The food is made fresh which is really good. We ordered two different bowls. I like how you can customize it - noodles or rice or just veggies. What kind of protein? They have over half a dozen varieties of chicken, a vegetarian option (tofu), teriyaki steak, and salmon. The veggies that come with it are really well seasoned - cabbage, zucchini, and a bit of broccoli. We liked our bowls and loved the fresh crab rangoons which were more like little empanadas in shape. Gavin and Ronnie finished their bowl, so I can safely assume they enjoyed it as there were no leftovers. They gave us 3 teriyaki sauce cups on the side, but perhaps a sample of their other sauces might have been a good addition. My bowl was pretty dry from an overall perspective.
