Very painful. I've never had a nail tech pop and peel my fake nails off. An hour later and my nails are still throbbing from the layers of real nail she took with it. The pain job its of is pretty good despite asking for black and silver and getting dark brown and sparkle. read more

This salon just got a forever client tonight! We had booked a different nail salon for my son's bridal party,paid a deposit reserved the space and confirmed twice...But!! When we arrived all.8 of us at lace beauty,the store was dark,doors locked,NO ONE WAS THERE!! Despite our frantic calls,repeated texts there was absolutely zero reply. Unbelievably unprofessional....still in disbelief...if you want to.have a lot of fun one night try calling nail salons at 5:45 p.m. for eight people..we were desperate,the bride's mom was in tears and shock...we called over a dozen places before we were able to connect with Angel's. Everyone was so warm and friendly. I.had the pleasure of Michelle doing my nails,and what a wonderful job she did. All of our nails turned out beautifully. What a relief!!(I know first world problems..) I want to thank everyone who stepped forward and took such great care of us...THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. This was my first visit to this nail salon. My young daughter and I frequently get manis and pedis for mommy daughter time. All of the three employees that were working here were less than welcoming to my young daughter and I. She is a very well behaved 5 year old, and they actually YELLED at her when she attempted to sit in a chair next to mine. I would have left at that very moment but I didn't want to give them the satisfaction of leaving. Have never experienced anything like it. At this point I don't care what my pedicure looks like...giving them 1 star for horrific customer service! Will not be back, unfortunate because this is so close to my home:( Update: still not too happy about the unfriendly welcome however, they warmed up to us and we're nice to my daughter after our long wait and our pedicures were pretty decent. read more

My first time ever getting nails done outside of Los Angeles and this salon was great! They informed me that in Oregon you have to bring your own nail file to salons, which we don't do in LA. It makes sense to do so and i prefer it! The lady who did my nails was so sweet, shared some stories, and took her time on my manicure. I wish I lived in the area so I could become a regular. What a great experience! This was my first time getting a pedicure. My wife convinced me to go with her- I don't regret it. I got the deluxe treatment as well as a foot massage. "Hannah" is new yo the salon and she is amazing! The best pedicure I have in a very long time. She did a shellac manicure on my very short and damaged fingernails and they look fantastic. The is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. My sister and I had appts at 4pm for the dip powder nails. I was not seen until 5:30pm. The only reason I stayed was because they had already half way soaked off my previous dip powder and it would of been embarrassing to go to my event with my nails half on. The lady who did my nails, I believe she was the owner tried to talk us out of doing the dip powder and only doing one layer with shellac on top. The shape she did my nails was nice but I told her they seemed really thing as you could bend them. This is why I do the dip powder because I like they strength and look. I told her they could bend she said they look "Natural" Needless to say 4 days later I have 3 broken nails. read more

I hate this place. Started 7 years ago when I stopped by for an eyebrow wax and they butchered them. I have nice not too thin not too thick eyebrows but needed a clean up. They thinned it down so bad my then boyfriend spoke up on my behalf. Over the years when I have had to get my nails done they have done an awful job. Last time I went to them to take my gel nail polish off the attendant didn't let my finger soak in remover but as soon as she finished wrapping the last finger went back to the first and started scraping the polish off. She ruined my nails and I almost threw up at the tugging/scraping she was doing (I have never felt this immediate reflex to someone taking off shellac). Hate this place. read more

