It's always a fun evening at The Anniversary Inn! My 3rd stay and I will keep coming back! The Staff is amazing! Not a fan of the quality or size of the breakfast, but face it. That's not why I go there...lol We stayed in the Harly Room...loved it

    Such a cool concept.

Once again, we have found ourselves at the Anniversary Inn. This time we tried the Sleeping Beauty room. IT WAS MASSIVE!!! There was so much attention to detail, it had a very good atmosphere and the tub with the waterfall shower was so cool. There is a couple of downsides to the room, though. The upstairs is about 15 degrees difference so they have a tower fan and ceiling fan running. Not a big deal but I can see how it might be a little more uncomfortable in the summer. The ceiling fan was making a weird scratching noise so I had to turn it off at night because it would keep me up. The final downside is, even though the round bed is an awesome concept, I think the mattress could use an upgrade. It was not a very comfy bed. The breakfast was yummy as always and I love that they have a bottle of sparkling cider on ice waiting for you when you check in. Can't wait to try another room in the future!!!

My partner and I have been planning on staying at an Anniversary Inn for years. It has been a dream destination. We finally were able to stay here last night and we called previously asking how to pay with a gift card. They said to use it when we got there. The new girl checking us in was very helpful and kind but told us to wait until the morning to speak with the manager about the gift card. The manager, Samantha, was the exact opposite. We found out that they switched owners and now their gift cards (which explicitly state no expiration date) now expire within two years. So a magical time that we had immediately dissipated. We didn't get an apology or any form of consolation. We were rudely told we're basically SOL. We understand that ownership and policies can change. But a complete lack of kindness and understanding towards customers from the *Manager* is extremely disappointing. We will not be staying here again.

We stayed in The Swiss Family Robinson Room for one night for my boyfriends Birthday. We were in Boise to visit family, but this was the night we spent alone together to celebrate. It was amazing. The bathtub had a shower / tub combo with jets that easily fit the two of us with extra room to spare. The shower head comes out of an elephant tusk and had great water pressure! The treehouse and art on the walls was mesmerizing, and we spent the better part of an hour just wandering around and exploring every square inch. The lofted area in the treehouse is accessible by a spiral staircase, and is where you SLEEP! It truely was like being in a fairy tail. It was BEYOND romantic. The Inn offers complimentary breakfast delivered to your room. The front desk receptionist provided us with a cars to fill out at check-in. I am gluten-free, and marked "cereal" the only gluten free marked option. The desk agent was so sweet and asked me if it was an allergy concern. She told me I didnt have to eat cold cereal and recommended the eggs/veggies with no toast. The breakfast was DELICIOUS and the complementary apple cider was good also. You can upgrade to wine I think, which we will do next time. That's right... I said next time... we will totally be back! It is not the Ritz, but something truely more amazing. Something you will always remember! They also opened up cleaned rooms after we checked out and allowed us to view the other rooms and walk around with our luggage. Swiss family room is the winner! Take your sweetie here! You will not regret it.

We loved our stay here! We were looking for a fun but less expensive hotel to stay at in the Boise area and were not disappointed. The room was super cool. Service was excellent - very friendly. The prices of food and things were so great - you can get a bottle of wine for less than 20.00 and some cheesecake for a few dollars. The breakfast in the morning was super - we got frittatas, toast, yogurt parfaits... this was all included with our room. After around noon you can check out the other rooms that have doors open which is an adventure in itself!

August 29th was my fourth anniversary to my second husband. We had booked at the first of the month for the suite of month. We reserved three nights. There was an unexpected hospital stay that followed this booking. We canceled the night of our anniversary, but kept the next two nights. We were offered an upgrade for $40.00. No where did it mention that you couldn't upgrade the suite of the month. My husband called in and even talked to a person at the front desk. We were told that it was no problem and they would fix it. Imagine our surprise when the bill was another 90.00. We called to talk to a manager and were told that they had talked to a manager. We had several run arounds about who was responsible, but they aren't going to do anything. We HAD been going to the inn for years. We have stayed in nearly half the rooms. I can't believe for 90.00 they just couldn't make it right. They give away rooms all the time. This anniversary was filled with stress beyond, and all we needed was to get away. We won't be back! I hope the new management all the luck in the world. You know that old saying about serving one person once, then serving one person multiple times?

    I loved the London room

The staff were great. The hotel is quiet. I stayed across the road with the kids and my parents had a nice romantic evening. The staff took great care of them. It was beautiful!

The room was way more swanky than anything we ever stay in, but even my husband commented on how nice it was, and he isn't usually impressed with hotels. You could sleep in the shower with how much space there was. The ambiance definitely matched all the things I had heard about it - very industrial meets modern in a thoughtful way. And don't sleep on Blue Collar Coffee or the rooftop bar, if even for just the view of the foothills. You can't beat the location either - it's walkable to everything but just outside the true heart of downtown where it gets busier. Recommend for a staycation night (what we did) or a splurge-y stay with friends!

Rooftop was amazing and what a view. We also made reservations at the Supper Club and it too was incredible. Service was impeccable while not being overbearing. The food was amazing and very fairly priced. Cannot wait to go back and eat more off the menu. Overall, I cannot believe there is a better hotel to stay at in Boise. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a "staycation" at the Renegade.

I was in town to assist our new Community Ambassador at her debut Yelp Elite Event, and wanted to get a feel for the city. The Inn at 500 was the perfect choice, as it's right downtown and in the heart of the action - not to mention, walking distance to some great little shops, coffee shops, and even Trader Joe's. I arrived via Uber and was immediately impressed by their bright, colorful lobby. This hotel is known for amazing light fixtures and lots of whimsical art - and they didn't disappoint. Everywhere I looked, there was something beautiful to see. I was warmly greeted at the front desk, including a complimentary beer (or wine) as I checked in! There are also unlimited snacks, bottled water, and a few other refreshments available during your entire stay. I may or may not have grabbed a bag of Frito's and a granola bar to take to my room for late night snacking. My room was fresh and clean, with an eclectic Shakespearean-style nook above the king bed. The entire space was lovely, including a nice work area and plenty of places to plug in and charge up. There was even a fireplace, although the weather was too warm to actually use it. Before heading out to our event at a local brewery, I even got to enjoy a terrific happy hour in their on-site restaurant, Hemlock. And in the morning, I ordered a delish room service breakfast before catching my flight back to Seattle. This was a great experience and I can't wait to go back during my next trip to Boise!

We check-in and are invited to the happy hour. Awesome! We hope to order a beer and enjoy our food when a woman comes over and says that the health department will not allow us to eat our own food on our own plates and cutlery on the patio and that they would be shut down if they allowed it. When we ask where we could eat, she directs us to the street or our room. Our room only had a single chair and a thin rail, no proper dining setup. The patio was empty save for 2 tables but they couldn't stand to share the patio with hotel guests. The place was otherwise nice but the treatment soured our experience. I strongly suspect the health department would take no issue with our enjoyment of the patio.

My least favorite thing, breakfast. Blaah! I've generally stayed at Hilton garden inns where you get a real breakfast served to you. Sorry, but this breakfast was not great, in fact, just not good. I'm sure convenience is its appeal to business travelers, but if quality or taste are your things, just skip it. We walked down about 8:45 (it runs from 6-10) and the place looked like a hurricane had hit it.
