Training to recover from an injury is painful and in my opinion more patient than training for weightloss - you dont get to diet away not doing the exercise and Tim has been amazing at designing workouts which are exciting, effective, and challenging. I don't know much about bikes, so I called to see if I could bring it in. They inspected everything at no charge, were incredibly friendly, and never made me feel dumb for asking questions. They even adjusted the brakes I had accidentally messed up and took their time walking me through what they were doing. I really appreciate their dedication to customer service and making sure people feel confident with their bikes. Highly recommend this shop!

I'd been to other PF locations before and wasn't impressed. So I wasn't too happy with the changes. I finally dragged myself in to set up my new membership. What a surprise ! This PF has 5 squat racks ! They've got tons of machines, some nice glute drive machines too. So no more awkward hip thrust set ups. The best part is the Black Card recovery zone. The massage chairs , hydromassage beds and red light therapy are fantastic. They have tanning beds too for those that still do that. Wrapping up my workouts is so relaxing now. Everything is new and shiny, the equipment is solid and you can get in a solid workout here. So far it hasn't been crazy crowded either. The hours are still unclear to me, I still don't know if or when they will go 24 hours. So the lesson for me is that change can be good and this PF location is pretty great.

When we asked about canceling, a staff member advised us via text that we needed to wait until the first payment drafted before canceling. Because of that instruction, the cancellation ended up being outside of the three-day rescission window in the contract. When we tried to resolve the issue and explained that we followed the guidance given to us, the refund request was still denied. What's frustrating is that we have the text message showing the instruction we were given, and the membership and sessions were never used at all. We also asked for corporate contact information to have the situation reviewed at a higher level, but were told the billing department was the only contact available. Very disappointing experience with how this situation was handled.
