I am giving them two stars because of lack of friendliness and skill. This was my second time here, and I am not sure why I even went back. My first visit, I got a full set of french tips and a pedicure. My nails looked horrible and messy. My pedicure was okay. This time around, there was no greeting when I first walked in, like at most salons. I had to ask for help and if I should sign in... no response. Then one of the ladies finally asked what I wanted done (After finishing her conversation with her coworker about 2 mins later). Her tone sounded as if she was annoyed that I was interrupting her conversation.. or that I was there. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. The manicure was okay. Just okay. The pedicure was not good. The lady did not know how to cut and clean my toe nails. I asked if she could pay extra attention to my "big toes" because I tend to get in-grown toe nails easily. The lady doing my manicure had to stop, and show the other lady how to cut my toe nails. She also barely rubbed my feet for the "massage" and did not evenly buff the bottom of my feet so now they are are rough. They were soft before the pedicure... wth! When u schedule an appt. They schedule too close the appt times. Esp when u r having several things done and u need ur manicurist available for a block of time. Then they end overbooked n u nerd help from the others to take over next client that's been waiting. Not right. Goin to another salon... read more

I only give a 1 because they guy who actually did pedicure was kind of nice. I went in with my daughter who was home on winter break wanting a nice relaxing time. Both of us were getting a full set and pedicure we waiting shortly and a guy offered to take one of us I decided to go he asked what I wanted I told him specifically then I asked the prices he then snapped and asked me what I wanted I told him that I just told him what I wanted he said again but what exactly do you want and I told him again he seemed to have an attitude I asked him if he was ok he again with attitude said why you ask me that why you say that we began "arguing" back and forth about how rude he was he then said it's not like I'm his girlfriend I asked him do I have to be your girlfriend for you to be nice then said if I don't like it I can have someone else help me!! He then yelled something" not in English" to the other girls and decided I'd just get my pedi since I had a gift card the guy was rushed doing it it came out so sloppy I'm disappointed, they kept asking if we were going to get full sets I politely said no and that's it will not spend my money there we ended up at a salon across the street not going to ruin my day read more

Lynn helped me get fabulous stiletto nails with a hint of gold diamonds to compliment my black/goal nails- gel acrylics. I got white tip on my pedicure and everything came out to be $70. I highly recommend this nail salon! It was my second time getting the dip powder but first time at this location, the first time I hated it! It looked so thick and lumpy! But when Van did my nails she really took her time and made sure that my nails were left immaculate. No bumps, just perfect nails. I just want to say how sweet she was too! Very polite and fed me lots of compliments that I felt were genuine! Also my pedicure was amazing Heidi went innnn girl! I wear heels everyday to work and omg the best foot massage and she scrubbed all my dead skin off! And my gel looked amazing no bumps either! I will definitely be coming back to these ladies! The only reason why I only gave 4 stars is because of the price, for the powder and gel on my toes w callus removal I paid 76 and then I tipped ontop of that. This place has gone down hill... I made an appointment with Amy, who is a great stylist, but she left me waiting for 30 mins while she worked on 2 other people so I left!! Why even make an appointment if you can't keep it??!! Waiting for 10 minutes ok fine... But 30!!! They really pack people in and when you do that attention to detail goes out the window. Besides that experience the area always attracts crazy people! I'll try my luck elsewhere. read more

My fave Spot to get my Nails done!!!! Tiffany is one of my Fave people here, but to tell ya the truth everyone is pretty skilled here! I really enjoy the pedis here! The Salon is Clean, the staff is thoughtful. I have had experiences at other salons that make me nervous and when I express those concerns the staff has always taken careful attention. I've been going to this salon for a couple years and really like the service. The nail techs are good - good enough that I get compliments on my nails pretty frequently. I would advise you to make an appointment rather then walk in because it can be quite busy and also find a tech that you like and stick with that tech. And allow enough time for the tech do their job well - don't ask for miracles to be completed in 45 minutes. read more

The only reason I'm even giving this place two stars is because the guy who did my manicure did a good job On another note, worst pedicure experience by far. The lady was RUDE!!!! she cut the skin on my toes not once but twice. First time was with a drill type thing, then instead of using tools to remove dirt and excess skin, she used her finger nail and cut underneath the nail and ripped the skin with her nail. She was clearly in a hurry.....never had had a pedicure completely done under 15 minutes.... She was rude to my friend, probably because she thought she wanted her nails done also. Once she found out my friend didn't want her nails done, she was a tiny bit nicer. read more

I have been going to Angel's Nail & Spa for 2 years now. If you want an awesome pedicure with toes that come out beautiful and your feet feeling terrific ask for Vivianne she is so nice and does awesome work. If you want beautiful fingers whether it be a manicure, full set, or fill see Heidi she does awesome work on those fingernails. Heidi will leave your hands looking beautiful and feeling so soft. When I go I usually book an appointment for Vivianne to do my feet and Heidi to do my fingers. They are a great team. I am one of those people that find it very hard to relax, but they both seem to get me to settle in and kick back a bit. Atmosphere of the shop is kind, relaxing, friendly, and CLEAN!! Tools are always clean or new and opened right in front of me. Deco is very relaxing and love it when the music is on a relaxing station makes it so nice!! I wrote my review yesterday and am adding on today... Heidi did my nails today (full set) and I remembered, while sitting there talking with her, other things I wanted to mention... my toenail polish always last forever I am talking three weeks in between each pedicure, never any problems with chipping, cracked heels, or yellowing of nails. Same goes for fingernails, Gel always last three weeks would last longer but I usually need a fill so I get color changed at that time. If you see either Vivianne or Heidi outside the nail salon they are always quick to say hi. I recommend Angel's to everyone who comments on my toes/nails and I get a lot of them everywhere I go. If either lady goes somewhere else I will follow them in a heart- beat even if that means driving far. Management of Angel's has a great thing going and has a great team working with them. This was the worst customer experience I have ever experienced at a nail salon. The woman who was supposed to be doing my nails was to busy complaining to another employee. I showed her the picture of what I wanted my nails to look like THREE TIMES and I couldn't even get her to pay attention and then low and behold, after it was too late, she couldn't do them. I had to pick some random color at the last minute because she apparently can't be bothered to do her job. Then, when I told her I had asked her if she could do it before we started she just acted like it was my problem. I do not recommend. I can't believe she has a job. Go somewhere else.. anywhere else.
