Sandwich platter - ordered 10 sandwiches to feed 9 people and it was plenty!
    Paula C.

I called Annie's Deli on a Friday for a sandwich platter for Saturday afternoon. The woman that I spoke to was very helpful with her guidance as to how many sandwiches to order, how they would be prepared and how they would be presented on the platter. These are the types of details I wanted to hear since there were not too many pictures available of their catering online. She advised that I should pick the sandwiches I'd like on the platter and they would arrange them. The platter came with pickles on the side and I had asked for paper plates and napkins for the party, which were neatly wrapped and provided upon pickup. Thank you! Now for the sandwiches - there is such a great variety on the menu that I was able to select a little something for everyone. The platter was a hit and nobody was disappointed that there were a few leftovers, everyone was happy to take some for lunch the next day. I would recommend Annie's for any occasion where a sandwich platter fits on the table. Check them out!

Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on a roll. It was mostly bread. I guess they are cutting back on portion sizes. ‍

Good sandwich. Would have preferred a better selection of Pepsi products to drink. Crazy tiny space where we could not get out of anyone else's way. We walked in alone (when we pulled up we thought it was closed as no one else was there; another customer stormed up and inside before we could get to the door) except for one person ahead of us picking up an order and within moments there were at least another ten people inside. If you're new to the place, you might study the menu online or something before venturing into the space.

Traveling through the area, far from home and looking for some breakfast to go. The reviews were great and upon pulling into the parking lot, the old world charm assured me I had made the right choice. The deli is more like your kitchen at home with a modern refrigerated unit sporting cookies and other dreamy looking snacks. The walls are covered in sandwich lists, along with some history of the deli (see pics) as well as the origin of some of the dozens of sandwich choices. I chatted with the staff a bit and the current owner, Roman, popped out for a quick hello. My breakfast sandwich of eggs, fresh mozzarella (not prepackaged) and crisp bacon on whole grain bread was terrific. Now if they can beam lunch up to me...

Have been going to Annie's again recently and I felt obligated to upgrade my review to 5 stars solely because their breakfast sandwiches are SO good and their prices are unbeatable. Hands down my favorite breakfast sandwiches in the area.

First of all the town is so quaint and beautiful and includes the PGA golf museum and headquarters - perfect place to stop after a hectic day in and around NYC. I arrived to this deli/market about 10 minutes after 5pm (they close at 6). The head guy told me they would make my sandwich but typically they stop making sandwiches at 5 - he was super nice about it. Everyone working there was incredibly nice and it's definitely a place locals come to buy sandwiches and fish/steak/chicken/pastas/prepared foods/homemade dinners/desserts. Everyone was chatting with each other and they included me in the conversation as it's got a very friendly atmosphere! A local guy was going to purchase some salmon to grill at home and the guy working told him it was the last day for that particular fish to get fresh tomorrow - I loved the honesty in front of everyone and the customer decided to get something else. The sandwich I got was the Chicken Cutlet. Nice compact sandwich with delicious and fresh ingredients. The bread was perfect for me - not too hard and not too soft. The price was also incredibly reasonable and the cutlet, mozzarella and tomato were all full of flavor - A+ sandwich. I got some local peach tea they sell there (they had a few flavors) and I must say it's one of the most delicious peach teas I've ever had! Great experience great food and friendly people - I'll be back!

This place was busy and I saw many people ordering their different types of sandwiches which are large. I love that they have a sandwich with chicken cutlet, broccoli rabe and fresh mozzarella. They make all different kinds of pasta dishes and they do catering too. As I walked around I noticed they have wonderful imported soppressatas, ( dry cured salami's) fresh pastas, and dry pastas, imported olive oils, balsamic's , Italian cookies, delicious Italian breads. When you walk in, they have various goods (e.g., olive oil, pasta) on the right wall and the meat and cheese cases on the left. There were several workers behind the counter so I did not have to wait long to place my order. I ordered the sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and vinegar. It's normally a 20 minute drive home but because of the rain, it took nearly 30. When we got home, the sub was not soaked to the point where the bread was falling apart, which shows they add just enough and the bread is sturdy. It was just as good as I remember it. I wish I could find someplace similar closer to home but don't mind the drive back to K&S.
