To say I'm disappointed with Angie's lobster is an understatement. I have been a loyal customer for years and I have spent a lot of money at these establishments across Arizona. This is by far the worst one. My biggest gripe is the fact that quality has gone downhill significantly and prices have skyrocketed. Several times they have forgotten to give me the spicy hot honey that costs extra! Not to mention, they keep changing the menu. Bring back the warm crab roll! Bring back the warm scallop roll!! Bring back the truffle butter! Every time I go I swear to god it's something different and lately I've been getting off of night shift and they're telling me they aren't serving fried food or lobster rolls at 8 in the morning. We have tried Angie's before at a Phoenix location and had a great experience so decided to try in Flagstaff. We ordered two warm lobster rolls ($16 each) and since they got rid of their fries, we got chips and guacamole instead. First impression was that the chips and guacamole feel like a scam. The smallest dollop of guacamole and an embarrassing amount of chips. Then, the lobster in the 'warm lobster roll' was completely cold and dry. We spent $40 for two inedible lobster rolls and a couple of bites of chips and guacamole. This no longer feels like an affordable option with good quality like they advertise. read more

I've been coming to Angie's for a couple years now. I love the concept Flagstaff come on. The presentation is awful. We eat with our eyes. I do not mind spending 24. On 2 salads at all but make me want to eat it. The service has gone down hill and the man with that is on all of the time during the day is not accommodating at all. The last time I requested the shrimp to be cut smaller; so I don't choke while driving. He told me he doesn't have that option. I drive an hour to come eat here. Angie's was running a killer deal for the 4th of July weekend- $3.99 for a Caesar salad or wrap, with drink included. We naturally had to partake in this and got a salad and a wrap. I opted tor a peach passion fruit lemonade for my drink (extra $.20 for a flavored lemonade). We ordered online and got a notification when our order was done. We also got a recommendation to walk up to the pick up window for fastest service which I thought was a little odd but when we got here and found that construction had blocked off the primary way for us to get into the parking lot it made a little more sense that one could maybe park close by instead and just walk over instead of driving all the way around the block to the other entrance. Anyways, everything was securely packaged and ready to go when we finally got here. The wrap was really sloppily wrapped together and the contents kept spilling out. The ingredients were delicious though. I enjoyed the crisp romaine with the peppery chicken, buttery brioche croutons and cheese. The peach passion fruit lemonade was a great thirst quencher and we polished that off in no time. I love that there are a multitude of options to order from here and will definitely keep this Angie's in mind when I'm in the area for a reasonably priced, quick, and healthy-ish meal. read more

My husband and I tried Angie's lobster in Flagstaff. Seafood sounded really good. Although the Lobster roll and snow crab roll was good, we felt Angie's Lobster could have a better ordering system. We noticed they catered to the drive through more than than the walk up customers. They also have no people skills. They make you scan a QR code and place your order. No option to order in person. The email notification you receive is just the confirmation that you ordered and paid. There is no follow up to let you know your food is ready. They gave us a 10 minute wait time on the email. At the 10minute mark I rang the buzzer and they told me just a few more minutes. After waiting another 10mins I rang the buzzer again and they told me I had one more customer ahead of me. They didn't give me a time frame and he almost closed the window on me. When I interrupted him to give me a time frame. He then told me 3 minutes. At the 4 minute mark we finally got our food. There was a customer ahead of me that ordered for two and they said they were waiting for 35 mins. I witnessed other customers turning customers away. This is a sign that the staff and restaurant is poorly functioning. It's sad because they have a lot more potential. When I got my take out order they didn't ask or provide napkins, or ketchup for the fries. I don't know if I would be a returning customer? There are other options out there. read more

Was in Flagstaff and had to try as we're getting one in Tucson! The lobster was recognizably , chucks large enough to identify. We can only expect frozen here in the desert, but it was still delish. I tried one warm and one cold and loved both. Being diabetic , I had to forgo the grilled bun, but I did take one obligatory bite to get the experience and how I was able to resist more bites, I'm not sure. I tried to order from my phone and use the pickup window, but that didn't work out so drive through it was. They are fast and efficient and I can't wait until the store in Tucson opens! read more

Okay, I know I already wrote a review, but I went back to try the "Angie's Prime Grill" half of their menu and it's another 5/5. They have some preset options with themes like Asian flavors, Mexican flavors, harvest, etc or you can build your own. They have different proteins and veggies and sauces to choose from, and you can go salad bowl or burrito. It also comes with a drink. You do have to order it online, but it's nice because it's ready when you get there. Once again, it's SO AFFORDABLE and I'm so glad they're in town. Angie's is the future of fast food. Their menu is always changing and I haven't had a thing I don't like. Their concept of keeping everything cheap through non branded packaging, no indoor eating, cashless etc is fascinating. This specific angie's contains angies lobster, prime grill, and chicken. All so good. Big shoutout to the Berries and Cream energy drink which is to DIE FOR and I'm usually not a fan of energy drinks! The only reason I'm subtracting a star is because this is a newer location there are some things to fix. They sometimes forget sauces, sloppily wrap the wraps, and are out of things. I do however want to mention the workers interact with you (unlike the location I frequented in Phoenix) from what I've read they aren't really expected to hand you your food/drink (they would just put it on the window table) or even tell you to have a good day to reduce labor costs of having a "window" person. In fact, last time I was in Maine I paid $35 for a lobster roll that wasn't near as good as what these guys are serving. The ordering situation can be a little bit confusing. Angie's is a flagstaff staple. It's fast, well priced, and the food is delicious. I got a crab roll for the first time, and honestly, for fast seafood it's pretty much why you expect. The crab is very rich, and they give you A LOT in a roll. Definitely a meal to pace yourself with. I'll definitely be coming back to try the other flavors. I was a huge fan of Angie's, loved their lobster rolls, and probably went about once a week for lunch for their bowls. On Monday I ordered Angie's via DoorDash, a Southwest bowl with half rice and half salad with chicken and steak. It was delicious and I was enjoying it until about the half way mark when I noticed a grain of rice moving. Spoiler, it wasn't rice. On closer inspection and with help from coworkers it was identified as, ready for it, a maggot. After I got over the feeling I was going to vomit, I drove the bowl to the local Angie's and asked for a manager. The teenage girl came to the window, looked at my picture and video, and as I handed the bowl back to her she apologized and said "ew, that's gross" then asked if I wanted another bowl made. I said no thanks, I just wanted to make sure they checked their product and didn't serve more maggots to other people, and I'd appreciate my money back. She told me I'd need to go through DoorDash for that. Done, refund processed. I emailed the Angie's customer service which is the only option because to keep costs low there is no customer service phone number. The response I received was that they and their suppliers did their best but sometimes things happen (shrug emoji). The email promised a separate email with an Angie's gift card, which to be clear I would not have used nor given to a friend or enemy. I never received this promised email. So, long story long, I did get refunded, I will never go back to an Angie's anywhere, and I suggest that if you do you check your rice very carefully for extra protein. read more

What's not to like about lobster rolls and fried seafood? I was not prepared for a fried lobster in a lobster roll. Not at all what I expected. The roll was great and it was fresh fried. Normally a steamed or broiled lobster works best. Not my favorite way to have a lobster roll. My wife had the fried cod sandwich and it was everything it should be! Big pieces of fried cod and all the trimmings. The fries were good not great, but we will try something else on the menu next time. Great service ! It's a drive thru with walk up service.
