The View is spectacular. Prices reflect the view. Comfy, comfy interior sports bar with views of live sports inside and out as well as many TV's. Also Full Swing Simulators for group fun entertainment! Decor says, "We care about quality!" Wonderful cushioned furniture invites a long visit and more beer. Noise from basketball courts adds to the sports atmosphere but excellent music selection can definitely be enjoyed! Curtis, my server was excellent, immediately reappeared after my order with Amber Ale, and fried Mac n cheese with chipotle ranch dipping sauce. Not a great appetizer, especially accompanied with the bland dipping sauce: BLEH! Note to Owner: You may need new management. No-show managers to train staff to change TV channels on Saturday??? During College Football season?...At a sports bar? ....WTF??! You lazy bums Lost a star....and CLEAN OUTDOOR AREA!! Dusty eating surfaces!

Great food! Poor mannered, inattentive and rude servers at a time when we were the only people being served in the restaurant.

Service is terrible. The employees are confused, don't communicate well and are not helpful.

The food came as ordered, our server (Lauren) was very attentive to our table. It's nice to see the general manager come by and see how our food was and that always add a a bonus to me. Should you decide to visit? I would recommend a reservation on Friday and Saturday nights as it does get very busy. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed on Sunday ... it's open all the other days for a very delightful experience. Bon appétit.

Our waitress was amazing - friendly, made great recommendations, and talked us through the menu, answer all of our questions thoroughly. We ordered the streak tartare app, clearly a staff favorite and they put a unique twist on the standard dish with mushrooms and a divine Dijon mustard sauce. The bread was baked to perfection - crunchy but soft all at the same time. My friend got the salmon, cooked to medium and I got the Jamaican jerk chicken which was not very spicy and contained a lot of flavor. The mango chutney and green mojo combo was complex and paired well with the chicken. My friend devoured she salmon so one can only assume it was delicious! I would highly recommend if you are looking for a date night or dinner with a friend and you're in the Broomfield area, Hickory and Ash is the spot!

What's a bit of a drive when you're driving to delicious shepherd's pie?…read more I thought you'd agree - totally worth it! Their scotch eggs are banging too. In fact, we didn't eat anything that wasn't well seasoned, cooked to order and authentically British. Not an easy find, if you ask me. We sat at their bar, chatted with the bartender - who was really friendly and checked on us often. The place was packed, but we got in quickly and you'd never know they were popping. Their cocktails were amazing and after some chit chat about what I liked and didn't, the suggestions were fabulous. Loved the British decor as well. Such a fun place. It was a lovely evening and we hated to leave, but we'll def be back!

The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere but that's not a bad thing. Lots of parking and outdoor space to wait for a table or pull up a chair. The service is a little stiff and slow but what can you expect from a pub style restaurant. It can get pretty busy inside especially around holidays so definitely make a reservation if you plan on having a big party or don't want to sit at the bar. As far as English/Irish food goes this the only serious contender in the area, i haven't found another UK restaurant that quite mimics the pub atmosphere as well as this one. Check it out for some stick to your ribs goodness!

It's easy to see why Bob's Diner is a favorite of locals in Louisville, CO. The day we were there,…read morethe wait was about 20 minutes for our group of six to be comfortably seated in a corner booth. Waiting wasn't a chore because there are quirky shops in the corridor outside the entrance, including a used bookshop. Our waitress was lively and very quick to get our order in and out on the table. I had an English muffin, tomatoes, avocado, spinach, two eggs, swiss, with a side of potatoes. On the menu it's called Louisville Muffin. I really liked it with the stack of veggies under the eggs. Bookguy had Carol's Potatoes: chorizo gravy-covered potatoes topped with two eggs, and a side of toast. He especially liked the chorizo gravy. A third member of our group ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Everything came out just the way she liked it. It's a bit noisy when it's packed with diners as it was this day, but the food is great so no doubt we will be back when in Louisville.
