My oldest daughter comes here for orthodontics as well as for her dentist and her braces plan is progressing well. My son comes here for dentist only for now and has seen Dr. Reham. She is amazing. Super skilled at what she does and super gentle with the kids. You definitely feel like you can trust her. My son had cavities that had to be filled, with laughing gas and it went very well. Finally, my youngest daughter had the most dental work done here after she experienced cavities and tooth decay due to drinking milk in bed as a baby and not brushing afterwards. She had to do the repair under general anesthesia at 3, which is super nerve-wrecking as a parent but under the care of Dr Nancy it went very well. We appreciate that everything is super kid friendly, from the coin kids get to retrieve a prize at the end of each visit, the tee shirt and picture with the dentist they get on their first visit, etc. We will keep coming here and also a special shoutout to all the dental assistants! I only provided my second insurance AFTER the cleaning was completed so they could check estimates for future treatment, and I never authorized them to bill that insurance for the visit. Later, when the insurance claims were processed, I discovered they billed BOTH insurance companies for the exact same services. I was still charged nearly $150 out of pocket based on insurance claims. This is extremely dishonest, unethical, business practice. Please be careful and avoid this place.

I have an extreme gag reflex that often interferes with routine X-rays as well as some procedures. She stays patient, works with me, and finds ways to get the work done. Sometimes she will allow me to sit upright more, even though it makes her access to my mouth more challenging and forces her to stand instead of sit. I often need to have the suction placed differently to avoid the back of my tongue, but she still patiently tries to accommodate me, sometimes waiting until my gag reflex attack subsides a bit. The office also works with us with our dental insurance and tries to make things as easy for us as possible, even though the dental insurance companies are always trying to make things harder for patients and providers.
