Every single time I come through Chick-fil-A, they are so warm, friendly, and welcoming. These girls are literally the kick start of my day when I come for my iced coffee What impresses me the most is the fact that before I even get to the window, they already recognize me and know my order. That level of attentiveness says EVERYTHING about how much they care about their customers. It's such a small detail, but it makes people feel remembered and appreciated, and not everyone has that gift. No matter how early it is, they always have the sweetest attitudes, the biggest smiles, and the most positive energy. They make every visit feel personal instead of just another transaction, and honestly, they're a huge reason why I keep coming back to this location. The fact that an establishment, who claims they are Christian, would let high school kids come into their establishment and repeatedly yell the R word, and constantly scream across the table "f you" to each other, while multiple families with small kids are in the restaurant is downright appalling. This incident is occurring at 3:40pm at this location. I went up and reported it once the R word had been said multiple times, and management did not go over to them or ask them to keep it down, or anything. Truly shocked by this. I love Chick-fil-A. It's one of my favorite fast-food restaurants whenever I want something quick and easy. This Chick-fil-A facility is nicely kept. The staff are all really nice and even when they are swamped, they still do their best to help if you have a question, need a refill, or need to grab something from the order counter. You can also drop off any leftover sauces you didn't use at these stations for someone else to grab. They keep the sauce stations filled usually, but you might need to ask for more at the counter during busy times. I appreciate the kids disposable table mats they have to help contain messes and clean up quickly. There's a decent amount of seating inside this restaurant with two rows of booths, one row of taller tables, and one row of half bench half chair tables. There's also a play place for kids, though I haven't been into that room to be able to comment on its cleanliness. The food I've ordered here comes hot and tasty. The deluxe chicken sandwich is always a winner, as well as the chicken biscuit and little hash browns for breakfast. Glad to have this Chick-fil-A in town! read more

Today when we came to the front desk to place an order, Jocelyn's service was very unprofessional. While we were ordering, she showed obvious impatience and kept sighing. We asked for chicken soup, and she placed four orders, even though there were only two of us. She should think more. She did not confirm the order with us before submitting it and placed it immediately. She is also not fully familiar with the front desk system and needed assistance from others during the process. I believe the manager should provide more training, especially on customer service skills and how to properly use the front desk system. She needs to confirm the order with customers before submitting it and maintain a friendly attitude and a smile while serving guests. I have been coming into this Chick-fil-A for about one month since I am too lazy to do my own meal prep. I buy a few salads, sides of the kale salads, grilled chicken nuggets and other items to get me through the week. I always have a delightful experience every time I go in to pick up my food. Today I went in to place an order and the location was out of grilled nuggets. Instead, I ordered grilled fillets and they were so kind to cut them up for me. They even brought me over a sample as I waited to see if I liked the way they were cut! I honestly didn't mind how they were cut as long as I could easily throw them on top of some kale side salads on the go. This establishment goes above and beyond. I was unfortunately disappointed in the chicken, as it was unfortunately rubbery. The fries were soggy too and not fresh at all. Probably the worst quality of food I've had at a Chick-fil-A. I don't remember it being hype worthy but I passed by this location today and the drive thru line wasn't more than 6 cars. Let's try the spicy chicken sandwich! And fries! I ate a waffle fry on my way home. It wasn't burning hot or crisp but it was a little undercooked. The spicy chicken sandwich was the big disappointment, it was spicy but more heat than flavor. The best thing I tried was the Chik-fil-A sauce. Chik-fil-A suffered by comparison to a recent lunch from Dave's Hot Chicken. Problems with ordering on the app threw a wrench in my morning. Apparently, after you place an order on the app, you must also select "prepare order" or "check in". Otherwise, they WON'T make your order, nor will they honor an order for breakfast made before 10:30 am. Very frustrating because the app does not make this clear. Not really the store's fault, but their attempt to remedy the situation fell flat because they missed an item I ordered. I had plans after the visit that I was subsequently late for since I had to wait for them to prepare an alternate order. The folks here were helpful, but it's unfortunate they have to enforce their hard cut-off time so stringely. Very standard and the chicken seemed really flat like just average, I wasn't expecting much. I mean this is fast food that doesn't really focus on unique items and or flavors.
