We spent close to 50k on solar panels. Our inverter went out late August. They sent out a tech to try to fix it several times. The fix would last a few days then fail. We were finally approved for a new inverter. We had to wait for the warranty to be approved then the unit to be delivered then for it to be installed. We lost the ability to generate energy on and off until last week. (Aug-Nov) When I asked to be compensated for the loss of the ability to generate power due to faulty equipment I was told that the company would look into it and ask management. I was contacted today that $69.00 is all that was approved. So from late August to the end of November we were not generating power from the panels consistently. We were patient waiting for a fix and to be told $69 is disappointing today the least. Please be careful when considering to do business with this company. I understand needing to take time to fix an issue but not to help the customer with the loss of solar for over three months isn't how you take care of customers. I wouldn't recommend them.

This is even after unexpectedly adding a hybrid SUV that charges every day. Our setup: 17kw solar with two Tesla Powerwall 3's. After the service call I scheduled for the next week for the repair and I wasn't disappointed. I wanted the repair to be done correctly and they did just that. Plus they have a 5 year warranty on parts and 10 on labor! Will definitely go with them again for any of my solar needs and hvac issues in the future!

Save yourself the money time and headache!!! I spent $12,000 cash for what is supposed to be top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit which is called the train. I wish I would've just stuck with the Lennox and whatever else extra I had to get to get the same air-conditioning unit that I've had in my house for 23 years without a problem! The 24th year of me living in my house, my air conditioner takes a dump and I call Bob's air conditioning and heating. Not even one year later after they install the train that's supposed to be a top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit with a price tag of $12,000 cash ( $15,000 if you had to finance through them ) that was spent. The coil wall is separating in a vertical line in multiple places, seven places to be exact! The separating is wide enough that you could almost stick your hand through each separation point of the coil. I communicated this to Bob's air-conditioning. They sent a tech out. The tech said that somebody may be have opened up the unit and got in there and separated it as if. Someone had some type of benefit to open up the air-conditioning unit panels take off the top of the roof and everything else what he had to do to access the unit and his so called professional diagnostic conclusion is that. Somebody probably did this to sabotage the unit in so many words. I finally get a call from whoever Frederick is at Bob's AC unit air-conditioning and the conversation didn't go so professionally. Voices was raised as if I'm the bad guy, unprofessional tone, unprofessional delivery, unprofessional comments on him, saying he'll be letting the manufacturer know that he had a customer that was complaining about a coil, which I stopped him in his tracks and let him know when you write that make sure you put a paying customer that paid $12,000 cash in your message of the complaining customer. I was told that he's looking at brand new units that has the same issue right in front of him this separation on multiple different units. I immediately told him you shouldn't be putting your name on that unit if the manufacturer is starting out with that kind of a product and have issues with it. He advised me that this is a top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit which I beg to differ cause it ain't even last a year without me having any issues but it's supposed to be the top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit for $12,000 and not even a year later, separation in a coils in a vertical line that is beyond deterioration and I'm pretty sure it's gonna get worse rapidly. So now I'm just AOL of $12,000 because it's not not working and it's past 90 days I was told. So I guess I need to figure out where I'm gonna come up with the next $12,000 to get the original air-conditioning unit that I had in my home prior again because this unit is trash!!! Morale of the story, is that I wouldn't recommend Bob's air-conditioning or unit along with their materials that they're selling as in top-of-the-line product because it didn't last a year! As you may well expect, I was less than happy with the situation.  I first brought my concerns to the attention of Denise Holdread.  I would like to praise how she handled my concerns as well as the two field technicians, Scott and Ralph. All three worked diligently to diagnose and resolve the problems which turned out to be a simple fix.   I sincerely praise the company's owner Greg Esmay and his staff. My solar system has met all my expectation in its performance and all my contact with his staff has been exceptional. Natasha was professional and very clear with communication from the start. She set proper expectations on communication with Tesla would take a week or two. Anthony and Jeremiah arrived at the beginning of the arrival window! They were professional, great with communication, and ready to work. I had several questions and they were prepared for all of them and super helpful. The battery removal and install took less than an hour. Naturally Tesla's update took twice as long. LOL. Still total time was under 3 hours. I have managed 100s of installers and worked in Solar, this was a fantastic expierence! Because the Tesla 3 has more storage than the 2 I asked about adding some of my Breakers to the back-up and they had options for us to do that. Obviously we Highly Recommend This Team!

I'm just glad we were able to get everything resolved. Pricing, I did get a couple of additional quotes and Option One blew them out of the water. Could it be those other companies assumed I needed the parts and labor? Maybe, but I was very clear that I had the parts already. Bottom line it never hurts getting quotes and going from there. Service, so I got all the paperwork done yesterday early afternoon and was scheduled today (5/1) at 8am. I do realize there needs to be a buffer between appointment time and actual arrival time, I usually just assume an hour after the appointment time. But the techs were here at almost exactly 8am. As I have very limited knowledge on solar panels, the fact none of them fell off my roof (panels or techs) and nothing blew up, then it's safe to say they did a fantastic job. In the end my system is fixed and I'm happy. Also if I ever need work done on my system again I'm calling these guys up.
