I bought snow tires from Costco because Bridgestone had a sales with rebate and penny installation. 3 days after the purchase, I was not able to get my snow tires installed. In fact, Costco told me that I won't be able to bring in my car for another 3 weeks. That is ridiculous. You should try to meet your customers' needs as soon as possible. Or at least find an alternative way to show that you care. It had been snowing 3 times in the past week. My car has slipped multiple times in the snow. It was not acceptable to not have snow tires on especially after paying for them. I decided to go to Firestone since they offer the same snow tires for the same price. Only difference are the labor costs. Firestone also does price matching. Initially, they said they don't match wholesale company. But CJ somehow managed to get firestone to match what I paid for at Costco. It was maybe roughly $40 more than what I paid for Costco but that is completely okay! Firestone got my snow tires on the next day! I was able to drive safely without slipping! I felt that I was able to express my concerns. CJ made sure that my snow tires will be on as soon as possible. Overall, it is a wonderful experience. I should go to firestone for all other services since they seem like they care about their customers!

We were referred by our specialty auto place that doesn't perform alignments. Alignment went ok no problems after. The 2nd service for leaking oil pan repair. (Our specialty auto place was not available & teen son needed the car to drive back quickly to college an hour away). Brought car in. They held for a reasonable amount of time to get work done. Repair seemed to go well. With significant cost (probably typical cost). However when we returned to our specialty auto place we were told there was a complete mess left of the oil pan repair! We were advised to return the car to Firestone for a redo of the original repair! As well I had to confer directly with the manager (very accommodating) because the receptionist/shop clerk was very evasive when I initially called to request the redo!

I was able to get a 25% discount through my insurance company on Goodyear tires and this shop was a qualified installer. When I showed up for an appointment, Jason, the manager, efficiently processed everything relating to the tires. I also asked about a brake fluid flush and fill, as well as coolant, both of which they were able to do then and there and at a price at least 30% below what the Toyota dealership had quoted. They also, upon my request, checked the brake linings as I thought that, at the ten year mark, I might need new pads but according to their mechanic, the car was still at a safe level so I can wait a while for that. I also don't drive all that much so that might also contribute to the condition of the brakes. I appreciate that they didn't try to upsell and scare me into thinking I needed to drop some 800$ on 4 brake liners. (Toyota have quoted an estimate of some $1200. No surprise there. But I think everyone knows that a dealership will be pricier than an independent shop. ) Bonus feature is that there is free tire rotation and brake check. In sum, I was sold on returning to Goodyear Auto Service and am happy to know of somewhere reliable for service that is not the Toyota service and dealership out on Auto Row on Jackson.

Setting $400.00 on fire would've been more productive than the help I received from TJ and staff. And I still had to drive away anxious at the thought of the car breaking down on the highway again. To top it off, there is now a completely new code showing up that Stadium either caused, didn't check for, or neglected to mention. I'm ashamed to admit that these so-called honest experts totally ripped me off, but they would have made my situation way worse if I had approved any more of their recommended repairs. Very disappointed. My son's vehicle overheated and had to be towed somewhere for repairs. I…read morepicked this place due to it's proximity to his house and the ratings I found online. I live a few hours away so I wasn't planning on fixing it myself and didn't have any personal knowledge of any repair shops in the area. The only thing the shop found was a bad water pump. However, they immediately quoted him $8,000 for head/head gaskets/cooling system rebuild (with no guarantee that it would be fixed completely) or $12,000 for a new engine (with guarantee). They did do a TDS test on the coolant which shows it was contaminated. That test alone is not enough to automatically assume head gasket or head failure particularly on a vehicle with 180K miles which just had a catastrophic cooling system failure I had the vehicle towed to my house, I replaced the water pump, serpentine belt and flushed the cooling system. I've pressure tested the cooling system, did a combustion leak test and have driven it extensively, it is just fine. Total cost $170. I won't be recommending he return here.
