 16, 2019 Classic Delivery Inc. delivered a couch, chair and ottoman from Santa Fe Savvy Furniture Store to my home. While delivering the furniture the delivery men knocked over a ceramic fountain base breaking it. The delivery men acknowledged they broke the fountain base and took it with them when they left. I had the delivery people write on my receipt that they broke the fountain base. I have reached out to this company numerous times and my calls were either not returned or I was told "we are working on it". One time I was told the replacement fountain base was sitting in the office, and they just needed to deliver it to me. I never heard back from anyone. It is now May 15, 2019 a full two months since the damage was done and I still do not have my fountain base. I called on Monday, May 13 and spoke with Tom, the owner of Classic Delivery, and he told me he couldn't get a hold of the artist, who would make the replacement. This was inconsistent with previous phone conversations with the office personel who had told me they piece was already their. All I would like is enough money to go back to the original artist and purchase a replacement base plus shipping. On two separate occasions I had Les, the owner of Santa Fe Savvy, reach out to Tom from Classic Delivery, and Les was told by Tom that they were working on it. It is now three full months since the incident and I think I've given Classic Delivery more than enough time to have a replacement made or reimburse me for the cost of the fountain. I would like to simply buy a replacement from the artist who made the original piece and have him ship it to me. I have lost confidence that Classic Delivery Inc will make good on the damage their delivery men caused and they had agreed to replace. I went to this company on Friday June 7th and was told by the owner that my fountain base would be delivered that evening. Nothing was delivered no one called. I called them on Saturday and requesting the name and phone number of the company repairing my fountain, I was told by the owner Tom that they would be calling me on Tuesday to setup delivery, it is now Wednesday no one has called and no fountain. This company does not have good customer service I would not use them. read more
