I needed lunch, so I thought I would try the chicken sandwich here. After I paid for my food I was told the wait would be 25 - 30 minutes?!? Ok, I guess. The counter staff was very courteous after I ordered. I was later assured that this is the standard wait time. (Now you know why they don't have drive-thru service!) Apparently if you use mobile ordering your order will be ready within 5 minutes of their predicted ready time. The sandwich was ok. The flavor was slightly better than the Colonel's, but not as fresh as I expected considering the long wait. The texture was chewy, suggesting it had been in the deep fryer more than once or reheated. Although about 35% cheaper, my sandwich was near the quality you get from Dave's across the street. I called in a phone order my exact order was the 10 piece combo , 10 pieces of hot honey all flats well done , only to get home and notice it was only 9 pieces of chicken in my box and literally 16 pieces of french fries yes I counted them , my total was $ 23.58 . So I called she offered for me to come back so she can give me my extra wing , which I declined . My 1 year old niece can count to 10 .. food is ready super high if I'm paying for 10 wings , give me 10 not 11 not 9 just 10 ... skip this branch if your thinking of ordering here , or simply check your food before leaving . Akeem took my order, he was very patient while taking my order I was very indecisive while placing a large order and not once did he seem to be irritated or inpatient. There is literally always an issue. My biggest issues was a few weeks ago their soda machine was out of syrup and only offered water or sugar free options. I ordered online and when I picked up the girl didn't say anything about the soda machine but I heard her said they're getting a shipment that week and then I knew what she was referring to. When I told her we can't drink sugar free she said "oh I didn't know it was out" but you knew when you were getting a shipment? Mind you it was night already so I'm sure it hadn't just ran out and she couldn't even let us know? Then I asked for a refund on the drinks and she made it way complicated and had to call somebody and chitchat for 10 minutes while a line formed behind me. I placed an order online for the specials deal that comes with 20 boneless wings-4 flavors, large fries, and 2 dips. I arrived early and received my order quickly. My food was SOOOO good! Being 8 months pregnant, I need my food to be spot on each and every time otherwise I will have an emotional meltdown lol. The cooks were on point today and I will be returning soon. Usually the workers here are top tier. I went yesterday and ordered 2 large 10pc wing combos and unfortunately didn't get my fries. It happens. I wasn't upset. I called and waited 4 minutes on hold till the line disconnected. Still wasn't upset tbh it happens I get it. But when my brother went inside to let them know, and the man in the back said "Nah we don't forget fries they just want free fries." Like huh. Ain't no way. We got our wings, our celery sticks, but no fries. I just didn't like being accused of "wanting free fries." It was kinda disappointing bc I really fw this store they're cool people.
