Again, I was reminded why this is one of my favorite stores to shop at! I realized that I've never had a bad experience here. I've been shopping at this location for years, and it has never disappointed me. It's my go-to store for all of my workout apparel. Today, I came in expecting what I thought would be a difficult exchange, but the process was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. Carla, the manager, and Cameron, the cashier, were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. I really appreciate exceptional customer service when I receive it, and this team delivered exactly that. Other retailers especially Nike, where I've unfortunately experienced rude staff and poor service could definitely take notes on how a store should be run and what keeps customers coming back. I generally like this Under Armour outlet. It's a decent size, not nearly as packed as the Nike store, so it's easy to shop. The store is clean, there are usually good deals, and there are employees around if you need help. That said, I had a frustrating experience here about a year ago that still stands out. I bought a pair of shoes and didn't inspect them closely in the store because I assumed they were new. When I got home, I noticed dirt on the bottoms. I brought them back the next day to show the issue and be upfront about it. Instead of listening, the manager immediately accused me of wearing the shoes myself. I asked her to check the cameras at the register and showed her the receipt with the exact checkout time, but she refused and insisted it was impossible that I bought them that way. She would not allow the return. A few days later, I brought the same shoes back without mentioning the dirt or wear, and they accepted the return with no issue. Overall, the store itself is fine, but that interaction left a bad impression. Customer service should involve listening, not jumping to accusations. read more

I came to the outlets and visited Under Armour, Nike, and Adidas. Compared to Nike and Adidas, this Under Armour store was way more organized, and I had multiple people ask if I needed help. At the cashier I even got my account set up so I could receive points, even though it was after I paid. Friendly staff, great selection, and the store was clean. Take notes Adidas and Nike, this is how a store should be ran. read more

You know, it's funny that I go to the Outlets of Orange alot and most of those time I never go to the Under Armor store. Why, because I know they will never have anything in my size ever. I think it is amazing when this brand first started it was pretty awesome but now it isn't so awesome. They were that brand that really came on strong and now not so much. To me they just became a low budget brand. I used to be able to walk in and find some work out gear but now nothing. Every now and then I can find my size online but it's rare. They also had the Rocks brand clothing which had zero in my size. It was pretty disappointing. I can honestly say I'll never walk into this store ever again. read more

I decided a full refund was in my best interest because I don't want to do business with a untruth-worthy store. And she proved me right; 1st receipt was over charge of $60.00. However, return receipt does not show the $60.00 my original price I paid ... also didn't show my real reason why I returned the shirt. You have been warned.... I know it's an outlet store, but a little friendly service would be nice. When we asked the young lady folding clothes where we could find sandals or flip-flops, she was able to stop chewing her gum long enough to tell us everything they have is out and went back to chewing. I like the brand so that's not a problem, but both times we've been here, it feels more like a help yourself warehouse than a store. Both times we visited, we only noticed one person at the registers with a line. Maybe that's why they were cranky? I'm surprised they don't have self check-out as it would be quicker and friendlier. It's important to check sale prices at major retailers because they can be similar to this outlet location. While it may not be the exact same item, it will most likely be more current. read more

Lines here take too long. They only keep one or if you're lucky two cashiers working at once. I complained to the cashier today about waiting too long. He ignored me and he said that he didn't want to hear it after I said something about him ignoring me. Then I told him there's always an asshole working the front as well. Associate #id 404145 is the asshole with no sense of urgency and he stated "he gets payed to be an asshole." I also had a cashier here once roll her eyes at me for observing a hole in a shirt that a security tag made. read more

