Terrible grand opening with inefficient management of the long line. No one came out to tell folks in line what's going on. Line was barely moving at all. These are all potential customers for this new business and you would think they would make some form of effort to provide some customer service. Much better than the other options in the area. Open until 11pm too (as of sept. 2024) which is a huge plus, especially after work or a movie. Service is great and always concerned with the customer's wellbeing. This is a shock given that it is a chicken spot that doesn't do table service. The cashier that was on at 10pm Sept 5, 2024 did a fantastic job at checking in with us and making sure my friend and I were doing well (and we were!). BIG thank you to the staff on July 14 at around 2pm. You guys are the best. The restaurant was busy but the still ran service really well. The two ladies in the front were very helpful and polite. As the customers were leaving the girl was the lashes was promptly cleaning tables and restocking. The other girl was taking orders and bagging stuff for to-go and online orders. The fries are well seasoned and seem to be coated for extra crunch. I ordered mild spice and found it to be spot on. I will try medium next time.
