Today, I emailed in to reschedule as my dad was hospitalized and Im flying to Colorado. The owner basically told me get lost and when i replied for clarification he didn't answer. Apparently, this behavior is the norm for the guy. UPDATE: The owner replied to my review with lies. We've been in contact a total of 3 times. 1) when i made the reservation 2) when I called about a dietary restriction And 3) when I contacted them 46 hours before my reservation. They never reached out to confirm my reservation after they approved it (manually, my email) and a deposit was not mentioned. If I needed a deposit, why wouldn't they ask for it in the reservation approval? Why not ask for it when I called them 10 days before my reservation? Why not deny me rescheduling until I paid the deposit?
