Our large pepperoni and bacon pizza

HORRIBLE!!! My boyfriend and I came here with our family to enjoy an afternoon of bowling together. We walk in and walk to the counter to get our bowling shoes and the guy was polite and gave us our shoes. We made our way to the concession counter to order our food hoping we can order and then go start our game. We paid for one hour of bowling so we ordered before we started blowing. We ordered mozzarella sticks (they were out of nachos), large pizza with pepperoni and bacon and, a large pepsi. The guy working the concession counter acted as if he was miserable to be there, physically dragging his feet as he walked with his head thrown back in the air. We get our mozzarella sticks and pepsi. The pepsi had very little to no ice and the mozzarella sticks had literally no cheese in them at all due to being so over cooked. We take it back and get a cup of ice and they give us new mozzarella sticks with cheese in only three of them this time. We settled wit We go back to our game of bowling. Several minutes go by so we go ask this same guy how much longer does he think it'll be on the pizza and he replies with "a while". So we went back to our table and proceeded with our game. Another 20 minutes goes by and still no pizza. We go to the counter once again and the guy basically ignores us. My boyfriend has to speak up to get his attention even though he was standing right in front of us. He eventually tells us it's not done yet. We went back to our table to continue our game while we waited. Another however many minutes or so went by at this point and we finished our game and were out of time. We walk to the concession to finish waiting there. We stood and waited for 15 more minutes after finishing a full hour of bowling before ever getting our pizza. We had to take it in a to go box. I do not recommend ever wasting your money here. The customer service is terrible. Everything is extremely outdated. The bathroom was filthy and 2 out of 3 of the toilets were clogged. The music they play isn't good at all. We did not have a pleasant experience.

$3.99 grilled cheese, 2 small slices of bread with 1...maybe 2 slices of cheese. Wtf.

People are not very nice. It's kind of sketch. The owner and people working at the front desk are just very rude.

No frills but gets the job done. Shoes were new-ish, staff was nice, decent size arcade with good selection of games. Plenty of parking!

Out of all the bowling alleys I've been to, this is probably the best. And you can't not like bowling, of course.

Other bowling alleys in the area have done updates, remodeled, and have great customer service. This location, in a very nice area, is the worst. We paid for an hour thinking it should not be hard for 4 people to get in two games. First, we get handed shoes that are HORRIBLE. They were dry rotted and coming apart - we had to ask for new ones. Like - can you see the condition of these shoes before you hand them to a customer? Then, they said they would check to make sure the lane was cleaned up. Well, there was no trash, but the table was disgusting and WE had to get napkins and water and wipe it off. Then the box to put your names in to start the game didn't work and we had to go TO the desk to have them enter in names. Hardly any ball size variety - lots of 8 and 10s but that's it. Then the bumpers were up from the last people who played and we had to go up and ask them to remove them - they aren't even electronic. They had to walk over, walk down the lanes and put down the bumpers. THEN, our lane was SO SLOW. People next to us on both sides were finished their second ball before our first one cleaned up the pins. So, with no one taking any breaks, we got in one game and 4 frames. We complained so many times, I wasn't asking for more time to finish our game. We decided we will NOT be back to Severna Park unless they get friendlier staff and upgrade their facility. I'd rather drive further to Crofton where everything is updated than bowl here again. It actually deserves ZERO stars.

All I did was ask for a time estimate for a lane to be open after waiting over an hour. The manager was standing right next to the worker who was being disrespectful and rude to me and did nothing, I immediately walked out after that. So disappointing when people can't even have common courtesy for other humans. I will not be returning there, I went for the duck pin bowling and over half of the lanes were closed down for maintenance.

Dear reader, I had a…read morework event at Pinstripes in Georgetown and had a thoroughly good time. The location is a lovely, canal-side spot, with plenty of parking nearby and a very walkable area that makes arriving and lingering equally easy. Inside, there is loads of space for bowling and bocce, so the whole place feels lively without becoming chaotic. The food also held its own, which is not always guaranteed at a venue built for group fun. The flatbread pizzas and Caesar salad were both superb and kept everyone pleasantly satisfied. There were multiple bars, which helped the afternoon move along nicely, and the employees were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout. For a work event, it struck a very pleasing balance of organised, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. Overall, Pinstripes made for a charming outing with enough space, food, and activity to keep the whole party happy indeed afterward.

Rest of the food was fine, nothing memorable but nothing bad. If you're just here to eat, it's decent. Drinks/Bar: Disappointing Bar service was really inattentive. Had to flag someone down multiple times and waited way too long between rounds. That said, Happy Hour pricing is a good deal if you can actually get a bartender's attention. Bowling: Frustrating Biggest letdown. The bowling machine broke down twice during our game. Took a while for staff to even come help, and when they finally got it running, they didn't extend our time to make up for it. We didn't even get to finish the game we paid for. Overall, food's decent and Happy Hour prices are nice, but the slow bar service and the bowling issues with zero resolution really soured the night. Not sure I'd rush back unless they improve the attentiveness and customer service when things go wrong.

Single player here and not looking to join a league, but let me share my experience with this store. Jim and Mike were working. I had already had a price in my head with what I wanted to spend. They offer a package deal for around $170, but because I wanted a little better ball, I was able to upgrade for a little more. My finger measurements were accurate, I was in and out in less than an hour. But I really enjoyed talking to these two gentlemen. They aren't trying to upsell you with stuff you don't need. They have a passion for bowling and it shows. If you think you can get a better deal on Amazon, you are wrong. You won't get the service that you would at the store. You would still have to bring your ball in for them to drill, so whatever you think you saved, you would actually he in the negative with all costs combined. This store has everything a bowler needs! Not to mention the experience and dedication that Jim and Mike showed me. There is a reason customers make long drives to come here. They offer great hours and are usually closed only on Sundays, but check for holidays as they might close also. The only small downside is the parking lot is tight and not a lot of spots, but with the service, who cares? Another small thing, they didn't send me home with a shoe box, a bowling bowl box and the bowling bag wasn't in plastic. Everything was put together for me, like I could head right to the bowling alley. I'll only use this shop for my bowling needs! Thanks Jim and Mike !

It's a creative concept that it can be very cold, rainy, etc., and it's a viable mini golf option. In fact, the time I went was windy & pretty cold out. This was a work Halloween team building outing in early November 2023, where we dressed in costume and enjoyed mini golf paid for by our company, which was a nice treat (or was it a Trick? to get us to spend our Thursday night with work folks...haha...j/k). I actually did have fun. The staff was cordial and instructed us how we needed to score to take the individual's best score to save time, which I thought was a bit unnecessary. It was a little chaotic and kind of crowded. If you have say 4 people on a team, then people are awkwardly standing on ledges while other players are trying to putt, meanwhile you have other teams on other holes that directly butt up to the hole you're on. And remember, this was a private event. Imagine when it's open to the public, you might be dealing with a crowded scenario. As for the course itself, it's glow in the dark, which is kind of cool, but given the limited space constraints, the course is kind of subpar compared with almost any outdoor course in central Maryland. And the price is about the same as an outdoor course; I'd prefer an outdoor course and waiting until weather warms up to do that. They also have some Arcade games, which we got a $5 credit for each employee. That was fun. I played some air hockey & other random games. Overall, I appreciated what my company was doing, had some fun, but with the pros & cons of Monster Mini Golf, I feel a 3-star review is warranted.
