The actual conversation made during threading was pleasant and nice. Cons: I paid for full-face threading, and when I got home I realized that the person absolutely mangled my face. I have multiple bleeding, open wounds, and cuts on my face. I did not have acne, I have never had accutane, and I have never in my life had a reaction like this to threading. Redness? Puffiness? Totally normal and not cause for concern. Open cuts are another thing. I did not notice at the moment of threading because I was only told to look at my brows, and the appointment was already running late, so I was trying to make it to my next thing on time. In addition to horrible open cuts which I will need to watch for infection and pray will not leave scars...multiple areas of my face still had patchy bits of hair left. So, not only did I pay $50 for the privilege of having my skin cut open by someone....there was also hair left? If you visit, do NOT ask for threading, this is either inexperience or incompetence. Save yourself the embarrassment of walking around like this. The tech had to reapply it several times, and it took over an hour just to remove the polish. That's never happened before, so I'm wondering if something changed -- maybe new techs or a different product or new ownership? That said, I do like how my nail color turned out in the end.
