My boyfriend requested a "5" out of 8 as far as pressure and says he will be sore tomorrow. They worked our knots out and focused on our upper backs as we wanted. I loved this place UNTIL I was told I had to tip their ideal tip and not my ideal tip. I usually tip 5 dollars each session for myself. I brought my partner. They told me I had to mandatory pay $25 tip for me and my partner. I was a shocked that I "had" to tip them that amount. I tip big when I feel that I had an amazing time. Usually when I tip low it means that's how much I felt it was worth. If I tip higher it means I appreciate them so much for their service. Sue me but a $25 tip is bizarre. Waiters don't even expect that much from you. I love Anna though she made me feel welcomed and loved. She never made me feel taken advantage of. However I will say she needs to raise her prices if she feels that the staff should be paid more. A tip is not mandatory, I don't have to tip anyone if I don't want to. It's just a nice gesture to show appreciate and support. Other then that raise your prices. read more

Excellent! I came here after searching other places desperately trying to find relief for my plantar fasciitis pain. They got me right in on a Sunday evening. Great customer service and great foot massage! I only got the 30 minute massage but I should've gone with the 60 because it felt great. I honestly had my reservations about trying this place out based on some reviews but I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with my experience. I had the 30 min massage followed by 30 min foot massage by Anna and she was great. it was a nice finish to my day. The prices were very reasonable. I would give it a perfect 5 but I feel they could work on the ambiance a little. Maybe some aromatherapy scents and water fountain? otherwise the place was very clean and the staff very friendly. The facilities aren't glamorous but I came in as a walk in and had Jack for a 30 min massage and then the 30 min foot massage package. My last massage was awful so I came in just happy to have anything and was FLOORED with how amazing Jack was for the back massage. He is clearly knowledgeable on massage therapy because he used a huge range of manipulation techniques that even I hadn't experienced ( and I've had a LOT of massages). His pressure was exactly what I asked for and I was impressed because I usually have to ask for harder and this was one of the only times I've asked a therapist to pull back a tiny bit. My tension and knots melted away and I felt like he covered all the areas of my back equally and was methodical and careful. My last massage also was done by a conversationalist so it was nice to have peace and quiet. The foot massage is something I'd never experienced outside of a pedicure but I was tucked into the softest chair with a cover for my eyes and I seriously almost fell asleep (and I'm a LIGHT sleeper) it was very nice. This is the 3rd time I have been here. Tonight both the Massuese and the Owner were very unprofessional. I would give you her name, but I could not understand her, since she spoke no English, which is another problem, and the Owner had already left. While I was in the middle of my foot reflexology, a young boy opened the door and screamed to my Massuese can we use the bathroom. When you get a Foot Reflexology, you laying in an open room right near the Reception Desk and Front Door. She allowed the young boy to walk by me to use the restroom. What started out as a relaxing massage, turned into a not so great experience as we come here to relax and it is bad enough there was so much noise outside during the whole time I was there . I always tip at Anna's but did not feel the situation warranted it this time, due to lack of professionalism and the noise level. The Masseuse got upset with me and called the Owner Anna, which again was very Unprofessional on her part, as I feel leaving a tip is a matter of personal choice and we should not be guilted into leaving it. I explained to the owner what happened and why I decided not to leave the tip, and her reply was.."This is not our fault"...Not very good Customer Service, as the first thing she should have said was, " I am sorry you had this experience, how can I help you to feel more comfortable next time. Feeling guilty I went to get 5 dollar cash tip from the Grocery Store and gave it to the Massuese. I understand times are tough, and self-employed people rely on their tips, but it should be our choice whether to do so, and not be guilted into doing so. I WILL not be returning, nor can I recommend this place anymore, to anyone! read more

Went in to Anna's for the first time today, I got a one hour, full body session and it was the most amazing massage I've ever had. I need really deep pressure to feel pain relief and she delivered the most perfect, consistent pressure throughout the whole hour. Felt like a whole new person afterwards!!! I was very pleased with the massage I had there today. It was professional, clean, and tranquil inside. I think as the months go by (and the business becomes more established) little things will be worked out (such as not having a dedicated person for answering the phones or greeting walk-ins). They offer several different types of massage, and I tried deep tissue. The masseuse had very firm, direct pressure and seemed to be very adept at working my stiff, inflamed joints until they were nice and loose. I would recommend giving Anna's a try. Their introductory "grand opening" hourly rate is insanely phenomenal for what you get. I am pleased that this business moved in to our shopping center and look forward to my next visit. read more

My friend and I had a really great experience at Anna's. We booked a couples massage the evening before we intended on going and had no trouble getting an appointment for our 1 hour body massages. Like other reviews have said, the ambiance in the spa is slightly lacking (the rooms aren't fully closed off at the ceiling, making it easy to hear everything going on in the reception area). However, when taking the bargain price and quality of the massage and customer service, this was very easily overlooked. We will DEFINITELY be back! read more

So awesome that they accept walk ins. I went in on a Tuesday about 4:30pm and they took me in right away. I got "Anna's Special", which is a 30 minute foot massage and a 30 minute body massage for $35. Awesome price, pretty good massages. I enjoyed the foot massage more than the body massage. The chairs are so comfortable and they massage your arms while your feet are soaking which was much appreciated. The body massage was a little awkward. Just had a tiny fleece blanket over me that didn't cover all of me. Felt kind of naked and cold so it was a little hard for me to relax. The massage itself was ok though. I had a great experience here. Had their one hour full body massage and it really helped the pains I was experiencing in my back and neck for the past week. Very nice staff. Great ambiance. I read on here that somebody complained about the noise level but when I went they had nice soft music and it was very quiet in the massage room. Very relaxing and their prices are fantastic! Some months back (in latter may early June) I went to Anna's for a back massage and foot. The foot turned out ok. The staff is a good job with the foot massage. However, my back massage was a different story. the masseuse used her elbow to press so firmly on my spine (rather that next to it like you're supposed to) that initially it hurt for the entire day. The next day I woke up and my left thigh had numbness sensation. I call Anna to inform them and speak to their manager (who they claimed was out of town). No apology, no remorse- just apathetic tone. Fearing the worst, I went to my doctor and after some explanation to him of the occurrence he assured me this would be temporary after some time. the numbness lasted in its entirety for 2 weeks. Prior to this incident, I was healthy without any prior nerve issues or no issues at all. I would never recommend their services not because of what happened but because of their lack of care in assisting with this issue. read more

My husband and I went here for a couples massage to celebrate recently and we had a really great experience. Sure the place is small so you can hear when they answer the phone on the other side of the partitions and it's not the fanciest place I've ever been to. But they give great massages and for only $40 for an hour well worth it. The only constructive criticism I can offer is that with the full body massage they don't ask you right when you check in what spots you really want them to work on. Most other places I have been ask right away. We didn't speak up so it was more of just an upper body massage than full body. They didn't massage mine or my husband's feet or arms and spent very little time on legs. Despite this I will still go back and recommend it to friends. Next time I will just ask them to start on lower body so there will be more focus on calves and legs where I am usually the most sore. Or possibly next time I will add on an hour foot massage for only $20. Go here and tell your friends! read more
