They tried to cancel our appointment because we didn't reconfirm it. if I book an appointment it's booked. just charge me if I don't come. This is how literally every other medical office with whom I work does this. Also they have repeatedly provided receipts with none of the information you would need to claim it for FSA/HSA. It was super painful to try to get a real receipt. We've had to call them repeatedly to change our pharmacy for a prescription. Absolute incompetence.

After going through 3 prior nasal polyp surgeries I was fortunate to find a surgeon who was concerned with the reoccurrence of polyps and the long term control of my asthma. He referred me to Dr. John Bosso. In February 2014 I went to Nyack Hospital under the care of Dr. Bosso for aspirin desensitization. Within a few weeks I noticed my sense of smell was returning. Today my sense of smell has completely returned and I have reduced my asthma medications to the lowest level in 20 years. I have never felt better.
