    Pan fried noodles house special
    Tiffany H.

Driving through and my friend needed to charge her car. It said it would take an hour to charge so we decided to eat here since it's in the same parking lot. The restaurant was empty for a Friday night but they had a lot of to go orders. Got the chicken broccoli and house special pan fried noodles. The food was decent considering it's chinese food in the middle of nowhere and all the veggies were fresh. Service was ok but the inside of the place was kinda dingy.

Adjacent to EV Charging, Tesla and CCS! Friendly and tasty alternative to typical road trip food when in rural areas. Very fast to-go service and I was happy

Disappointed everything was separated not mixed. Separate noodles, separate chow mein, separate chicken, separate sweet & sour. Was a experience dealing with this. Couldn't eat in restaurant it was so hot in temperature.

We came in off the highway to have some lunch and we are so glad we stopped! Best egg rolls I've had in a very long time. They are fresh, light, crispy, and really big! We ordered chicken chow mein and sweet and sour chicken and both items came out fast and piping hot. Service was friendly and fast. We did have the restaurant to ourselves, and after reading other reviews, we were nervous. I'm not sure what other people's experiences were, but our food was delicious and prices are so good! We will be back for sure.

Anna's is a random little Chinese spot on the way back down south from Redwood National Park. They are currently not open for dine in. Take Out only. Order over the phone if you do not want to wait. Large parking lot. Location is super random right off of the 101 but you cannot miss it. It is the only chinese restaurant in the area. Prawn Fried Rice - $10 Chicken Chow Mein - $9.75 Huge portions. The boxes were stuffed to the max. Great food, was not super salty or oily.

Kirkland bottled water and veggies are definitely safe choices. Service was very fast. Restaurant was pretty empty on a Saturday afternoon. As long as your expectations are reset for rural California, then this place is solid. We had no complaints but admittedly we were not expecting much. The quality of the meat (beef, chicken) is much lower than what we are accustomed to back home. I would avoid the seafood.

So sorry to see them go. Great takeout. But everyone deserves a rest after a hard day's work.

The food was way too salty for my liking and water tasted off. Highly don't recommend eating here.

An extremely solid 4 1/2 stars…read more.. I found this place while staying at a local motel. The name kind of concerned me, so I took a look at their menu online. Szechuan is way too spicy for me, but they had a lot of items on the menu that were not spicy at all. I decided to go with a sizzling rice, soup, and the mu shu chicken. The restaurant was only a few minutes away, so I called my order in, and they told me it would be ready in just a few minutes. I go down to pick up my food, and it was a very nice restaurant. The people who ran the place were very friendly, and when they brought out my food, dear Lord... It was in a large box. I couldn't believe how much food I got. I brought it back to my room, and it was amazing. The soup had chicken, beef, and shrimp. The broth had a great flavor, and between the meat and the veggies, which were not mushy at all, there were a lot of "goodies" inside. It also came with a very decent sized portion of crispy rice to put in the soup. The moo shu was also very good. The chicken was tender and moist, and the veggies played very well with it. The "pancakes" actually reminded me of tortillas, but they were very good, and there were *5*of them. The order came with what I believe was a hoisin sauce on the side, and I put some of that in the moo shu, and some of that in the soup, and it just completely added to the flavor. I had enough for dinner, a snack later on, and breakfast in the morning. It was an amazing meal. The only reason I'm taking off half of a star, was because they didn't give me any silverware or napkins. I didn't think about looking when I got the meal, because I figured they would be there. Fortunately, I keep a set of travel silverware with me, and so I didn't have to go back to the restaurant to get the silverware. I don't know if they normally don't give the silverware or if they just forgot, but it was a very small glitch. Next time, I will double check. And yes, there will be a next time. Thanks!

Tasty & very fresh. Great herbs & lots of sauce. It's in a building that I think is a converted lumber mill? They have seating in a main dining room & then outside... that is still inside? LOL you just have to see it to understand. The decor is nothing to write home about, but it's clean & perfectly serviceable. The service is good. Overall, portion sizes especially the amount of protein in the dishes were a little disappointing, but they certainly deliver on Thai flavors when you're craving it. Koa Soi Chang Mai Curry Egg Noodle Soup (4/5): Egg noodles have a satisfying chew to them with some extra fried noodles over top to add a bit of crunch. Soup was savory, but I just wanted all the flavors to be amped up more (more tang! more spice!). Fantastic option for a rainy and / or sick day though! Panang Curry w/ Pork (3.5/5): Pork was a bit overcooked and chewy, but thinly sliced enough to not be a problem. Plenty of vegetables, but a little sparse on the pork unfortunately. The curry itself had great flavor: great balance of sweet, creamy, and savory across the spices and coconut. However, the curry ran very thin and ate more like a soup. Angel Wings (3.5/5): Chicken was juicy and tender, but there was no crunch on the outside and the skin was still the soft / slightly slimy texture. The sauce is a great sweet and salty combo. The side salad wasn't the freshest, but they aren't the star anyways.

Potstickers were pretty okay as long as you didn't get a burned one. Teriyaki ribs were greasy but fairly tasty. The vegetarian chow mein and the rice noodles were inoffensive and the egg rolls (labeled spring rolls) were pretty good and not oily. My husband said the shrimp were good. Otherwise, the food was either dried out or tasteless. Wonton soup had no flavor at all - I had to add salt AND soy sauce. Hot & sour soup was hot, all right, but not sour, and had no flavor. My husband had some of the tilapia and regretted it. There's a salad bar that appeared untouched. There is American food (fried chicken, mashed potatoes) which looked okay but I didn't try it. I had some melon (hard) and orange slices (dried out). My husband asked me if I had noticed the sushi - yes, I saw it, but I was afraid to try it. Atmosphere is utterly depressing - families with kids that are being threatened to eat ("I'm gonna count to three and you better eat... one... two...") or pressured ("You can't have any ice cream until you eat your pizza").
