    ...........,,,Second post; original one changed........ Be careful when shopping here; Check your receipts in detail. I purchased a Sweater clearly marked $55.00; I was charged $60.0p. I didn't realize until I got home what I assumed was an error To my surprise the next morning, the cashier was totally aware of dishonest charging; her attitude was less concerned about the over charge and more concerned I was asking questions. I decided a full refund was in my best interest because I don't want to do business with a untruth-worthy store. And she proved me right; 1st receipt was over charge of $60.00. However, return receipt does not show the $60.00 my original price I paid ... also didn't show my real reason why I returned the shirt. You have been warned.... Keep a keen eye on all your purchase receipts matching them with your items....

    came today and talk to tommy about buying 2 sweat shirts on the display $55.00 + each. they did not have more my size or in line order. so i asked them to removed them from the display and they refused to do so and sale them to me.... i wonder what kind of retail place is this where they do not want to sale their merchandise... what a disappointment ...they need people with sales drive...

    Currently 8:30 and the store hours posted on the door says it closes at 9. Their doors are locked and wouldn't let people in.

    Really poor selection for UA, seems all the good stuff is online only. They don't sell curry's shoes either.

He suggested a couple of shoes but highly recommended the ASICS Gel-Kayano 32 because they have the most support for the arch. He also assisted my wife with a selection although she came in sandals he had no problem giving her a new pair of socks to be able to try on some shoes. I personally don't like the thick sole but if that's what's going to get me moving so be it. This location is an outdoor mall and there is parking but depending on the time you go it may be difficult. I highly recommend this location due to the fact that the Ricky was polite, professional and knowledgeable, he helped me save an additional 10% by signing up for the newsletter. They have plenty of sizes in stock, they also have a BOGO 50% off. the value of the shoes are good if you plan to use them for the gym and running or even everyday wear. Staff members were present, but no one acknowledged me, offered assistance, or even asked if I needed help while I was browsing. It felt unwelcoming and disappointing, especially when you're ready to make a purchase and expect at least minimal customer attention. Good products alone aren't enough--customer service matters too. I hope management improves staff engagement so future customers feel valued.

We all walked in and one of the two associates (younger guy) greeted us after he finished helping with another guest. The manager or more senior employee just stared at the people in the store and worked around the cashier. The younger guy was courteous and helpful. If he didn't know the answer he asked the more senior employee. He helped us locate what we needed and thanked us for coming in. As soon as I walked in, someone checked me into their queue for an assessment. I think they give everyone a foot analysis, with no commitment to purchasing their inserts. While I waited, I browsed their shoe selection. I lean more toward Hokas and Aesics, but I was open to trying something new. The wait was about thirty minutes, so if you're looking for a quick shopping experience, this isn't for you. Go in knowing that you're going to wait, but I actually didn't mind this because I appreciated the one-on-one experience and all the info I received about my feet. Judy performed my foot analysis. She had me first walk on the treadmill and after I stepped on their fit finder machine. This machine provided information on foot length, width, arch height, alignment, heel width, and more. Judy reviewed all this info with me, and they also email it to you for free. I decided to purchase their insoles to see if they make a difference. So far so good, so I'm curious how they'll help in the long run. I have been wearing Hokas with a lot of cushion and I learned this was the wrong shoe for me because it could actually make my foot more unstable. Judy recommended a mid-range cushion for me. She was so patient with me. I must have tried on 6 different shoes and she paid attention to how they fit me and recommended sizing for me. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the time she spent with me. I signed up for the VIP family and ended up with some savings in the end. I love that they have a 90-day perfect fit guarantee along with some other perks.

Super helpful staff, solid selection, a membership that isn't superfluous or prodigal, (in fact, it's beneficial), and a great phone customer service support. There might be a 5 - 15 wait when you come in to be connected one-on-one if you are trying on shoes, but once you do, the confidence you have walking out the door KNOWING you got the right pair for you is priceless and well worth the wait. Not to mention, all the running gear is less than half of what you would pay at Lulu or Vuori and just as good, if not better. They also sell Gels, vests, lights, glasses, insoles and other gear for running and and membership pricing makes it easy since its one of the few shops (Unlike On, for example) that allows you to return after a break in period.

A Friend recommended this location over the Arcadia one, as it is bigger and it was perfect because it happened to be on my route one day. I stopped by on a Friday afternoon and was able to return my online order quickly. The cashier was very kind and the return was quick. I never used the product, the sizing was just way off, even though I had followed the product's website video guide. When I visited, it just so happened to be Member Days so I took a look around. This location certainly has "everything." It feels rare to have a fully stocked store these days. Since I did not need anything at the moment, I plan on stopping by again in a few months when I have an idea of what to use my gift cards on. There were employees throughout the store and they often greeted me and asked if I needed help. Great customer service! There was also restrooms for customers to use. There was plenty of parking in shopping center and overall, had a great first experience.

    One star review…read more What happened to REI? I had a very bad experience at REI Tustin on El Camino Real. EVA and manager AARON falsely accused me of returning the wrong item, even though the item matched my REI account, app, original tags, barcode, and product details. They made this accusation in front of my family and other customers, which was very embarrassing. I asked them a simple question: "What exactly is different?" They refused to answer. That tells me they had no real answer. They accused me first, then avoided explaining their own accusation. While EVA was still processing the return, AARON told me to leave and threatened security for no valid reason. After all that, they still processed the return. So the item was correct all along. This was a false accusation, poor judgment, zero accountability, and terrible management. REI leadership should review this incident seriously.
