There customer service was great! They charge $17 for a basic pedicure and $25 for a gel mani; prices that are in line with other nail shops. They have OPI gel polish which most salons don't. Came in with my girlfriend around 5pm for pedicures. My toe nails were cut so short and were not shaped properly, they actually had NO shape. I chose a royal blue color, but unfortunately my toes were not polished all the way. The worst I meant worst nail salon I've ever been too. I use to come here years ago and thought I'll give them another try, now I remember why I stopped. I went in today for a dip change and a pedicure, something that should have taken just 45 minutes to an hour max took almost two hours. My nails were long and healthy with my previous dip powder so I didn't need to have any additional tips added. The male manicurist thought they needed to be longer so decided to add acrylic tips without even asking. He then proceeded to give me a manicure which I didn't even ask for and cut my cuticles so bad they were bleeding. I told him it hurt and to stop and he said it's ok you just have some cuts. Ya that you gave me sir! He dipped my nails in the powder and didn't apply it correctly so he had to start all over after he finished with my hand and re dip them because they were missing color! When he did that the powder became lumpy uneven and left my nails looking deformed! I have air bubbles on two and the gel to cover the dip is already lifting from only 6 hours ago. It's absolutely horrible, the worst and most disgusting part is the way he uses his own mail to separate the sides of your skin from the powder once it's cured. His nasty yellow pointed nails were dug into my skin! And once my nails were cured he put the acetone on to finish and he rubbed the nails on his skin again to dry them I am not one ever to complain and I am completely against providing this type of review but the unsanitary things that took place are disgusting and I'm literally praying I do not get an infection from his nails digging into my broken bleeding skin. When I was done the other lady knew I was unsatisfied and she too agreed the nails looked horrible. She offered to fix them but I was short on time, when I told her I had to go she then told me pay full price for them and come back later. Are you kidding me?! Full price of $50 to be bleeding and cut and have messed up nails. I payed $20 because I'm not that kind of customer but the fact that they even charged me is insane. A representative told me it would be $7. She even repeated herself and asked, "only removal". I said yes, only a removal. When I went in and had the Gel removed, they told me at the register that it would be $10. I understand that $3 is not a very big difference, but when you lie to customers and you charge more just because you see them park their Benz and they carry an LV purse, does not make it ok to inflate the price. It's unfair and misleading to customers. The really unfortunate part about it is that, if I don't pay, someone else will. Which is why %99 of these nails shops don't care about customer service. This is also why I seldom get my nails done. The service I receive and the work they do is completely out of balance compared to how much countless women pay. It's very unfortunate. Ok. I have lived in the Canyon Crest/Moreno Valley area for 4 years. I loved this nail place and WAS a customer for 4 years. A month ago I had a manicure and pedicure done. My toes were beautiful. 1 week later, it started chipping. I took the nail polish off and both of my toenails were black and green. It was fungus! I was thinking about it, they do not have an autoclave to clean all their nail equipment. It is sad because they do such a beautiful job, but I can not have my toes looking unhealthy. I will be driving to Corona just because there is a nail salon that sterilizes their utensils with an autoclave. read more

I went in yesterday to get a pedicure (#3) and a gel manicure . Total was $62. Tiffany is very personable , but her quality of work isn't up to par with her Yelp reviews. I asked for flowers, and when she could do them I asked for polka dots, and still they looked horrible. Parts of my nails aren't completely painted , I had paint on my skin. She left old paint on my nails and tried to paint over it but you can tell .. Also prior to starting the pedicure I had to question if the instruments were clean. She pulled them from this old box , long story short I got a major infection on my right hand, I actually had to go to doctors while on vacation to get antibiotics.... Any who, I called to talk to the manager , and they did offer to fix it for me but I would of liked it done right the first time. When I requested to come back after my vacation (1 week 4 days) , the owner said per policy that they can't fix anything after a week. That's why I am here now writing this, four days couldn't be sacrificed to fix the crappy work you guys did. So hours before my flight I went back to get my nails "fixed" and I got HORRIBLE service. I got my skin burned with the dremel she used, she stabbed me multiple times. I was so excited because most of the Yelp reviews are good, well I was very unsatisfied. I walked in without an appointment, and although the wait was pretty long (20-25 minutes), I'm glad I stayed. Van was super sweet, helpful, and she truly took her time in making my nails look lovely! I was in Moreno Valley, and I wanted to get a manicure. Was going to go to a different place I found, but I didn't want to have to go into the mall, so I came here. They were busy and I waited at least 20 minutes for a chair, which is okay. They were busy, and I could have left. The lady who took me was not personable at all. In fact, she was sort of rude. She made it clear that I was somehow doing her a huge inconvenience by, you know, giving her business. Oh well, maybe she was having a bad day. Rude, maybe... but man, she knew what she was doing. She took her time with my cuticles and shaping my nails, and they look lovely. Perfect shape and length, and she really took care of my nail beds. That is why this place is getting the extra star, because not only was this worth the money I paid ($14 for mani and french tip), but it was a great value for the money. A similar experience would have easily been more elsewhere, or the amount of attention paid would not have been as great. However, the polish has already started chipping, three days later, which is unacceptable. So, long story short, this place is a great value for the money you pay, but I would not go out of my way, when I can find similar, friendlier, quicker service in Riverside. read more

Well I have tried coming back to this location twice now and I must say, the wait time is absolutely unacceptable. What is worse,is that so as not to lose business, they down play the wait time and take forever to get to you. The first time I left upset it took almost two hours to finish a manicure and pedicure, I was a walk in and it was a Thursday afternoon so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My nails weren't great but they got done and its all I really wanted. That time I just left a tip suggesting you make an appointment since people with appointments where receiving exceptional service. Today I had an hour an a half before class so I figured hey that is enough time to get your nails done and it was 10:30 in the morning how busy can they be? I signed in and sat down. It took 15 minutes for someone to get up and walk over to let me know it would be another 15 minutes. I was very polite (I am a very nice person) I said it was fine. One of the ladies eventually came over and sat me in a chair, then she disappeared. I sat there waiting until the almost burning hot water (which I like) turned cold. I took my feet out and looked around, I realized it was not that they were busy, it is that they had no sense of urgency, they were all moving so slow. In that moment 45 minutes later I put my sandals on and went to find the lady who sat me down. I politely informed her I was leaving and she was very rude and did not even apologize. I drove closer to school found another nail place, was seated right away and got my nails done in ample time to get to class. There are waaaaay too many nail places around here to sit there and wait for mediocre service from people who obviously do not care that business is walking right out of the door. I highly recommend this nail salon! It was my second time getting the dip powder but first time at this location, the first time I hated it! It looked so thick and lumpy! But when Van did my nails she really took her time and made sure that my nails were left immaculate. No bumps, just perfect nails. I just want to say how sweet she was too! Very polite and fed me lots of compliments that I felt were genuine! Also my pedicure was amazing Heidi went innnn girl! I wear heels everyday to work and omg the best foot massage and she scrubbed all my dead skin off! And my gel looked amazing no bumps either! I will definitely be coming back to these ladies!
