Either way for the last few months we have been devotedly coming back because of the consistent results. Anna herself is a master of massage and her staff - Sherry and Lisa are also fantastic! We have requested the foot massages ($20/hr), combo massage and the body massage. Our favorites have been body massage because for $40/hr you are certainly getting pure relaxation on the table. Sometimes when I just want to relax I'll go for the reflexology and I still receive a transforming experience from the massage. We are so pleased to have a therapist that communicates with you to make sure you are comfortable, gives you great care and is consistent in massage results. I have never experienced a reflexology massage business that offered such consistency. We certainly love Anna for her welcoming hospitality, but especially for her healing hands! Have a bit of reservation this far up from Bay Area, but what a pleasant surprise finding this was! Linda was tentative and friendly that set a relax mood for my hour full body session. She started a progressively powerful massage that was shockingly smooth and impressively effective; the end result is my muscle knots disappeared entirely. I can stand straighter after my spine popped back in places. My previously sore arms and legs have been tenderized by her soft but powerful hands and forearms. Also the facility did not seem very clean after laying on the bed for a bit I felt like the sheets were soiled and not cleaned after people! So gross! They were able to fit 3 of us in with no warning so that was nice. We were a little taken aback by the location and the no reservation aspect, but it was a great massage; very relaxing and everyone was pleasant and friendly. The only thing they could work on is the noise. The was no background noise going on, just extremely quiet music, and that means you can hear EVERYTHING going on outside your room and in the adjoining rooms. It made it weird. Anna's is an okay place to get a massage. You should find out names if you get a good one, because if you just walk in you never know if you'll get a good person or someone who really isn't very good at all. Some of the girls are skilled at what they do and seem to know the body well, and others are not quite there. They all seem to put a lot of heart and strength into the massages though, which is nice. It's pretty clean, and you can't beat the pricing. I would recommend this more for an inexpensive relaxing massage and not at all for people with issues or pain. Also had a foot massage here that I was not impressed with. But again, for the prices it can be a pretty good deal. read more

Had not a great experience. I booked for a couples massage thinking it would be fun and relaxing. When I arrived I was not asked to fill out any paperwork, they didn't check our ID's, and had us pay the moment we walked in the door. When I booked I thought it would be a Swedish massage, instead it was harsh, fast deep tissue rubbing that left me in pain for a couple days afterwards. My shoulders are so sore from the insanely rough massage that I feel worse than I did before I decided to get a massage in the first place. $120 down the drain. I told my masseuse lighter pressure a couple times and after going lighter she would start rubbing aggressively hard again. I was also feeling quite weird when she decided to massage my entire bare butt. I've never had anywhere else do that. I've also never had anywhere else karate chop my back and my arms and scratch me with their fingernails. My partner who got their massage didn't have all the weird butt touching and scratching and karate chopping so the inconsistency between mine and their massage troubles me. Like are they just free-handing and coming up with it as they go? Very frustrated that I spent money on this massage and I will not be going back. read more
