It's a name and theme change only because it's now a country bar and virtually looks the same as the previous places but I like the music better. It's spacious with a stage, pool table, amusement machines, kitchen and big bar etc etc. The red head bartender was friendly but's it's clearly a clicky place with regulars. My gin Rickey is almost twice as much as a nicer place down the street and the most expensive from any bar so far so I don't see myself becoming a regular here. The menu is small with wings, wraps, pizza, burgers, apps and chicken tender sandwiches. The BYO chicken tender sandwich sounded good for lunch so I ordered one that comes with frys. I had my BYO chicken tender sandwich with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. The frys can be seasoned so I got the Cajun jerk which were ok and plentiful. Then chicken tender sandwich was big with crispy dry chicken meat with reality fresh bun and toppings, it did fill my crave for a chicken sandwich but it was very average. Overall it's a little pricey compared to other area bars drink wise and the food it typical average bar food so I don't think that I will be back because there are better options in the area, at $7.50 for the same drink a mile down the street that costs $4 and on average $4.50 around the city I'm probably not going back.

Since I love country music, it is my type of place. The bartender was polite and they have line dancing. Guess I better get on YouTube and relearn.

After recently having the wings and cheese curds from Daniel's Palace, I wanted to try the Friday…read morefish fry as well. I tried calling in an order, but no one answered the phone, so I stopped in and ordered to go at the bar. My order consisted of mozzarella sticks and fried cod with five total pieces. Now having had both, I can definitively say the mozzarella sticks are better than the cheese curds. They're out of a frozen bag, so not hand battered like the cheese curds, but the flavor in the breading was more consistent. The menu lists three pieces as the most for the fried cod. I asked if I could get four or five at an additional cost and was told they could do a five piece for $20, or $3 for each extra piece. To my surprise, they also gave me four potato pancakes at no extra charge. The fries had a nice battered to them and the pancakes, while not homemade, were more like large hash browns with a fantastic onion and potato mix. They included applesauce in the box, but not syrup, so I don't know if they have syrup. The menu says the fish is beer battered, and I could taste the beer in it, but it was almost more like they put beer into a panko breading mix because it didn't have the traditional texture of beer batter. The breading was crunchy, which I liked, but it separated easily from the fish, so often I could individually taste the fish and individually taste of breading instead of them being one cohesive food. Not a problem, just more of an observation. After two visits I would have no problem coming back again and again for the mozzarella sticks and Cajun rub wings.

I honestly can't tell if any remodeling was done because all three places blur together. They still have a small kitchen and a small menu with sandwiches, wings and appetizers etc. They have some tap beers at each end of the bar. Dana was my bartender and I said to myself that the first local bartender who knows how to make a Gin Rickey, excluding any expensive fancy hotel bar I would buy them a drink and she knew how to make one and I bought her a shot. Dana was friendly and did a great job. I had a pretty decent crispy chicken sandwich from the last place so I ordered one to go because the snow/weather was not looking good so I wanted to get home. The crispy chicken sandwich looked good with leaf lettuce and fresh toppings, the pickles were sweet buy the way. The crispy chicken sandwich was actually two chicken tenders on a fresh toasted bun. The house cut frys were good but needed more seasoning. Overall it wasn't quite as good as the last place but it satisfies my chicken sandwich crave.

Open seating and a small bar area seem cozy, though, and inviting for conversations wherever you sit. Very glad we stopped in because everything we got was made to perfection. Burger made medium, true medium, and oh so juicy. The wrap had plenty of meat in it, the fries were golden deliciousness, and the drinks kept coming. The drinks were the perfect accompaniment to the food, and the bartender absolutely knew her stuff when making them. It was so refreshing to make it out somewhere that had everything lined up correctly. No real wait times on the food since we got there right when they opened, and the staff was all extremely friendly and outgoing. I love the explanations they had for specials and the enthusiasm for recommendations that were made. Felt like you were talking with someone you knew for years, and you certainly trusted their knowledge on food and drink topics. We will be stopping back here to try more on the menu. Though we grabbed lunch items, I love breakfast food, and it seems like they have some great menu items I'd love to try.

I ordered my bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and raw onions with no condiments like ketchup etc for an unbiased tasting of the cheeseburger with American cheese. My take out container was weighty and looked good. The cheeseburger was big and no recently popular thin burger smash burger with 3 whole strips of bacon. The tator tots were crisp on the out side soft and chunky on the inside. The toppings were fresh as the bun. The burger was not seasoned but salt helped with a good char broiled flavor which is the bomb for me. The cookie is always a nice touch with the sandwiches. This is a tasty cheeseburger for sure.