While I agree that the ladies there are nice enough, the full set I got was shoddy at best. When I mentioned it, the tech got a bit irritated... This place is the best nail salon I have ever been to.. on one occasion I stopped by after a long day of work, wanting to get a mani pedi.. I hadn't realized that they were about 20 min from closing. but the very kind lady said it was okay and told me she would stay open and do my service for me. she was so friendly and we held good conversation through out the whole visit. made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. the quality of her work was AMAZING, and I couldn't find one thing to complain about if I wanted to. the services were very affordable, especially for the high quality of work. which was nice, making it possible for me to leave her a generous, well deserved tip! my color lasted what seemed to be longer than normal, never chipping or peeling off. the shellac was definitely worth the extra couple bucks. today I made the mistake of visiting a different salon closer to my house.. It's hard to fully explain just how unhappy and disappointed I was upon leaving with such a crappy mani-pedi! I had been going to Angels Nails for 7 straight years. I love the pedi's I got from Lena. Michelle is awesome with the art she does when you want something special, and Tammy does an excellent job with acrylics. Everyone is always so very nice. Even really love the jobs that Tune does. I have recommended everyone I know to this place and brought them so much business. I never had a problem ever. Even never minded waiting as they can get very busy. However, I don't appreciate making appointments and then having to wait because they would take walk-ins before I arrived. When you make appointments you should not have to wait for 45 minutes to an hour. Especially for a customer as loyal as I have been. The first time it happened Tune apologized and gave me a half price job the next time I went in. So I went back and had another pedi from Lena. But then Tune did it to me again. I was really disappointed and don't think I will be going back. Which is a shame because I have always been really happy with everything. Just not good business to treat such a loyal customer in this way. read more

They were great! Highly recommend them. Nice clean place, nice atmosphere and the staff were nice, friendly and thorough. My nails are long but weak if I don't keep them coated with something. They were way over do and I searched for a place here in this area since I usually have them done in florida. I did my research and decided to go to Angels, it was a great choice. If you don't take your own files in, block and file you can purchase them both in a baggy for $1.00. You can't get them in the store for that and you can just take them back with you next time. I've been places they use the same files on everyone. You might think that is not important but it really is. I went in to see if they were free or I should make an appointment so I could look at the place first. All of the ladies in there were very nice. To speed things up one girl started with removing the old and Tune took over when she came on shift. They care about what is best for your nails and what you like. Very meticulous and my nails came out fabulous. They are all friendly and great but I am partial to Tune. read more

I love how that do my nails that came out very nice and didn't have the streakiness of the gel. The gel is quite smooth and that paint your nails good but at times they do paint your actual finger, but that happens‍ and eventually it falls off the skin. The place is very welcoming too. LOVE this place. All the people who work here are very friendly, they do a great job and have LOTS of colors to chose from. They also will do designs and have color changing polish that I haven't seen anywhere else. When I bring my young daughter, they paint her nails for about 5 bucks while i'm getting mine done and they don't charge extra for designs on hers. So I went to this shop today for my first time and I got my eye brows waxed, the pregnant lady that helped me took off my skin on both sides of my eyes and left open wounds on my face. When I told her I was unhappy multiple times, she giggled and told me to cover it up with make up, and that I'm fine. I'm clearly not fine if I'm leaving a place with open gashes in my face and in pain, I understand redness and irritation after getting waxed but this is an issue. I almost started bawling my eyes out right there because of how my face looks. I suggest you find employees that know what they're doing and also know how to problem solve. She didn't say sorry once or offer me my money back. I recommend not spending your money here, I'll try posting a picture. On top of that when I got there she gave me no time to pick my color for my nails and she kept trying to choose for me so I'd hurry and multiple times kept asking me if I'm ready, they weren't busy and all she was going was sitting on her phone before and after. Do not expect upfront pricing or management that has your back in the face of sullen non English speaking employees who are offended if you have to ask them to repeat their answer to your questions. Moreover, Michele proceeded to do a terrible job on my nails. And once she was all done with them tried to up the price again in an effort to make me pay for simply asking a question that she could not be understood when answering. The manager defending the price increase after the fact and said I should have known it would cost more- to use a tiny bit more powder on a broken nail. What? Also the manager didn't make any effort to hear me out or validate my experience of unacceptable price switching and rude treatment by one of her employees. Unless you are well versed in nail salons treatments, have unlimited income, never have any questions and don't mind being treated rudely for no discernible reason, you may want to save yourself the grief of going here. read more