Louis/Lewis is awesome! I needed some new pants and was browsing the shoes and he went to that back and found my size in multiple pairs. He was happy to help and didn't seem irritated at all when I asked for more. Customer service can be lacking these days but not here and not with this location! It's OK, not too great, the clothing selection is alright, not too much of a lower price to be called outlet. The style they have there is not too much to look at. This is a long overdue shoutout! We visited the store around May and we had THE BEST service at this location for the first time! We used to come here before the pandemic and everyone was just grumpy or did not greet us. I absolutely love underarmour... So its needles to say I was stoked to find out they had an outlet store in Orange. When I got there they were running an additional storewode 40% off. I picked up some awesome all black running shoes for under $50, a nice pair of grey jogger style pants for about $36, 2 cool squeeze plastic bottles for about $5.50 each, and a lanyard. I barely cleared $100. That's less then unusually spend on one pair of Nikes. A brand I don't even care for but buy out of convenience. Glad those days are over. My one and only complaint is the lack of bigger sizes. I'm XXL / XXXL. I get it. It's a fitness brand. However not everyone un the gym and working out is already fit. Some are just beginning their journey or like me are getting back to it. It's really discouraging when you go searching fornclithes to start the journey and they only have sizes for the already fit. I still come here once a week when I am off shift. I love coming here usually the reps. Are super nice and they have good sales. Also for fire/medics you get an additional 20% off if you show your cert. Today was the worst day I have had ever shopping there. I was over charged and had to wait in line twice and the cashier April was very rude to myself and the customer that had a gift card return purchase right before me. None of my issues even got resolved just going to directly get it solved by a manager. April needs to have a little more respect for customers especially guys that are out in the field risking their lives during covid. read more

This is the best Under Armour store in the OC. We went yesterday and it was busy for a Sunday late afternoon. Even though they were busy, I was able to obtain assistance immediately and one of the UA employees, Ariel went above and beyond to check for the sizes we needed and helped us with everything. Since I wasn't able to find the shoes we were looking for, he brought out a selection of 3 pairs of shoes to look at. He was quick and very efficient in helping me with several items. This has always been our go to store from the moment you walk in, to your shopping experience, and checking out, we feel their customer service is excellent. Clean and very open store, I knew what I was going to purchase going in and was greeted and shown where to go by a sales associate. Been to it twice to pick up some things and hasn't seemed very busy either time. Deals are good, items were 40% when I went in which is a pretty good deal . They had a small sign at the counter offering 10% off to military personnel as well, which I think is awesome whenever a company does something like that. Wide selection of shoes which although personally aren't for me, still a pretty good selection to look through. The rest of the store had plenty of shirts, shorts, socks, etc. to choose from. This is a nice location, adjacent from Nordstrom Rack and Bloomingdales outlet. It's pretty new. Everything is really organized inside. Lots of great deals, as much as 40% off. Employees are friendly and professional. It wasn't crowded on a Saturday evening, so no wait in line. My only pet peeve is that I wanted a sports bra that was on a mannequin because it was the only one left. But they wouldn't sell it to me. Actually --- I take that back, it seemed really odd since there was another mannequin with same sports bra - didn't make sense that there were two mannequins with the same sports bras and they weren't willing to sell it to me. read more

Came here during a Yelp event and found the store was organized, clean and they offered great discounts and had a great sale going on. I walked out with a pair of underwear for the mister, a tank top for myself and a dry-wick material pullover with a hoodie. All of it costed around $38 which wasn't bad. I'd recommend stopping in if you're looking for some workout gear for a great price. read more

The people working here are pretty bad. They're not rude but they're pretty careless and their lack of interest in helping customers is out on open display. The three times I've been here, I've witnessed 100% apathy and 0% initiative. The prices are also pretty high even after the discounts. Granted UA is expensive to begin with, but one would expect better pricing at an outlet. Anywho, the inventory is pretty extensive and the layout is easy to navigate. Since this store is new (and fairly large), it's clean inside. Fitting rooms are kind of cramped though but I suppose that's okay since this is mostly focused on active wear and not fashion. I really hope the employees learn to appreciate the fact that they have jobs because not everyone shopping here is a tourist so attention and service matter. I don't need you to wait on me hand and foot, but try to look at little less annoying yeah? Horrible experience, went in to purchase a mask. One guy assisted in measuring me for a mask and then when I went to purchase as the 2nd guy was ringing it up he assisted me in measuring as well but we came up with a different measurement. They said they could not exchange for the correct size because they had already rang it up and they are not taking exchanges on these items, even though their employee made the mistake in the initial size he told me. I love that they opened this store at the Block! Let me start off by saying that one thing that is so great about this place is that it's a very large store with an expansive selection--and very organized and easy to navigate at that. In an era where brand name athletic gear is so expensive, this UA outlet blesses us with so many deals! So often I find myself walking in for one item and walking out with like 3, and still not going past $40-$50. Lastly I've never had a single problem with their customer service.
