So we only order from Angie's once in a while because it's a bit expensive. Fortunately the pizza was delicious and big enough for a family. Well we ordered 2 pizzas today and they are way smaller, the crust is awful. I don't know if there is new ownership but this is not anything like the last time we ordered. The pizza was barely edible. If it wasn't so expensive we wouldn't have ate it. We will never order it again. As you can see in the picture below the slices were little. They use to be huge. My favorite pizza ever! I recommend getting the pizza with their house dressing which is like a pink Italian dressing, it's super good! The other food here isn't very good to me, tastes cheap and rushed, but the pizza is great! Servers are all nice and the bar servers are very friendly. Good beer and soda selection. This used to be one of my favorite spots but sadly after one final attempt last night I WILL NEVER RETURN. Despite living 45+ mins from here I would go to get pizza regularly because it was so delicious. The ingredients were fresh & of high quality, the crust was puffy, the cheese was squeaky & salty when you'd bite into it.... It was like heaven. I'd usually also get an antipasto salad with the pink house Italian dressing, I dream about the pink dressing. The problems started a few years ago, it was my birthday & my husband threw a surprise dinner for me here. The service is great, I've never had an issue with that. The employees are kind, friendly & work really hard to keep tables turned bc it gets very busy. We had roughly 8-10 people & ordered several pizzas for the table & obviously my fave salad/dressing. The pizzas came out undercooked but simultaneously overcooked. We pulled the server aside & she explained they didn't have enough dough made for the day so they had to quickly make some & it didn't have a chance to fully rise but they were trying to make it work. Ok fair enough, it's difficult to guess how much to prep sometimes because it's totally dependent on something that is out of their control. I've been back several times since hoping it'll be the old Angie's pizza I know and love & EVERY SINGLE TIME it has been the exact same thing... undercooked dough in the middle but burnt on the crust/bottom of the pizza because they are running though the oven longer praying the doughy part in the middle cooks enough. Every time I come here I've spoken to several different employees from servers to managers to the hostesses about this issue & they know it's a problem but don't know how to fix it. After last night seeing it's not different I sadly will no longer be patronizing this Barberton staple. Hopefully they can get this problem straightened out but knowing this has been going on for the last few years with no change I don't have high hopes. My brother in law told her that there were no towels in the restroom, her response was your lucky you had water. After waiting 30 minutes we still were not seated. The area was not bussed. We left. I just went to this restaurant for dinner with my family and it was not a great experience at all. Our server took forever to come over to our table and it only got worse from there. We never got the appetizers we ordered, or our salads. The food came out from a different server and our drinks were never refilled. Our server went to the tables next to us but never came back to our table to check on us. When we finished eating, I had to go to the front just to get boxes and my bill and to then get the bill fixed for the food I did not receive. I felt like I had to fight for them to remove the items from my receipt. If you go to this restaurant make sure Arianna is not your server it was the worst experience ever. read more

Waited the 40 minutes for my food to be ready per the instructions on the phone. Get to the store and literally only one car is in front of me at the drive through. I proceeded to sit behind this car for 20 minutes while other cars piled in behind me spilling out into the road. A little lesson in common sense here.. if you don't have the persons order together who is occupying the window needed to serve others.. why not have them circle back around instead of aggravating the rest of Barberton that's there to pick up dinner. We used to go there all the time but stopped eating in the dining room because it was always dirty. The food was still good, though. So, we would get takeout. The past couple haven't been good and this past experience was the worst. I ordered an Italian Sampler & a pizza. We were told that it would take 40 minutes. Happened to show up at 25 minutes and saw our food already sitting at the window getting cold. My lasagna & stuffed shell were set on top of my rigatoni in a container that was way too small. When the top was put on, it smashed everything. The put the sauce on top of that. So, most of the rigatoni didn't get any sauce at all. They even forgot the garlic bread. That was my last. Love this place. Family favorite for years. Wonderful house salad with lots of cheese. Get the Italian dressing. It's house made and pink. Always makes us smile. The personal pizza with drink is the best deal. Includes two toppings. Always busy but service is fairly quick. The wait staff is always friendly. Some of the booths are too narrow if you are heavy. I grew up by Little Italy in Cleveland. Italian food is my fav. Sadly, this area only provides pizza or processed premade meals...that is until my friends brought me to Angie's. The location is easy to get to, plenty of parking and no matter how full the restaurant is, there is always room to be seated comfortably. The servers are so happy and friendly. Drinks are served immediately and there are options....lots to choose from. Then the food....ahhh, there food is so good. Just as good as if i had gone to Little Italy. read more

It's the second week of being open since the pandemic closure. They haven't missed a step in quality. The staff all wear face masks, and I feel safe (not that I care). Went for lunch today and decided to not get the pizza this time. I've had it before and it is good but it doesn't really stand out. I will say that I am not a cheese fanatic so Italian food kind of doesn't do much for me. I do appreciate a good lasagna though. This time or opted for the Reuben. I don't know why, but I'm a big fan of corned beef so I usually order Reuben's when I see them on the menu. I'm not an expert of any sort on the meat but I enjoy it. The sandwich wasn't anything to preach about. Service is good. Whomever the girl is taking orders at 535pm on tuesday june 28...shes really unintelligent. I asked her a question about paying in advance on the phone bc of a medical issue she said yes then proceeds to take my order I again thank her for that and then try to give her the cc info to which she says we cant do that. What????? We just talked about it and you said yes i asked to speak to a manager and she says the mgr says no. No manager comes to the phone, a little fishy. I know we are all struggling these days but hiring this type of ppl helps no one. read more

Angie's has been our favorite Father's Day haunt for years. The food is reasonably priced and the staff bends over backwards to give diners an enjoyable experience! Our parties often exceed 10 diners... including three kids under the age of 10 (which can be challenging for waitstaff) but Angie's has always been accommodating and generous. My favorite meal here is Angie's pizza... it is a crunchy crust outside and a pillowy inside. The selection of toppings is large; a patron would be hard-pressed not to be able to assemble their perfect pizza here! The salads are crisp and cold... ordered to your specifications. The baked pasta dishes are delicious! Angie's falls a bit short on "al dente" pasta. This often happens when an Italian restaurant is inundated with patrons and must boil "lotsa pasta" in a short amount of time. I know that this is a preference for certain diners like myself, so I don't order boiled pasta on my visits. The lasagna is excellent! They also serve delicious Canneloni (which seems to be slowly disappearing from Italian menus). Wine list? Not tempting. Beer? It depends on your taste. Overall, Angie's is an Italian restaurant that provides bang-for-your-buck food but also fills a niche for authentic Italian food. went tonight for dinner. first waiter was terrible. then second one was ok. one of the drinks had a hair in it . my bf salad had some kind of carcass in it small one when he took a bite of his salad got in his mouth . he felt it and spit it out . and waslike what is this . showed waiter and told her take it and ask kitchen what it was . came back and tried to te us bullfrap that it was a end piece of pepperoni stick . smh like that could of chocked him if he swallowed that and it was a bone piece . never even offered to replace his salad. we will never eat here again . and I was born and raised in Barberton n coming here to eat . read more

This is the third and the last time I say third because each of the last three meals were wrong and the salad had rotten pieces of lettuce so much that I could not eat it and the sandwich was wrong no sauce and when I brought it to the take out person she handed me cold sauce( I didn't notice the salad till I got home otherwise I would have said something).
